The present invention relates to a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers, the single container including: a body part in which one or more kinds of liquids are contained in a separated state from each other; a plurality of brush rod parts submergedly disposed in a plurality of housing chambers of the body part; and a cap part detachably coupled to the top end periphery of the body part so as to take out any selected one of the plurality of brush rod parts in the state of being coupled to the plurality of brush rod parts.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers that is applied to general cosmetic containers and further to a variety of containers like medical or living products, and more particularly, to a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers that has one or more kinds of liquids contained therein in the state of being separated from each other, such that the liquids are selectively used.

2. Background of the Related Art

Generally, in case of liquid type cosmetic products like lip rouges, lip glosses, mascaras, eye liners, and nail varnishes using brushes, a lower cap of a brush rod to which a cosmetic brush is provided is screw-coupled to a cosmetic container, thereby conveniently carrying the cosmetic product in the state where the cosmetic brush is kept into the cosmetic container. If necessary, the cap is separated from the cosmetic container, thereby performing a make-up operation by using the cosmetic brush to which the cosmetic Liquid is applied.

During the make-up operation, generally, the two or more ones of the above-mentioned cosmetic products are sequentially used. That is, in case of the make-up for the eyes, the mascara make-up is first operated and the eye line make-up is then operated. Also, in case of the make-up for the lips, the lip rouge is first used and the lip gloss liquid is then painted. On the other hand, in case of the make-up for the nails, the nail varnish is first painted and the coating liquid is then applied thereon.

Conventionally, a number of cosmetic product containers should be purchased and kept, such that the keeping space of the cosmetic products is reduced and complicated and further the purchasing costs of the cosmetic products are increased.

Also, in case of the beginners of learning make-up, it is very inconvenient and hard to appropriately select the cosmetic products according to their own make-up methods, such that they avoid the make-up unconsciously or finish the make-up in the state of emitting the intermediate make-up process.

So as to solve the above-mentioned problems, there has been proposed a lip cosmetic container that has two containers having liquid type of lip rough and lip gloss contained therein, two brush rods coupled to the upper and lower portions of a metal handle tube, and upper and lower caps provided on the metal handle tube in such a manner as to be screw-coupled to the two containers.

According to the conventional lip cosmetic container, the two kinds of cosmetic products are packaged into a single cosmetic product, thereby improving the convenience in use. During real use, however, the conventional lip cosmetic container causes many inconveniences.

First, during the lip rouge or lip gloss make-up, one side container is always placed on the upper portion of the metal handle tube, such that the make-up operation is inconveniently performed in the state where the metal handle tube is taken by a user's hand.

Also, one side container placed on the upper portion of the metal handle tube is unexpectedly opened in the process of separating the metal handle tube from the container containing the cosmetic liquid to be used, thereby undesirably causing the cosmetic liquid contained in the container to be leaked to the outside.

While not in use, moreover, it is hard to keep the conventional lip cosmetic container in the state of being erected. In this case, the brush rod is not submerged well into the cosmetic liquid after the cosmetic liquid is a little consumed, thereby making it hard to apply the cosmetic liquid to the brush rod.

Furthermore, an appropriate kind of brush rod should be needed in accordance with portions to which the cosmetic liquids are applied, but according to the conventional lip cosmetic container, only one kind of brush rod is provided to the cosmetic container containing one cosmetic liquid, such that no selection for the kinds of brush rods is provided to the user.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers that has one or more kinds of liquids contained therein in the state of being separated from each other, such that a plurality of brush rod parts submerged into the respective liquids are appropriately selected and taken out by using a cap part coupled along the top end periphery of the container.

To accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers, the single container including: a body part in which one or more kinds of liquids are contained in a separated state from each other; a plurality of brush rod parts submergedly disposed in a plurality of housing chambers of the body part; and a cap part detachably coupled to the top end periphery of the body part so as to take out any selected one of the plurality of brush rod parts in the state of being coupled to the plurality of brush rod parts.

According to the present invention, preferably, the plurality of housing chambers of the body part are defined by means of a plurality of partitions, the partitions being arranged radially with respect to the center of the body part and being equally or unequally spaced apart from each other.

The body part has a wiper coupled around a neck portion of the top end periphery thereof.

Each of the brush rod parts includes: a detachably coupling head disposed on the top side thereof protruded outwardly from the wiper in such a manner as to be detachably coupled to the cap part; a connection rod extended downwardly from the detachably coupling head; and a liquid-applying means disposed on the end portion of the connection rod so as to apply the liquid contained in each housing chamber of the body part.

The cap part includes: a top end cap having a coupling shaft extended downwardly from the center thereof in such a manner as to be inserted into a shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head; a ring-shaped holder disposed on the lower end of the top end cap and having a coupling protrusion formed from the inner peripheral wall thereof in such a manner as to be rotated along a key slot of the detachably coupling head; and a cylindrical handle adapted to surround with the outer peripheries of the top end cap and the holder on the top side periphery thereof.

The coupling protrusion is formed on the outer periphery of the coupling shaft of the cap part, and the key slot to be coupled to the coupling protrusion is formed along the inner periphery of the shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head, thereby allowing the horizontal and vertical movements of the brush rod parts to be restricted.

Between the inner periphery of the key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part is provided a rotation-preventing means for preventing the detachably coupling head from being arbitrarily rotated while any one of the brush rod parts is being used.

The key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part are multi-layered vertically.

The connection rod has a packing disposed around the top end periphery thereof.

The top end portion of the connection rod of each brush rod part, which is adapted to be contacted with a cone part formed by the wiper, has a polygonal shape in the cross-section thereof, thereby preventing each brush rod part from being rotated.

The liquid-applying means is any one selected from the applicators made of a natural brush, sponge, polymer, and metal.

The handle has a position-guiding protrusion formed along the inner periphery of the lower end portion thereof so as to guide the coupling direction of the cap part, and the body part has a position-guiding indentation formed around the outer periphery of the neck portion thereof in such a manner as to be fittingly guide the position-guiding protrusion thereto, the position-guiding indentation having a vertical guide section portion formed to vertically guide the position-guiding protrusion from the top side of the neck portion of the body part toward the lower side thereof and a horizontal guide section portion formed to guide the position-guiding protrusion on the lower side of the vertical guide section portion along the horizontal periphery of the neck portion of the body part.

The position-guiding indentation further has a twisting section portion formed slantly between the horizontal guide section portion and the vertical guide section portion, such that the position-guiding protrusion is raised along the twisting section portion at the time of rotating the cap part, thereby enabling the corresponding brush rod part to be ready to be taken out.

The cap part further has an elastic support means formed on the center of the shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head in such a manner as to elastically support the raising of the handle, thereby being raised to a predetermined height when the position-guiding protrusion is placed below the vertical guide section portion and the twisting section portion.

The position-guiding protrusion of the handle and the coupling protrusion of the holder are formed at the same position on a vertical line.

Further, the holder and the handle are formed to a unitary body.

The body part has the name of the liquid contained in each housing chamber printed on the outer surface thereof below the position-guiding indentation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Hereinafter, an explanation on a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers according to the present invention will be given with reference to the attached drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the assembled state of the single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded sectional view showing the single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers according to the present invention.

As shown, there is provided a single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers according to the present invention basically including: a body part 100 in which one or more liquids are contained in a separated state from each other; a plurality of brush rod parts 200 submergedly disposed in a plurality of housing chambers 110 of the body part 100; and a cap part 300 detachably coupled to the top end periphery of the body part 100 so as to take out any selected one of the plurality of brush rod parts 200 in the state of being coupled to the plurality of brush rod parts 200.

The plurality of housing chambers 110 of the body part 100 of the single container according to the present invention are defined by means of a plurality of partitions 120.

The partitions 120 are arranged radially with respect to the center of the body part 100 and are equally or unequally spaced apart from each other. The liquid-containing spaces of the housing chambers 110 are defined in accordance with the sizes of the arranged spaces of the partitions 120.

The number of partitions 120 is freely determined, and it is desirably in a range of 0 to 10.

One or more liquids contained in the housing chambers 110 of the body part 100 are available at the same time, and their quantities are equal to or different from each other in accordance with their use method or purpose. At this time, the housing chamber 110 for containing the liquid having a relatively large quantity of usage is formed to a relatively large size.

The body part 100 has a wiper 130 coupled around the neck portion of the top end periphery thereof, and the wiper 130, which is made of a synthetic resin material like rubber, forms a film between the body part 100 and the cap part 300 to prevent the liquid in the body part 100 from leaking to the outside.

The wiper 130 forms cone parts 131 correspondingly to the plurality of housing chambers 110, and each cone part 131 elastically compressedly supports the outer peripheral surface of the corresponding brush rod part 200 so as to wipe the liquid applied on the outer peripheral surface of the corresponding brush rod part 200 at the time of taking out the corresponding brush rod part 200.

This prevents the liquid applied on the outer peripheral surface of the brush rod part 200 from being taken out to an excessive quantity and at the same time permits the liquid-applying means 230 like a brush provided on the end portion of the brush rod part 200 to be all gathered without any dispersion for the convenience of applying the liquid to the corresponding surface.

At this time, each brush rod part 200 has a connection rod 220 adapted to be contacted with the cone part 131 of the wiper 130, and the connection rod 220 has a top end portion having a polygonal shape in the cross-section, which prevents the brush rod part 200 from being arbitrarily rotated.

A detailed explanation on the brush rod part 200 in the single container according to the present invention will be given hereinafter.

The brush rod part 200 serves to appropriately apply the liquid contained in the body part 100 thereon so as to put the liquid onto a predetermined surface.

The brush rod part 200 includes a detachably coupling head 210 disposed on the top side thereof protruded outwardly from the wiper 130 in such a manner as to be detachably coupled to the cap part 300, the connection rod 220 extended downwardly from the detachably coupling head 210, and the liquid-applying means 230 disposed on the end portion of the connection rod 220 so as to apply the liquid contained in the housing chamber 110 of the body part 100.

At this time, the liquid-applying means 230 may be any one selected from the applicators made of a natural brush, sponge, polymer, and metal.

The detachably coupling head 210 may be made to a fan-like shape.

At this time, the center of the detachably coupling head 210 having the fan-like shape is formed correspondingly to the center of the body part 100, and if the number of the brush rod parts 200 housed in the body part 100 is n, the angle of the center of the detachably coupling head 210 is determined at the rate of n/360°.

This is applied when the sizes of the housing chambers 110 into which the brush rod parts 200 are housed are equal to each other, and if the sizes of the housing chambers 110 are different from each other, the angle of the center of the detachably coupling head 210 of each brush rod part 200 is determined proportionally to the sizes of the housing chambers 110.

That is, the total angles of the centers of the detachably coupling heads 210 of the plurality of brush rod parts 200 housed in the body part 100 are desirably 360°.

The detachably coupling head 210 has a shaft-fitting guide groove 211 formed on the top surface thereof in such a manner as to be fitted to a coupling shaft 311 of the cap part 300 and a band-like key slot 213 formed around the circumferential surface of the lower portion thereof below the shaft-fitting guide groove 211.

At this time, the shaft-fitting guide groove 211 is formed to a concentric fan-like shape about the center of the fan shape.

Further, the connection rod 220 is extended downwardly from the detachably coupling head 210, and the liquid-applying means 230 is disposed on the end portion of the connection rod 220 so as to apply the liquid contained in the housing chamber 110 of the body part 100 to a predetermined surface.

At this time, the connection rod 220 has a packing 221 disposed around the top end periphery thereof, the packing 221 being adapted to come into close contact with the inner peripheral wall of the cone part 131 when the connection rod 220 is passed through the cone part 131 of the wiper 130, thereby serving to push the liquid toward the interior of the housing chamber 110 and at the same time stably fixing the connection rod 220 around the cone part 131, without any movement.

The liquid-applying means 230 is selected from a brush and a sponge in accordance with the kinds of the liquid contained in the housing chamber 110.

The brush rod parts 200 are submergedly disposed in the plurality of housing chambers 110 of the body part 100 in normal states, but they are selectively taken out by the manipulation of the cap part 300 upon a make-up operation.

FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 are plan views showing the arrangement structure of the brush rod parts and the take-out structure of the brush rod parts by means of the holder according to the division of the housing chambers in the body part of the single container according to the present invention, wherein FIG. 4 shows two housing chambers 110, FIG. 5 three housing chambers 110, and FIG. 6 four housing chambers 110.

Of course, the number of housing chambers 110 may be increased if necessary, and also, the sizes of the housing chambers 110 may be different from each other.

Accordingly, the wiper 130 and the center angle of the brush rod part 200 are determined in accordance with the number and sizes of the housing chambers 110.

Now, the cap part 300 of the single container according to the present invention will be in detail described.

The cap part 300 includes: a top end cap 310 having the coupling shaft 311 extended downwardly from the center thereof in such a manner as to be inserted into the shaft-fitting guide groove 211 of the detachably coupling head 200; a ring-shaped holder 320 disposed on the lower end of the top end cap 310 and having a coupling protrusion 321 formed from the inner peripheral wall thereof in such a manner as to be rotated along the key slot 213 of the detachably coupling head 200; and a cylindrical handle 330 adapted to surround with the outer peripheries of the top end cap 310 and the holder 320 on the top side periphery thereof.

At this time, the handle 330 includes a position-guiding protrusion 331 formed along the inner periphery of the lower end portion thereof so as to guide the coupling direction of the cap part 300. In this case, the position-guiding protrusion 331 and the coupling protrusion 321 of the holder 320 are formed at the same position on a vertical line.

The coupling shaft 311 of the cap part 300 is inserted into the shaft-fitting guide groove 211 formed on the center of the top surface of the detachably coupling head 210, thereby restricting the horizontal movement of the brush rod part 200, and the coupling protrusion 321 of the cap part 300 is inserted into the band-like key slot 213 formed on the outer periphery of the lower end portion of the detachably coupling head 210, thereby restricting the vertical movement of the brush rod part 200.

As shown in FIG. 11, the coupling protrusion 321 and the key slot 213 may be coupled to each other in an opposite position to that as shown in FIG. 1. That is, the key slot 213 is formed along the inner periphery of the shaft-fitting guide groove 211 of the detachably coupling head 210, and the coupling protrusion 321 to be inserted into the key slot 213 is formed on the outer periphery of the coupling shaft 311 of the cap part 300. Of course, the coupling structure of the coupling protrusion 321 and the key slot 213 as shown in FIG. 11 enables the horizontal and vertical movements of the brush rod part 200 to be restricted.

Between the inner periphery of the key slot 213 of the detachably coupling head 210 and the coupling protrusion 321 formed on the cap part 300 is provided rotation-preventing means 240 for preventing the detachably coupling head 210 from being arbitrarily rotated while the brush rod part 200 is being used. The rotation-preventing means 240 includes a rotation-preventing protrusion 241 and a groove 243 formed opposite to the rotation-preventing protrusion 241 in such a manner as to be insertedly coupled to the rotation-preventing protrusion 241.

At this time, the rotation-preventing protrusion 241 is formed freely on the key slot 213 or the coupling protrusion 321, and the groove 243 is formed freely on the key slot 213 or the coupling protrusion 321 in the opposite structure to the rotation-preventing protrusion 241.

In this case, the protruding height of the rotation-preventing protrusion 241 is appropriate if the coupling protrusion 321 is passed over the rotation-preventing protrusion 241 at the time of applying an external force thereto.

FIGS. 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b and 9 are sectional and front views showing the coupling structure between the body part and the cap part in the single container according to the present invention, wherein FIGS. 7a and 7b are sectional and front views showing the closing state of the cap part 300, FIGS. 8a and 8b are sectional and front views showing the take-out preparing step of the cap part 300, and FIG. 9 is a front view showing the completely separated state of the cap part 300 from the body part 100.

As shown, the position-guiding protrusion 331 is formed along the inner periphery of the lower end portion of the handle 330 so as to guide the coupling direction of the cap part 300, and a position-guiding indentation 141 is formed around the outer periphery of a neck portion 140 of the body part 100, so as to fittingly guide the position-guiding protrusion 331 thereto,

In this case, the formation of the position-guiding protrusion 331 and the position-guiding indentation 141 allows the coupling center of the cap part 300 at the time of coupling the cap part 300 to the body part 100 having the plurality of housing chambers 110 and the plurality of brush rod parts 200 to be gently guided through the body part 300, thereby providing the convenience in use.

The position-guiding indentation 141 is formed on the center of the front surface of each housing chamber 110, thereby serving to allow the position of each housing chamber 110 dividedly formed on the body part 100 to be recognized by a user.

At this time, the body part 100 has the name of the liquid contained in each housing chamber 110 printed on the outer surface thereof below the position-guiding indentation 141.

The position-guiding indentation 141 includes a vertical guide section portion 141a formed to vertically guide the position-guiding protrusion 331 from the top side of the neck portion 140 of the body part 100 toward the lower side thereof and a horizontal guide section portion 141b formed to guide the position-guiding protrusion 331 on the lower side of the vertical guide section portion 141a along the horizontal periphery of the neck portion 140 of the body part 100.

The vertical guide section portion 141a forms an entrance and exit passageway of the position-guiding protrusion 331 formed on the cap part 300, and the horizontal guide section portion 141b forms a horizontal moving passageway of the position-guiding protrusion 331 so as to select any one of the plurality of brush rod parts 200.

FIGS. 7a and 7b show the state where the position-guiding protrusion 331 is positioned within the horizontal guide section portion 141b, before the selection of the plurality of brush rod parts 200.

At this time, the cap part 300 is in a state of completely closing the body part 100.

FIGS. 8a and 8b show the state where the position-guiding protrusion 331 is positioned at the cross point of the horizontal guide section portion 141b and the vertical guide section portion 141a, wherein the selected brush rod part 200 is ready to be taken out from the housing chamber 110 of the body part 100.

At this time, the cap part 300 is separated from the body part 100 by a predetermined distance by means of the elastic force of elastic support means 340 formed on the center of the shaft-fitting guide groove 211 of the detachably coupling head 210.

The elastic support means 340 is in a compressed state while the position-guiding protrusion 331 is being positioned within the horizontal guide section portion 141b, but if the position-guiding protrusion 331 reaches the cross point of the horizontal guide section portion 141b and the vertical guide section portion 141, the elastic support means 340 raises the cap part 300 to a predetermined height, thereby allowing the state where the brush rod part 200 can be taken out to be recognized to the user.

After that, the cap part 300 is completely separated from the body part 300, as shown in FIG. 9, and the liquid applied on the brush rod part 200 is covered on the surface to be painted.

At this time, the brush rod part 200 is taken out by the application of the external force from the user to the outside in the state of being compressedly supported by means of the wiper 130, and if the external force is excessively strong, the liquid contained in the housing chamber 110 may be sprayed to the outside.

Contrarily, if the external force applied to take the brush rod part 200 out is substantially weak, it is hard to gently take the brush rod part 200 out to the outside.

According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, the position-guiding indentation 141 further has a twisting section portion 141c formed slantly between the horizontal guide section portion 141b and the vertical guide section portion 141a, thereby preventing the liquid contained in the housing chamber 110 from being sprayed to the outside and further helping the brush rod part 200 gently taken out from the body part 100.

In the structure where the twisting section portion 141c is formed, if the cap part 300 is raised by means of the elastic support means 340 to the state of being ready to be taken out, the handle 330 of the cap part 300 is taken and rotated by the user's hand.

At this time, the position-guiding protrusion 331 to which the rotating force is applied is moved along the slant face of the twisting section portion 141c, such that the brush rod part 200 is smoothly taken out from the wiper 300.

After that, the cap part 300 is raised vertically with a relatively small force applied by the user and is separated from the body part 100.

The twisting section portion 141c may be made to a straight or curved line.

Under the above-mentioned configuration, now, an explanation on the operation of the single container according to the present invention will be given.

First, the cap part 300 of the single container according to the present invention is rotated to select a liquid to be painted.

At this time, if the cap part 300 is rotated, the coupling protrusion 321 of the holder 320 coupled on the inner peripheral surface of the cap part 300 is rotated along the key slots 213 formed on the detachably coupling heads 210 of the plurality of brush rod parts 200.

The detachably coupling heads 210 of the plurality of brush rod parts 200 are continuously formed to a single cylindrical shape, and also, the key slots 213 are continuously connected to each other, such that the cap part 300 can be rotated by 360°.

At this time, so as to check whether the rotated cap part 300 and holder 320 are accurately positioned at the housing chamber 110 containing the liquid to be selected, reference and position marks may be formed on the cap part 300 and the body part 100.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4,5 and 6, a concave or convex protrusion is formed on the center of the inner surface of each key slot 213, and a concave or convey groove is formed on the coupling protrusion 321 of the holder 320 correspondingly to the concave or convey protrusion, such that when the coupling protrusion 321 of the holder 320 is positioned at the center of the corresponding housing chamber 110, the concave or convex protrusion is forcedly fitted to the concave or convex groove, thereby allowing the coupling state to be recognized to the user.

In this state, the brush rod part 200 submerged into the housing chamber 110 containing the liquid to be painted is selected, and therefore, if the cap part 300 is separated from the body part 100, only the selected brush rod part 200 coupled to the cap part 300 is taken out from the body part 100.

At this time, referring to the coupling state between the separated cap part 300 and brush rod part 200, the coupling shaft 311 provided on the cap part 300 is inserted into the shaft-fitting guide groove 211, thereby serving to pressurize and support the top end periphery of the detachably coupling head 210. Also, the coupling protrusion 321 formed on the cap part 300 is coupledly inserted into the key slot 213, thereby serving to fix the lower end periphery of the detachably coupling head 210.

That is, the detachably coupling head 210 of the brush rod part 200 is secured to a ‘’-like shape to the cap part 300 by means of the coupling protrusion 321 and the top end cap 310 of the cap part 300, thereby restricting the upward and downward movements of the detachably coupling head 210 of the brush rod part 200 and also fixing the concentric movement by means of the coupling shaft 311 insertedly fitted to the shaft-fitting guide groove 211.

Next, the cap part 300 and the body part 100 are coupled to each other in the reverse order to the take out method of the brush rod part 200, and in the same manner as mentioned above, the liquid to be desired is selected and the corresponding brush rod part 200 is taken out.

The single container according to the present invention is applied to general cosmetic containers, and it is applicable to a variety of containers like medical or living products.

In case where the single container of the present invention is applied to the cosmetic containers, two or more kinds of liquids are easily used in turn at the time of a make-up operation of the user.

Moreover, since the cosmetic liquid contained in the body part 100 is marketed in the state of being adequate for the use thereof, there is no need to inconveniently select the kinds of the cosmetic liquid.

Also, the single container according to the present invention has the two or more kinds of cosmetic liquids contained therein in the state of being separated from each other, such that the brush rod parts 200 submerged into the cosmetic liquids are selectively taken out by using the cap part 300 coupled to the top end periphery of the body part 100.

According to the present invention, there is no need to additionally purchase different kinds of cosmetic products, thereby reducing the purchasing costs of the cosmetic products and also providing advantages in the conveniences in keeping and carrying the single container of the present invention.

Further, the cap part 300 separated from the body part 100 is used as the handle of the brush rod part 200, thereby making it convenient to use, and the container is kept in the state of being erected up, thereby being used in a stable state. Also, while the container is being kept at a predetermined position, the cosmetic liquid is naturally gathered to the bottom portion of the body part 100, which allows the liquid-applying means 230 of the brush rod part 200 to be maintained in the state of being submerged into the cosmetic liquid, thereby reducing the make-up time and all consuming the remaining quantity of the cosmetic liquid.

Moreover, the single container of the present invention contains two or more kinds of cosmetic liquids, and the selected brush rod part 200 is taken out freely by rotating the cap part 300 to 360°, which permits the selection degree of the user to be enlarged and at the same time enables the space sizes of the housing chambers of the cosmetic liquids to be freely increased or decreased, thereby providing the structure of dividing the cosmetic liquids in accordance with the frequency of usage of the cosmetic liquids.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A single container for multi-applicator with single or multi-housing chambers, the single container comprising:

a body part in which one or more kinds of liquids are contained in a separated state from each other;
a plurality of brush rod parts submergedly disposed in a plurality of housing chambers of the body part; and
a cap part detachably coupled to the top end periphery of the body part so as to take out any selected one of the plurality of brush rod parts in the state of being coupled to the plurality of brush rod parts.

2. The single container according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of housing chambers of the body part are defined by means of a plurality of partitions, the partitions being arranged radially with respect to the center of the body part and being equally or unequally spaced apart from each other.

3. The single container according to claim 1, wherein the body part has a wiper coupled around a neck portion of the top end periphery thereof.

4. The single container according to claim 1, wherein each of the brush rod parts includes:

a detachably coupling head disposed on the top side thereof protruded outwardly from the wiper in such a manner as to be detachably coupled to the cap part;
a connection rod extended downwardly from the detachably coupling head; and
a liquid-applying means disposed on the end portion of the connection rod so as to apply the liquid contained in each housing chamber of the body part.

5. The single container according to claim 1, wherein the cap part includes:

a top end cap having a coupling shaft extended downwardly from the center thereof in such a manner as to be inserted into a shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head;
a ring-shaped holder disposed on the lower end of the top end cap and having a coupling protrusion formed from the inner peripheral wall thereof in such a manner as to be rotated along a key slot of the detachably coupling head; and
a cylindrical handle adapted to surround with the outer peripheries of the top end cap and the holder on the top side periphery thereof.

The single container according to claim 5, wherein the coupling protrusion is formed on the outer periphery of the coupling shaft of the cap part, and the key slot to be coupled to the coupling protrusion is formed along the inner periphery of the shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head, thereby allowing the horizontal and vertical movements of the brush rod parts to be restricted.

The single container according to claim 5, wherein between the inner periphery of the key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part is provided a rotation-preventing means for preventing the detachably coupling head from being arbitrarily rotated while any one of the brush rod parts is being used.

8. The single container according to claim 5, wherein the key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part are multi-layered vertically.

9. The single container according to claim 4, wherein the connection rod has a packing disposed around the top end periphery thereof.

10. The single container according to claim 4, wherein the top end portion of the connection rod of each brush rod part, which is adapted to be contacted with a cone part formed by the wiper, has a polygonal shape in the cross-section thereof, thereby preventing each brush rod part from being rotated.

11. The single container according to claim 4, wherein the liquid-applying means is any one selected from the applicators made of a natural brush, sponge, polymer, and metal.

12. The single container according to claim 5, wherein the handle has a position-guiding protrusion formed along the inner periphery of the lower end portion thereof so as to guide the coupling direction of the cap part, and the body part has a position-guiding indentation formed around the outer periphery of the neck portion thereof in such a manner as to be fittingly guide the position-guiding protrusion thereto, the position-guiding indentation having a vertical guide section portion formed to vertically guide the position-guiding protrusion from the top side of the neck portion of the body part toward the lower side thereof and a horizontal guide section portion formed to guide the position-guiding protrusion on the lower side of the vertical guide section portion along the horizontal periphery of the neck portion of the body part.

The single container according to claim 12, wherein the position-guiding indentation further has a twisting section portion formed slantly between the horizontal guide section portion and the vertical guide section portion, such that the position-guiding protrusion is raised along the twisting section portion at the time of rotating the cap part, thereby enabling the corresponding brush rod part to be ready to be taken out.

14. The single container according to claim 12, wherein the cap part further has elastic support means formed on the center of the shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head in such a manner as to elastically support the raising of the handle, thereby being raised to a predetermined height when the position-guiding protrusion is placed below the vertical guide section portion and the twisting section portion.

15. The single container according to claim 12, wherein the position-guiding protrusion of the handle and the coupling protrusion of the holder are formed at the same position on a vertical line.

16. The single container according to claim 5, wherein the holder and the handle are formed to a unitary body.

17. The single container according to claim 12, wherein the body part has the name of the liquid contained in each housing chamber printed on the outer surface thereof below the position-guiding indentation.

18. The single container according to claim 6, wherein between the inner periphery of the key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part is provided a rotation-preventing means for preventing the detachably coupling head from being arbitrarily rotated while any one of the brush rod parts is being used.

19. The single container according to claim 6, wherein the key slot of the detachably coupling head and the coupling protrusion formed on the cap part are multi-layered vertically.

20. The single container according to claim 13, wherein the cap part further has elastic support means formed on the center of the shaft-fitting guide groove of the detachably coupling head in such a manner as to elastically support the raising of the handle, thereby being raised to a predetermined height when the position-guiding protrusion is placed below the vertical guide section portion and the twisting section portion.
