ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SHELVING COMBINATION

The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention includes sleeves and panels made of corner protection paper for support and plastic connector sets used for coupling the sleeves. Therefore, in accordance with different requirements, the assembly thereof can be altered as desired. Furthermore, since the corner protection paper is formed by pressing Kraft paper and the sand tube paper into a supporting structure, it can provide bearing and pressure capability, so that can replace the conventional wood, plastic or metal framework. Accordingly, not only the costs of material, conveying and assembly can be reduced, the pollution to the environment also can be minimized.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to an environmental protection shelving combination, and more particularly to a paper-made shelving combination which is assembled by a user himself/herself.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Owing to the environmental protection consciousness, luxurious material life is no longer identical to high quality of life, and people now turn to chase for a meaningful lifestyle. In other words, the lifestyle people highly praised is changed from using high-class products into focusing on the balance between human beings and the environment.

For conforming to the requirements of assembly, disassembly, storage, and operation flexibility, the conventional shelving combination adopts a large amount of wood, steel and plastic, and is also formed to be robust and durable.

However, although the wood, steel and plastic is robust and durable, the utilization thereof is harmful to the environment. In particular, wood, which is a natural material, is yielded by trees that grow up slowly. And, as being used to fabricate the shelving combination or furniture, wood is easy to be scratched or damaged to influence the appearance thereof, and since it is not easy to repair the damage on the surface of wood, the user might have to change the whole set of the furniture, which means more wood will be wasted. Moreover, as to the steel, because it is heavy, the costs for constructing, processing and conveying are high, and further it is also difficult to be recycled after replacement. Furthermore, although the plastic is easily shaped, it might cause a great amount of pollution during the manufacturing process and can not be decomposed after abandonment. And, if the plastic is processed by burning, it still might pollute the air or the water source.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide an environmental protection shelving combination which is made of corner protection paper with shock absorbability and support capability, so as to solve the problems of the conventional shelving combination.

The technologies employed by the present invention for solving the problems are described below.

The corner protection paper is made of Kraft paper, sand tube paper or a combination thereof. The forming procedure thereof is placing the rolled paper with the environmental protection glue into a mold, pressing by rollers and then drying by heat, so as to provide supporting ability and also shaping capability to the corner protection paper. The press-formed corner protection paper can be cut into different lengths as desired by a knife. Therefore, the corner protection paper is formed in a light and robust material with processing and constructing convenience.

The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention is constructed by a framework including sleeves and panels formed by the corner protection paper and plastic connector sets used for coupling. In addition to hardness and strength provided by the corner protection paper, the sleeves are also formed to have curves for further enhancing the support force. Further, the outer surface of the corner protection paper can be pasted by an outer skin or be colorized to create different appearances, thereby conforming to the aesthetic requirement as being the furniture or shelving combination at home.

When the sleeves or panels are damaged or become worn, the replaced sleeves or panels can be recycled as paper, and the newly added components also are made of the corner protection paper can be pasted with the outer skin identical to the original ones, so that the whole appearance will not be spoiled.

Furthermore, although the connector sets are made of plastic, since they are not easily damaged, they can be reused with a low replacement rate. Therefore, when replacing the sleeves and panels, the connector sets can be kept. Besides, the sleeves and panels can be replaced for different patterns, so as to change with the decoration.

Consequently, the present invention is advantageous that:

1. The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention employs paper as the material which can be recycled without polluting the environment.

2. The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention can be conveniently processed and constructed so that the cost therefor can be saved.

3. The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention is light and robust so that the conveying thereof is easy and the labor can be reduced.

4. The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention provides different assembling ways and appearances to easily conform to various styles of decoration.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The environmental protection shelving combination of the present invention includes plural sleeves 2, plural panels 3, and plural connector sets 4.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the sleeves 2 are formed by the corner protection paper and are respectively a hollow tube with an inner chamber 21, wherein the inner chamber 21 has two sleeving openings 22 at two ends, and each sleeve 2 has a trench 23 on the outer surfaces of two adjacent inner sides thereof.

The panels 3 are formed by the corner protection paper, and each panel 3 coupled with the trench 23 of the sleeve 2 has a groove 31 formed on one surface thereof for enhancing the support force.

As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the connector sets 4 include 3-way connectors 4a and 4-way connectors 4b, wherein the 3-way connector 4a has three sleeving portions 41a which are perpendicular to each other and used at the top and bottom portions of the shelving combination 1, and the 4-way connector 4b has four sleeving portions 41b which are perpendicular to each other and used at the middle portion of the shelving combination 1 (as shown in FIG. 1).

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, through coupling plural 3-way connectors 4a and 4-way connectors 4b on plural sleeves 2, a framework can be formed for receiving the panels 3 in the trenches 23 of the sleeves 2, so as to complete the shelving combination 1.

Here, the 3-way connectors 4a and the 4-way connectors 4b used at the bottom and the side portions of the shelving combination 1 can be respectively installed with a cushion 5 mounted thereon for providing slide resistance or collision prevention.

Besides, the corner protection paper used to form the sleeves 2 and the panels 3 is made of Kraft paper, sand tube paper or a combination thereof, and the corner protection paper can be pasted with an outer skin or painted with color, so as to increase beauty and tactility.

Please refer to FIG. 7 to FIG. 10 which show another embodiment of the present invention. A smaller shelving combination 1a can be formed by coupling sleeves 6 and connector sets 7 into panels 3 in a horizontal direction, and wherein each sleeve 6 has a trench 61 formed on the outer surface of one side thereof and each connector set 7 has 3-way connectors 7a and 4-way connectors 7b.
