VENTILATIVE PU MIDSOLE OR SOLE PAD
A ventilative PU midsole or sole pad includes at least a solid layer, which is composed of plural PU strings, and the strings are overlaid mutually and irregularly to become multi-layers with numerous gaps among one another, so that the solid layer is provided with good ventilation to be used as a midsole for a shoe, or directly used as a sole pad. Thus the midsole has a good ventilation, preventing a wearer from getting skin disease or bad foot odor, and at the same time it may have no odor, no smell and environmentally friendly, letting a wearer feel comfortable without getting tired in wearing.
1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad.
2. Description of Prior Art
A conventional midsole or sole pad is usually made of foam material or leather, used in a shoe to supply buffering elasticity so as to alleviate uncomfortablness and fatigue of a foot in wearing the shoe.
Although a conventional midsole or sole pad has good elasticity, it may disfigure or lose its elasticity after used for a long time, and the foam material and leather may have poor ventilation, so heat arising from wearing the shoe cannot be dispersed out so that bad odor may easily happen by sweat, and if worse, a mold will be caused in the shoe by moisture. As a result, a foot may suffer from skin disease. Therefore, it is essential to make a midsole or sole pad with good ventilation and good elasticity for use in a shoe
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThis invention has been devised to offer a kind of ventilative PU midsole or sole pad, which has a feature that it has at least a solid layer made of plural PU strings. The strings are made by means of plastic ejecting extracting process, heating, being overlaid mutually to form multi-layers with numerous gaps, conveyed on a conveyer, cooling and then cut into a block. Then this solid layer is provided with good ventilation and perspiration so that the temperature and moisture in a shoe with this midsole may be lowered, and resulting in preventing a wearer from getting bad foot odor and skin disease. At the same time, the midsole has no odor or smell to be environmentally friendly because of PU material, in addition to the extremely good elasticity to enable a wearer feel comfortable without fatigue in wearing.
This invention will be better understood by referring to the drawings, wherein:
A first embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad in the present invention, as shown in
Next,
Next,
While the preferred embodiment of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall into the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims
1. A ventilative PU midsole or sole pad comprising:
- at least a solid layer made of plural PU strings formed into a block by means of ejecting extracting, heating, overlaid mutually to become multi-layered, moved on a conveyer, then cooled and cut into a necessary block of a certain size needed, said solid layer having the strings spaced apart with tiny gaps so that the solid layer is provided with a lot of tiny ventilative holes, said solid layer able to be used as a midsole in a shoe or as a sole pad.
2. The ventilative PU midsole or sole pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein said solid layer has a certain thickness, formed by means of pressing process.
3. The ventilative PU midsole or sole pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein a ventilative pad is additionally adhered on said solid layer.
4. The ventilative PU midsole or sole pad as clamed in claim 1, wherein said solid layer is additionally provided with a lot of ventilative passageways formed laterally in a bottom and penetrating through to reach two sides of said solid layer.
5. The ventilative PU midsole and sole pad as claimed in claim 1, wherein said solid payer is additionally provided with plural through holes spaced apart lengthwise in plural rows.
