2. Description of the Prior Art

With progress in science and technology, different kinds of electronic devices, such as mobile phones, PDAs and MP3, have been developed one after another, leading to a very common phenomenon that everyone possesses a mobile phone or PDA in modern society.

Usually, electronic devices are attached to users' waists by using case structures, which are fastened onto belts with a clamp on their surface. However, these case structures are only suitable for attachment to users' waists and cannot rotate themselves, making it impossible to adjust the visual angle of the electronic devices installed into these case structures for better operation by users. Given this, if a rotating and portable binder can be designed to fix the electronic devices in place and provide the best visual angle for users to watch or operate, it will effectively eliminate the aforesaid disadvantages and problems, which constitute just what the firms involved in this industry need urgently to research and improve. So it is necessary for the firms concerned to make further improvements and efforts in redesign.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a pedestal with a binding tape tightened around arms and a base, on which there is a shaft hole established to connect a coaxial connection shaft. A supporting plate is put in place to match the coaxial connection shaft, and a rotation shaft over an axial part is connected with the coaxial connection shaft for fixing. Thus, a proposed electronic device can be brought by users conveniently when they go out, if it is placed onto a body of a rotating frame. Besides, use of the electronic device will be facilitated by the design of adjusting the visual angle by using the rotating frame.

The secondary purpose of the present invention is to collect and wind a connection line of the electronic device around a round projecting plate at the bottom of the axial part of the body, so that a retaining hole on both sides of the base can be utilized to fasten the ending part of the connection line, thus achieving the effect of winding up and fixing the connection line.

Another purpose of the present invention is to establish an attaching cloth that can be attached to users' arms outside an attaching block of the coaxial connection shaft of the pedestal, so that the property of breathability of the attaching cloth can be utilized to dissipate heat from the covered parts of the arms, and air holes on the base can be used for ventilation. This can prevent sufferings from eczema caused by sultriness of the wearing body part when users wear the portable binder with a rotating frame around their arms in a long period.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Refer to FIGS. 1˜3, which are a three-dimensional appearance drawing and two three-dimensional decomposition drawings from different angles of view according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown clearly in these figures, the portable binder with a rotating frame disclosed in the present invention comprises a pedestal 1 and a rotating frame 2 (major components in the present invention and their characteristics will be described in detailed as follows), wherein:

The pedestal 1 contains a base 11 and on both sides of the base 11, there is a lacing hole 111 to be reeved by a binding tape 12, which includes an adjusting belt 121 for loosening or tightening the binding tape 12, and an axle hole 112 penetrates through the base 11 to combine a coaxial connection shaft 13.

The rotating frame 2 includes a body 21, and a supporting plate 211 is established and integrated below its surface on both sides. There is an axial part 212 that interconnects the coaxial connection shaft 13 on the supporting plate 211, and on the axial part 212, there is a rotation shaft 213 that can be coaxially connected with the coaxial connection shaft 13 and rotate.

Based on the descriptions given above, a shaft hole 131 can be established inside the coaxial connection shaft 13 of the pedestal 1, and be specially combined with a projecting column 2131 on the rotation shaft 213 of the rotating frame 2. On inner walls of the shaft hole 131, grooves are formed to interconnect the projecting column 2131. And limiting grooves 1121 are formed concavely around the bottom of the axle hole 112 on the base 11 of the pedestal 1, and can be joint with an attaching block 132 installed at the bottom of the coaxial connection shaft 13. In addition, the axial part 212 of the body 21 has a hole like a through hole 2121, so that the projecting column 2131 of the rotation shaft 213 goes through it. As the projecting column 2131 is combined with the shaft hole 131 of the coaxial connection shaft 13, this allows the body 21 to rotate around the rotation shaft 213 as the axis, while the rotating frame 2 consists of the body 21 and a cover plate 22 with transparent or semi-transparent thin film 221 on the surface of the body 21.

For fabrication of the portable binder with a rotating frame as described in the present invention, make the coaxial connection shaft 13 of the pedestal 1 go through the axle hole 112 of the base 11 upwards from the bottom, and integrate the attaching block 132 into the limiting grooves 1121 of the axle hole 112 for fixing. Then place the rotation shaft 213 of the rotating frame 2 into the inner side of the supporting plate 211, and make the projecting column 2131 of the rotation shaft 213 go through the through hole 2121 of the axial part 212 from top to bottom, so that the circular body of the rotation shaft 213 will be placed in the circular grooves of the axial part 212. By doing so, the projecting column 2131 will get close to the body 21 of the rotating frame 2, and be combined with the coaxial connection shaft 13 above the base 11 accurately and coaxially. Finally, as the projecting column 2131 is inserted into the shaft hole 131 of the coaxial connection shaft 13, the assembly of the rotating frame 2 and the pedestal 1 will be finished.

Turn to FIGS. 1˜2&4, which are a three-dimensional appearance and decomposition drawing of the present invention and a three-dimensional appearance drawing of the present invention in use respectively. As shown clearly in these figures, when the portable binder with a rotating frame as described in the present invention is used, it will contain a proposed electronic device 3 (e.g. mobile phone, iPod, iphone) at the bottom of the body 21 of the rotating frame 2, and the supporting plate 211 of the body 21 will cover and fix the electronic device 3 in place, with the operational section on the surface of the electronic device 3 attached to the thin film 221 of the cover plate 22 to facilitate pressings by users. If users need to carry a portable binder with a rotating frame that has integrated the electronic device 3 when they go out, they can reeve the binding tape 12 through the lacing hole 111 on both sides of the base 11 and tighten the binding tape 12 around their arms, so as to fix the portable binder with a rotating frame around users' arms for carrying the electronic device 3 by adjusting the fixing method with the binding tape 12.

As the portable binder with a rotating frame has the characteristic of rotating on the pedestal 1 by using the rotating frame 2 (as shown in FIGS. 5˜6), the visual angle of the electronic device 3 installed on the body 21 can be adjusted till the best position is available, thus achieving the purpose of human-centered design. At the same time, the parts projecting from both ends of the electronic device 3 can be plugged by connectors of a connection line 31. When users want to stop using the plugged connection line 31, they can wind the connection line 31 around a round projecting block 2122 that is formed at the bottom of the axial part 212 of the body 21 of the rotating frame 2, and put the ending part of the connection line 31 into a retaining hole 113 established on both sides of the base 11, and the connection line 31 will be collected and fastened. And the body 21 extends downward to form a protective apron 214 on both sides to assist encircling the connection line 31.

Moreover, for the portable binder with a rotating frame disclosed in the present invention, the coaxial connection shaft 13 of the pedestal 1 is covered by an attaching cloth 133 that is attached to the bottom of the base 11, with the attaching block 132 located between them, and there are many air holes 114 arranged at intervals on the base 11. So when the binding tape 12 is tightly fastened around arms or other body parts, the attaching cloth 133 which is made of breathable materials will facilitate heat dissipation from arms or other body parts covered, and the air holes 114 on the base 11 can be used for ventilation.

Therefore, the portable binder with a rotating frame disclosed in the present invention can be applied to overcome the common disadvantages and problems as follows:

(1) The structure of combining the base 11 of the pedestal 1 with the rotating frame 2 that rotates allows the electronic device 3 fixed on the supporting plate 211 of the body 21 to rotate, thus enabling the visual angle of the electronic device 3 to be adjusted till the best operating angle is available for use. This will result in the effect of human-centered design and easy operation.

(2) When the connection line 31 of the electronic device 3 is collected and wound around the round projecting block 2122 at the bottom of the axial part 212 of the body 21, the retaining hole 113 on both sides of the base 11 can be utilized to fasten the ending part of the connection line 31, thus achieving the effect of winding up and fixing the connection line 31.

(3) There is the attaching cloth 133 that can be attached to users' arms outside the attaching block 132 of the coaxial connection shaft 13 of the pedestal 1. Based on its characteristic of breathability, the attaching cloth 133 can be used to dissipate heat from arms and other body parts covered. At the same time, the air holes 114 on the base 11 can be used for ventilation. This will prevent sufferings from eczema due to sultriness of the wearing body part when users wear the portable binder around their arms in a long period.

(4) When surrounded by the structure of the supporting plate 211 of the body 21, the electronic device 3 will be tightly fastened. Meanwhile, the panel of the electronic device 3 can be attached to the thin film 221 of the cover plate 22 above the body 21, enabling users to watch the screen display on the panel of the electronic device 3 through the transparent thin film 221 for operation. Thus, the function of fastening the electronic device 3 tightly to prevent it from shedding will be achieved.

The present invention is structurally designed to combine the base 11 of the pedestal 1 with the rotating frame 2 that can rotate, and the rotating frame 2 includes the body 21 to place and fasten the electronic device 3 inside. When the binding tape 12 that reeves the base 11 is held around users' arms, the electronic device 3 can be carried by users conveniently as they go out, thus achieving the effect of human-centered design, easy operation and tightly fastening. Yet, the aforesaid descriptions are given only to illustrate one example of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and shall not be construed to limit the scope of the appended claims of the present invention. It is hereby stated that all simple modifications and equivalent structural changes made by using the specifications and drawings involved in the present invention shall be included within the scope of the appended claims of the present invention.
