Display Container for Polyurethane Product
A display container for a polyurethane product includes a space defining a receiving section, and first edge and second edge enclosing the receiving section. The first edge provides a sealed closure. The second edge defines an opening, and the opening is adapted to be closed by the second edge after the display container is subject to a vacuumizing process to vacuumize the receiving section. When the polyurethane product is to be stored in the display container, the opening allows the polyurethane product to be inserted into the receiving section. Moreover, the polyurethane product is stored in the receiving section in a vacuumized condition.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a display container and, in particular to a display container for a polyurethane product.
2. Description of the Related Art
The polyurethane product 3 is liable to heat and oxidation that would gradually deteriorates in its appearance and function. However, such display container is unable to prevent it from oxidization.
The present invention is, therefore, intended to obviate or at least alleviate the problems encountered in the prior art.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccording to the present invention, a display container for a polyurethane product includes a space defining a receiving section, and first edge and second edge enclosing the receiving section. Moreover, the polyurethane product is stored in the receiving section in a vacuumized condition and is prevented from deterioration due to oxidization.
Other objects, advantages, and new features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the invention when considered in conjunction with the accompanied drawings.
After the polyurethane product 20 is disposed in the receiving section 11, a vacuumizing device 30 is inserted from outside into the receiving section 11 through the opening 12 and is partially disposed outside the display container 10 and is partially disposed in the receiving section 11. The vacuumizing device 30 is used to vacuumize the receiving section 11 so that the polyurethane product 20 is prevented from oxidization. Additionally, the opening 12 is adapted to be reduced to a size that just enables the insertion of the vacuumizing device 30 (as shown in
In addition, the polyurethane product 20 is disposed in a center of the receiving section 11 so it is equally distanced from the any portion of the first edge 101. Consequently, vacuumizing of the receiving section 11 can be accomplished successfully and easily. Furthermore, the polyurethane product 20 referred to hereinwith mainly consists of polyurethane rubber which has high-endurance, and high-durability characteristics and excellent solvent resistance. Specifically, it has 600%-800% elongation, and 2-10 times better abrasion resistance and solvent resistance than natural rubber. Additionally, the polyurethane product 20 is in a form of a strap and is flexible enough to be rolled into a coil which includes a series of concentric circles. Consequently, the polyurethane product 20 does not occupy a large space of the receiving section 11.
In view of the forgoing, the display container 10 is of a simple structure and it eliminates materials and eases a complicated packing process of using a conventional display container. Likewise, each display container 10a, 10b of the display container set 100a, 100b is of a simple structure. Additionally, the polyurethane products 20 are prevented from being deteriorated due to oxidization. Furthermore, the display container 10 and each display container 10a, 10b of the display container set 100a, 100b are not liable to get damaged under the thermal seal process.
While the specific embodiments have been illustrated and described, numerous modifications come to mind without significantly departing from the spirit of invention, and the scope of invention is only limited by the scope of the accompanying claims.
