Instant bathing equipment and operating method thereof

An instant bathing equipment comprises a bathtub having a bathing room; a controlling means to generate an entrance formed on a bathing room to make a user enter the bathtub and close the bathtub; an isolating means to separate a store space in the bathing room so as to store water and to make the user enter a washing chamber from the entrance, the store space and the washing chamber communicating with each other so that water in the store space flows to the washing chamber, such that the bathing room is filled with water in a short time.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an instant bathing equipment which decreases water feeding time to make a user have an instant bath without waiting.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Conventional bathing equipment includes a movable door disclosed in CN Pat. Nos. 2717362Y, 2730291Y, and 2834396Y, CN Publication Nos. 200963096Y, 200980615Y, 201088508Y, and 201088509Y.

However, such a movable door of the bathing equipment will make water in the bathtub leak outward as it is opened to let a user enter the bathtub.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide an instant bathing equipment which decreases water feeding time to make a user have an instant bath without waiting.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an instant bathing equipment which lowers a water flowing impact on body.

An instant bathing equipment in accordance with the present invention comprises:

a bathtub having a bathing room;

a controlling means to generate an entrance formed on a bathing room to make a user enter the bathtub and close the bathtub;

an isolating means to separate a store space in the bathing room so as to store water and to make the user enter a washing chamber from the entrance, the store space and the washing chamber communicating with each other so that water in the store space flows to the washing chamber, such that the bathing room is filled with water in a short time;

wherein the controlling means includes an opening communicating with the bathing room and a first door disposed in the opening, the first door is operated to move between a first and a second positions; when the first door is located at the first position, the opening is sealed to close the entrance, and when the first door is located at the second position, the opening is opened to generate the entrance;

wherein the isolating means includes a second door mounted in the bathing room, the second door is operated to move between a third and a fourth positions; when the second door is located at the third position, the bathing room is separated to form a store space and a washing chamber; and when the second door is located at the fourth position, the store space and the washing chamber are released to communicate with each other.

An operating method of instant bathing equipment in accordance with the present invention comprises:

a. separating a bathing room of a bathtub to a store space and a washing chamber, wherein the bathing room is in communication with an entrance allowing to be opened and closed to make a user enter;

b. feeding water to a predetermined level in the store space;

c. keeping the entrance open so that the user enters the entrance and then closes it;

d. closing the entrance or releasing the separated bathing room to communicate the store space and the washing chamber with each other so as to flow the water in the store space to the washing chamber, such that the bathing room is filled with water in a short time to make a user have an instant bath;

wherein the entrance is disposed at a predetermined position of the bathtub relative to a side wall of the bathing room;

wherein the entrance is opened and closed by moving a first door;

wherein the store space and the bathing room are separated apart from and communicated with each other by moving a second door;

wherein the first door is moved by manual operation;

wherein the second door is moved by manual operation;

wherein the first door is moved by using an electrical driving device;

wherein the second door is moved by using the electrical driving device;

wherein the electrical driving device is started or stopped by using a control device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1-2, an instant bathing equipment and operating method thereof according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a bathtub 10, a controlling means a and an isolating means b.

The bathtub 10 includes a bathing room 101, a side wall 11 formed therearound, and a bottom wall 12 connected with the side wall 11 and having a raised saddle 13 to be sat by a user disposed on a top surface of the bottom wall 12.

The controlling means a includes an entrance 102 formed on a bathing room 101 to make the user enter the bathtub 10 as shown in FIG. 19a and close the bathtub 10 as illustrated in FIG. 19c. The controlling means a further includes an opening 21, an engaging element 22, a first door 23, an electrical driving device 24, and a control device 25, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4; wherein

the opening 21 is mounted on a suitable position of the side wall 11 of the bathtub 10 and includes a lateral groove 211 arranged on a bottom thereof, includes two longitudinal slots 212 fixed on two sides thereof respectively, and the side wall 11 includes a longitudinal groove 213 communicating with the longitudinal slot 212, and the longitudinal groove 213 also communicates with a lengthwise recess 214 adjacent to the longitudinal slot 212. The opening 21 is located at one side of the saddle 13 of the bathtub 10.

The engaging element 22 is disposed on an inner side of the lengthwise recess 214 of the opening 21, wherein the engaging element 22 is a rack and coupled to the inner side of the lengthwise recess 214 and includes a plurality of teeth 221.

The first door 23, as shown in FIGS. 5-7, is operated to move between a first and a second positions, wherein as the first door 23 is located at the first position, the opening 21 is sealed to close the entrance 102, and as the first door 23 is located at the second position, the opening 21 is opened to generate the entrance 102. The first door 23 is designed in a foldable type to be expand or retracted vertically and includes a plurality of vanes 231 arranged vertically, a number of curved portions 232 spaced apart from each other, and a top plate member 233 attached on an uppermost curved portion 232, each of the curved portions 232 includes two shafts 232a extending from two sides thereof to insert to the longitudinal slots 212 and to move vertically. A lowermost curved portion 232 is connected to a bottom surface of the lateral groove 211, such that as the first door 23 is located at the first position, the opening 21 is sealed to close the entrance 102, as illustrated in FIG. 19c, and a top surface of the plate member 233 flushes with the side wall 11 so that the plate member 233 and the side wall 11 are connected with each other to form a plane. As the first door 23 is pressed, the vanes 231 are retracted downward until the plate member 233 covers the lateral groove 211 so that the first door 23 moves to the second position and on an upper side of the plate member 233 generates the entrance 102 as shown in FIG. 19a. Likewise, as the first door 23 is pulled upward, the vanes 231 are expanded upward until the top surface of the plate member 233 connects with a top surface of the side wall 11 to return to the first position.

The electrical driving device 24, as shown in FIGS. 8-9, is a driving motor to be received in the longitudinal groove 213 of the opening 21, and includes a holder 241 having a fitting hole 241a to insert the shaft 232a of the uppermost curved portion 232. The driving motor includes an output shank 242 to be inserted to the longitudinal groove 213 and having a gear 242a to mesh with the teeth 221 of the engaging element 22, such that as the driving motor is started to operate, the uppermost curved portion 232 is actuated by the output shank 242 and the engaging element 22 moves vertically so that the first door 23 is retracted downward to the first position or expanded upward to the second position.

The control device 25, as illustrated in FIG. 4, is used to start or stop the electrical driving device 24 and electrically connected with a touch, remote, or sound-controlling switch of the electrical driving device 24. The control device 25 includes a first touch switch 251 and a second touch switch 252 proximate to the top surface of the side wall 11 so as to be controlled by the user easily, wherein the first and the second touch switches 251, 252 are pressed to turn on/ff the driving motor to prevent the first touch switch 251 from being touched carelessly to turn on the driving motor, thereby obtaining safety.

The isolating means b is applied to separate a specific space in the bathing room 101 to store water, e.g., a store space 103 to store warm water and to make the user enter a washing chamber 104 from the entrance 102 easily as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, and 19a. Furthermore, the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104 allow to communicate with each other as shown in FIG. 19d so that water in the store space 103 flows to the washing chamber 104, such that the bathing room 101 is filled with water in a short time. The controlling means b further includes a receiving segment 31, an engaging element 32, a second door 33, an electrical driving device 34, and a control device 35, wherein

the receiving segment 31 is located between ⅓ and ½ of the bathing room 101 to prevent from installing the opening 21 additionally and includes a lateral groove 311 formed on a bottom surface thereof, two longitudinal slots 312 disposed on two sides thereof respectively, a longitudinal slot 313 communicating with the longitudinal slots 312 and a vertical notch 314 adjacent to the longitudinal slots 312.

The engaging element 32 is installed on one side of the longitudinal slot 312 and is a rack to be coupled to an inner wall of the longitudinal slots 312 and includes a plurality of teeth 321 arranged vertically.

The second door 33 of a second embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in FIGS. 11-13, is operated to move between a third and a fourth positions. As the second door 33 is at the third position, the bathing room 101 is separated to form the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104. The second door 33 is designed in a vertically expandable or downward retractable type, the retractable door includes a plurality of vertical vanes 331, a number of curved portions 332 between an uppermost vane 331 and a lowermost vane 331, and a top plate member 333 on the uppermost curved portion 332, wherein each of the curved portions 332 includes two shafts 332a extending from two ends thereof and inserting to the longitudinal slots 312 to move. The lowermost curved portion 332 is connected to one side of a bottom of the lateral groove 311 such that as the second door 33 is located at the third position to expand as shown in FIGS. 12 and 19a, the bathing room 101 is separated to form the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104, and a top surface of the plate member 333 flushes with a top surface of the side wall 11, and the plate member 333 and the side wall 11 are connected together to generate a plane. When the second door 33 is pressed, the vanes 331 are retracted downward until the plate 333 covers the lateral groove 311 so that the second door 33 is moved to the fourth position as illustrated in FIGS. 13 and 19d, and the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104 communicate with each other. Likewise, when the second door 33 is retracted upward, the vanes 331 are expanded upward until the top surface of the plate member 333 contacts with the top surface of the side wall 11 to return the third position.

The second door 33 also includes a releasing doorway 334 opened toward the store space 103 as illustrated in FIGS. 14, 15 to form an outlet 335, wherein as the second door 33 expands to the third position, the releasing doorway 334 is closed and retracts toward the fourth position with the second door 33, such that the releasing doorway 334 rotates toward the store space 103 along the curved portion 332 to form the outlet 335.

The electrical driving device 34, as shown in FIGS. 16-18, is a driving motor and is received in the longitudinal groove 313 of the receiving segment 31. The electrical driving device 34 includes a holder 341 having a sliding block 341a to slide vertically along the vertical notch 314, includes an output shank 342 having a gear 342a to be inserted to the longitudinal slots 312 and to engage with the teeth 321 of the engaging element 32. The output shank 342 includes a fitting hole 342a on a free end thereof so that the shaft 332a of the uppermost curved portion 332 inserts to the longitudinal slots 312, such that as the driving motor operates, the output shank 342 and the engaging element 32 engage with each other to actuate the uppermost curved portion 332 of the second door 33 to move vertically along the engaging element 32 so that the second door 33 is retracted downward or expanded upward to move at the third position and the fourth position.

The control device 35, as illustrated in FIG. 4, is used to start or stop the electrical driving device 34 and selectively connected with a touch, remote, or sound-controlling switch of the electrical driving device 34. The control device 35 includes a third touch switch 351 and a fourth touch switch 351, and is disposed to a top surface of the side wall 11 so as to be controlled easily, wherein when the user presses the third and the fourth switches 351, 352, the driving motor is turned on/off. Beside, the driving motor is not turned on as the user touches the third switch 351 carelessly to obtain a safety. It is to be noted that the fourth and the second switches 352, 252 are the same switch.

Referring to FIGS. 12, 13, the receiving segment 31 includes a vent 311 fixed on a bottom surface of the lateral groove 311 and having a plug 311b to be opened to release water in the lateral groove 311, wherein the plug 311b is turned on/off in an electrically controlling manner.

The operating steps of the instant bathing equipment include:

a. applying the isolating means b as shown in FIG. 19a, wherein the bathing room 101 of the bathtub 10 is separated to form the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104.

In other words, the controlling device 35 of the isolating means b is touched, e.g., the third touch switch 351 and the fourth touch switch 352 are touched by the user (as illustrated in FIG. 4) to start the electrical driving device 34 so that the second door 33 is expended upward to separate the bathing room 101, hence on one side of the second door 33 forms the store space 103, and on another side thereof forms the washing chamber 104.

b. feeding water to the store space 103 as shown in FIG. 19b, wherein the user allows to enter the washing chamber 104 or prepare clothes freely during feeding water.

c. keeping the entrance 102 open or applying the controlling means a to open the entrance 102, wherein the user passes the opened entrance 102 again to enter it as illustrated in FIG. 19d, and then he closes the entrance 102 by ways of the controlling means a as illustrated in FIG. 19c.

The user can identify whether the entrance 102 is opened or not. If the entrance is not open, he touches the control device 25 by using the controlling means a, e.g., the first and the second touch switches 251, 252, to actuate the electrical driving device 24 so that the first door 23 is retracted downward to generate the entrance 102, such that the user allows to pass across the entrance 102 to enter the washing chamber 104 and then stands or sits on the saddle 13. Thereafter, the first and the second touch switches 251, 252 are touched to expand the first door 23 upward, thereby closing the entrance 102.

d. applying the isolating means b to communicate the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104, as illustrated in FIG. 19d, wherein the store space 103 is in communication with the washing chamber 104 to flow the water in the store space 103 to the washing chamber 104, such that the bathing room 101 is filled with water in a short time.

It is to be noted that when the second door 33 is retracted downward, the vane 331 of the releasing doorway 334 automatically swings toward the store space 103 by rotating with the vane 331 axially to generate the outlet 335 as shown in FIGS. 14, 15, hence one part of water in the store space 103 flows into the washing chamber 104 through the outlet 335. Thereby, the user can have an instant bath because of sufficient water in the bathtub without waiting for feeding water. It is to be noted that the first and the second doors 23, 33 can be operated manually as well.

With reference to FIGS. 20a-20c, an instant bathing equipment according to a second embodiment of the present invention is designed in a laterally expandable and retractable type, wherein one ends of the first door 23 and the second door 33 are installed to the opening 21 and the receiving segment 31 individually, such that when a movable end of the first door 23 is expanded horizontally to the first position, the entrance 102 is closed, and when the first door 23 is retracted laterally to the second position, the entrance 12 generates. Likewise, when a movable end of the second door 33 is expanded horizontally to the third position, the bathing room 101 is separated, and when the second door 33 is retracted laterally to the fourth position, the separated bathing room 101 is released.

Referring to FIGS. 21a-21b, an instant bathing equipment according to a third embodiment of the present invention comprises a first door 23 and a second door 33 designed in an non-foldable type, the first door 23 includes one side connected axially to the opening 21, and the second door 33 includes one side installed in the receiving segment 31 so that the first and the second doors 23, 33 are rotated axially, such that when a movable end of the first door 23 is rotated outward to the first position, the entrance 102 is opened, and when it is rotated to the second position, the entrance 102 is closed. Likewise, when a movable end of the second door 33 is rotated to the third position, the bathing room 101 is separated, and when the second door 33 is rotated to the fourth position, the separated bathing room 101 is released.

As shown in FIGS. 22a-22b, an instant bathing equipment according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a first door 23 disposed on a bottom end of the opening 21, and includes a second door 33 mounted on a bottom end of the receiving segment 31 so that the first and the second doors 23, 33 are turned upward and downward, wherein as a movable end of the first door 23 is turned outward, the entrance 102 generates, and an inner wall of the first door 23 provides an anti-leak patterns to be stepped by the user safely.

As illustrated in FIGS. 23a-23c, an instant bathing equipment according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention includes a first and a second doors 23, 33 designed in a non-foldable type, wherein the second door 33 is flexible and moved laterally. The side wall 11 of the opening 21 includes a cavity 215 to move the first door 23, such that when the first door 23 is moved to the first position, the entrance 102 is closed, and when the first door 23 is moved to the second position, the entrance 102 is retracted in the cavity 215. Likewise, the side wall 11 of the receiving segment 31 includes a cavity 315 to move the second door 33 horizontally, such that as the second door 33 is move to the third position, the bathing room 101 is separated, and when the second door 33 is move to the fourth position, the separated bathing room 101 is released to be retracted in the cavity 315.

As illustrated in FIGS. 24a-24c, an instant bathing equipment according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention includes flexible first and second doors 23, and cavities 315 secured in the opening 21 and the bottom wall 12 of the receiving segment 31 to receive the first and second doors 23, 33, such that when the first door 23 is moved to the first position, the entrance 102 is closed, and when the first door 23 is moved to the second position, the entrance 102 is retracted in the cavity 215. Likewise, as the second door 33 is moved to the third position, the bathing room 101 is separated, and when the second door 33 is moved to the fourth position, the separated bathing room 101 is released to be retracted in the cavity 315.

As illustrated in FIGS. 25a-25c, an instant bathing equipment according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention includes a flexible sharing door 41 proximate to two opposite first and second ends 411, 412 so as to form a first door 23 and a second door 33 facing to each other. In other words, between a bottom end of the opening 21 and a bottom end of the receiving segment 31 is defined a cavity 42 so that the sharing door 41 moves along the cavity 42, the opening 21, and the receiving segment 31, such that as first door 23 is moved to the second position, the entrance 102 is formed, and the second door 33 is simultaneously moved to the third position to separate the bathing room 101 so as to define the store space 103 and the washing chamber 104, hence the user can use the store space 103 to store water, and then the full water flows to the washing chamber 104. Thereafter, as the second door 33 move to the fourth position, the first door 32 is simultaneously moved to the first position to close the entrance 102, thereby having a bath in the bathing room 101.

It is to be noted that the first and second doors 23, 33 are comprised of one portions of the two opposite ends of the sharing door 41, therefore the first and second doors 23, 33 are moved with each other, and an upward moving travel of the first door 23 is equal to a downward moving travel of the second door 33. Likewise, a downward moving travel of the first door 23 is equal to an upward moving travel of the second door 33, such that as the second door 33 moves downward to a predetermined height, the first door 23 moves upward to a specific height equivalent to the downward moving height of the second door 33 to close the entrance 102. Besides, a cross sectional area of the washing chamber 104 is more than or equal to that of the store space 103 so as to keep the water which flows from the store space 103 in the washing chamber 104, thus shortening operating time.

As illustrated in FIGS. 26a-26d, an instant bathing equipment according to a eighth embodiment of the present invention includes flexible first and second doors 23, 33 comprised of a sharing door 51, wherein the sharing door is moved in an annular path, and the annular path is formed in a rectangle, circle, or ellipse shape. In this embodiment, the annular path is a circle and comprised of the opening 21, the receiving segment 31, and internal vacancies 521, 522 communicating with each other, wherein the vacancy 521 is located at the side wall 11 on a left side of the opening 21, and the vacancy 522 is located at the side wall 11 on a right side of the opening 21, hence the sharing door 51 slides along the vacancy 522, the receiving segment 31, the vacancy 521, and the opening 21 to define an annular path, wherein as two ends of the sharing door 51 are located at two sides of the vacancy 522, one portion of the sharing door 51 relative to the opening 21 and the receiving segment 31 forms the first door 23 located at the first position and the second door 33 located at the third position to close the entrance 102 and to separate the bathing room 101 as shown in FIG. 26a. Furthermore, as the sharing door 51 moves to the vacancies 521, 522, the first door 23 is moved to the second position to open the entrance 102, and the second door 33 remain separated so as to feed water, such that the user allows to enter the washing chamber 104 from the entrance 102 as illustrated in FIG. 26b. When the sharing door 51 moves to the vacancies 521, 522 anti-clockwise, the separated second door 33 is released as shown in FIG. 26c so that the first door 23 remains at the first position to make the user have a bath as illustrated in FIG. 26d.

It is to be noted that the first door 23 of the eighth embodiment of the present invention is comprised of opposite portions of the sharing door 51 of the opening 21, and the second door 33 is comprised of opposite portions of the sharing door 51 of the receiving segment 31, and the first and the second doors 23, 33 are not comprised of fixed portions of the sharing door 51. For example, as the first door 23 is located at the first or second position, the second door 33 is located at the third position as shown in FIGS. 26a and 25b, but the second door 33 is comprised of two different portions of the sharing door 51. Likewise, as the second door 33 is located at the third or fourth position, the first door 23 is located at the first position as illustrated in FIGS. 26a and 26d, but the first door 23 is comprised of two different portions of the sharing door 51.

It is to be noted that a moving length of the receiving segment 31 is more than that of the opening 21, accordingly the largest length of the sharing door 51 is less than that of the opening 21, such that the largest length of the sharing door 51 is at least less than a value which is an annular moving path to decrease the moving path of the receiving segment 31 so that as the first door is located at the first position, the second door 33 is located at the fourth position to be released. Likewise, a smallest length of the sharing door 51 is at least more than a value which is a moving path of the receiving segment 31 to add the moving path of the opening 21 and the moving path of the vacancy 521 so that the first and the second doors 23, 33 are located at the first and the third positions respectively, such that before the separated door 33 is released, the first door 23 closes the entrance 102 to prevent water from flowing outward from the entrance 102, thus having an easy bath.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. An instant bathing equipment comprising

a bathtub having a bathing room;
a controlling means to generate an entrance formed on a bathing room to make a user enter and close the bathtub;
an isolating means to separate a store space in the bathing room so as to store water and to make the user enter a washing chamber from the entrance, the store space and the washing chamber communicating with each other so that water in the store space flows to the washing chamber, such that the bathing room is filled with water in a short time.

2. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controlling means includes an opening communicating with the bathing room and a first door disposed in the opening, the first door is operated to move between a first and a second positions; when the first door is located at the first position, the opening is sealed to close the entrance, and when the first door is located at the second position, the opening is opened to generate the entrance.

3. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the isolating means includes a second door mounted in the bathing room, the second door is operated to move between a third and a fourth positions; when the second door is located at the third position, the bathing room is separated to form a store space and a washing chamber; and when the second door is located at the fourth position, the store space and the washing chamber are released to communicate with each other.

4. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first door is designed in a foldable type, and a bottom end of the first door is fixed to a bottom side of the opening, and a top end thereof is expended upward to the first position or retracted downward to the second position.

5. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the controlling means further includes an electrical driving device to expend the first door upward to the first position or to retract the first door to the second position.

6. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the electrical driving device is a driving motor secured on one side of the top end of the first door; the opening includes an engaging element to engage with the driving motor so that the driving motor is driven to move vertically along the engaging element, and the first door is actuated to expend and retract vertically.

7. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the controlling means further includes a control device to start or stop the driving motor.

8. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the control device is electrically connected with a touch switch of the electrical deriving device.

9. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the control device is a remote switch.

10. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the control device is a sound-controlling switch.

11. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first door is designed in a foldable type, and one side of the first door is fixed to the opening, and another side thereof is laterally expended to the first position or retracted to the second position.

12. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein one side of the first door is rotated axially to the first and the second positions.

13. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bathtub further includes a side wall and a bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the first door moves along an inner side of the side wall and the opening horizontally toward the first and the second positions.

14. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the first door moves along an outer side of the side wall and the opening horizontally toward the first and the second positions.

15. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the first door moves along two ends of the outer side of the side wall and two sides of the opening toward the first and the second positions.

16. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the first door moves along the outer side of the side wall and the two sides of the opening toward the first and the second positions.

17. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first door is operated manually to move between the first and the second positions.

18. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the controlling means further includes the electrical driving device to drive the first door to move between the first and the second positions.

19. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 18, wherein the controlling means further includes the control device to turn on or turn off the electrical driving device.

20. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 19, wherein the control device is electrically connected with a touch switch of the electrical driving device.

21. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 19, wherein the control device is a remote switch.

22. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 19, wherein the control device is a sound-controlling switch.

23. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second door is designed in a foldable type, and a bottom end of the second door is fixed to a bottom surface of the bottom wall, and a top end thereof is expended upward to the third position or retracted downward to the fourth position.

24. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 23, wherein the isolating means further includes the electrical driving device to expand the second door upward toward the third position or retract the second door downward toward the fourth position.

25. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 24, wherein the electrical driving device is a driving motor fixed to one side of a top end of the second door; the bathtub includes the engaging element to mesh with the driving motor so that the driving motor is started to move along the engaging element vertically to expend and retract the second door longitudinally.

26. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 25, wherein the isolating means further includes the control device to start or stop the driving motor.

27. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 26, wherein the control device is electrically connected with a touch switch of the electrical driving device.

28. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 26, wherein the control device is a remote switch.

29. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 26, wherein the control device is a sound-controlling switch.

30. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 23, wherein the second door includes a releasing doorway opened toward the store space to form an outlet so that one part of water in the store space flows to the washing chamber, so as to release a flowing impact on body.

31. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 30, wherein the releasing doorway is closed when the second door is expended to the third position, and the outlet generates when the releasing doorway is retracted to the fourth position with the second door to be rotated axially.

32. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second door is designed in a foldable type, and one side of the second door is fixed to the opening, another side thereof is expended to the third position or retracted to the fourth position laterally.

33. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the one side of the second door is rotated axially to the third and the fourth positions.

34. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the second door moves along the inner side of the side wall and the bottom wall flexibly toward the third and the fourth positions.

35. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the second door moves along the outer side of the side wall and the bottom wall flexibly toward the third and the fourth positions.

36. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the second door moves along the two ends of the inner side of the side wall and the bottom wall on two opposites of an isolating portion flexibly toward the third and the fourth positions.

37. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bathtub further includes the side wall and the bottom wall connected with the side wall to define the bathing room, the second door moves along the outer side of the side wall and the bottom wall on the two opposites of the isolating portion flexibly toward the third and the fourth positions.

38. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second door is manually operated to move between the third and the fourth positions.

39. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the isolating means further includes the electrical driving device to drive the second door to move between the third and the fourth positions.

40. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 39, wherein the isolating means further includes the control device to start or stop the electrical driving means.

41. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 40, wherein the control device is electrically connected to a touch switch of the electrical driving device.

42. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 40, wherein the control device is a remote switch.

43. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 40, wherein the control device is a sound-controlling switch.

44. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controlling means includes the opening communicating with the bathing room and the first door disposed in the opening, the first door is operated to move between the first and the second positions; when the first door is located at the first position, the opening is sealed to close the entrance, and when the first door is located at the second position, the opening is opened to generate the entrance; the isolating means includes the second door mounted in the bathing room, the second door is operated to move between the third and the fourth positions; when the second door is located at the third position, the bathing room is separated to form the store space and the washing chamber; and when the second door is located at the fourth position, the store space and the washing chamber are released to communicate with each other.

45. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 44, wherein the first and second doors are comprised of one portions of the two opposite ends of a sharing door proximate to two opposite first and second ends, and the first door and the second door face to each other; when the first door is located at the first location, the second door is located at the fourth location; as the first door moves a predetermined height downward to the second position, the second door moves the same height to the third location until the first door is located at the second position and the second door is located at the third position, such that a cross sectional area of the washing chamber is more than or equal to that of the store space.

46. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 45, wherein the sharing door is operated manually to move.

47. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 45, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include the electrical driving device to actuate the sharing door to move.

48. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 47, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include the control device to start or stop the electrical driving device.

49. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 44, wherein the first door and the second door move along an annular path which is defined by moving the sharing door along the opening, the bathing room, and the side wall; when two ends of the sharing door are located at the side wall, the first door is located at the second location and the second door is located at the third location; when the two ends of the sharing door are located in the side wall at two sides of the bathing room, the first door is located at the first position and the second door is located at the fourth location; when the two ends of the sharing door are located at two sides of the side wall on one side of the opening, the first door is located at the first position and the second door is located at the third position.

50. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 49, wherein the sharing door is operated manually to move.

51. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 49, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include the electrical driving device to actuate the sharing door to move.

52. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 51, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include the control device to start or stop the electrical driving device.

53. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bathtub includes a raised saddle to be sat by a user disposed on a top surface of the bottom wall.

54. An instant bathing equipment comprising

a bathtub having a bathing room;
a controlling means including an opening communicating with the bathing room and a first door disposed in the opening, the first door being operated to move between a first and a second positions; when the first door is located at the second position, the opening is opened to form an entrance; when the first door is located at the first position, the opening is sealed to close the entrance;
an isolating means including a second door mounted in the bathing room, the second door being operated to move between a third and a fourth positions; when the second door is located at the third position, the bathing room is separated to form a store space and a washing chamber; and when the second door is located at the fourth position, the store space and the washing chamber are released to communicate with each other, wherein the first and the second doors are comprised of a flexible sharing door.

55. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 54, wherein the first and second doors are comprised of one portions of the two opposite ends of a sharing door proximate to two opposite first and second ends, and the first door and the second door face to each other; when the first door is located at the first location, the second door is located at the fourth location; as the first door moves a predetermined height downward to the second position, the second door moves the same height to the third location until the first door is located at the second position and the second door is located at the third position, such that a cross sectional area of the bathing room is more than or equal to that of the store space.

56. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 55, wherein the sharing door is operated manually to move.

57. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 55, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include an electrical driving device to actuate the sharing door to move.

58. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 57, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include a control device to start or stop the electrical driving device.

59. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 54, wherein the first door and the second door move along an annular path which is defined by moving the sharing door along the opening, the bathing room, and the side wall; when the sharing door is moved to the bathing room and the side wall on two sides of the opening, the first door is located at the second position and the second door is located at the third position; when the sharing door moves to the opening and an inner side of the side wall on the two sides of the opening, the first door is located at the first position and the second door is located at the fourth position; when the two ends of the sharing door are located at two sides of the side wall on one side of the opening, the first door is located at the first position and the second door is located at the third position.

60. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 59, wherein the sharing door is operated manually to move.

61. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 59, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include an electrical driving device to actuate the sharing door to move.

62. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 61, wherein the controlling means and the isolating means further include a control device to start or stop the electrical driving device.

63. An operating method of instant bathing equipment comprising

a. separating a bathing room of a bathtub to a store space and a washing chamber, wherein the bathing room is in communication with an entrance allowing to be opened and closed to make a user enter;
b. feeding water to a predetermined level in the store space;
c. keeping the entrance open so that the user enters the opened entrance and then closes the entrance;
d. closing the entrance or releasing the separated bathing room to communicate the store space and the washing chamber with each other so as to flow the water in the store space to the washing chamber, such that the bathing room is filled with water in a short time.

64. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 63, wherein the entrance is disposed at a predetermined position of the bathtub relative to a side wall of the bathing room.

65. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 63, wherein the entrance is opened and closed by moving a first door.

66. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 63, wherein the store space and the bathing room are separated apart from and communicated with each other by moving a second door.

67. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 65, wherein the first door is moved by manual operation.

68. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 66, wherein the second door is moved by manual operation.

69. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 65, wherein the first door is moved by using an electrical driving device.

70. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 66, wherein the second door is moved by using an electrical driving device.

71. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 69, wherein the electrical driving device is started or stopped by using a control device.

72. The instant bathing equipment as claimed in claim 70, wherein the electrical driving device is started or stopped by using a control device.
