Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a food container, especially to a food container which can be stacked with each other so as to form minimal volume.

2. Brief Description of Prior Art

Currently, most of food containers are provided with a cavity from the top end surface so as to accommodate food. The outer surface or the inner surface of the cavity is formed with a layer of pattern so that selection from users can be diversified.

However, the above container is only provided with a cavity, and no other special structure, function has been provided. Thus, this reduces its industrial availability.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

In view of above disadvantage, this invention provides a food container which can be stacked with each other so as to form minimal volume. Not only the storage space can be saved but also it is handy for carry-out use.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a food container is provided, in which it essentially comprises:

a first container formed as bowl shape, a handle for hand-gripping being fixed on the outer wall and a projecting beak opposite to the handle being provided on the top edge of the first container;

a second container formed as a bowl shape having its dimension smaller than that of said first container so as to be stacked at the inside of said first container, two snap-fit portions opposite to each other being provided on the top edge of said second container for the stacking of measuring spoons;

a plurality of measuring spoons, each having a grip horizontally connected with the top edge thereof and each having a press-fit portion, opposite to the grip, provided on the top edge, such that the measuring spoons after stacking can be further fitted on the snap-fit portions by the grip and the press-fit portion of the lowermost measuring spoon, the dimensions of the measuring spoons being decreased step by step in order so as to facilitate such stacking by press-fitting;

According to the present invention, third containers with corresponding sizes can be further stacked between the first container and the second container according to user's selective demand.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said containers and said measuring spoons can be made by melamine which can endure high temperature above 120°. Melamine is incombustible even if it is placed near fire, and has good washing fastness, untainted property, good luster with esthetic feeling of ceramics. Simultaneously, it is cheaper than ceramics, wear resistant, and drop endurable unlike fragility of ceramics.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view showing the food container of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a perspective assembled view showing the food container of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is an assembled sectional view showing the food container of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an assembled top view showing the food container of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The technical content, objects and effectiveness of the present invention will become more apparent by the detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIG. 1, the food container of the present invention comprises a first container (1), a second container (2) and a plurality of measuring spoons (3).

The first container (1) is formed as bowl shape which has a handle (11) for hand-gripping fixed on the outer wall, and has a projecting beak (12) opposite to the handle (11) provided on the top edge.

The second container (2) is also formed as a bowl shape having its dimension smaller than that of the first container (1) so as to be stacked at the inside of said first container. Two snap-fit portions (21) opposite to each other are provided on the top edge of the second container (2) for stacking of the measuring spoons (3).

Each of the measuring spoons (3) has a grip (31) horizontally connected with the top edge thereof and each measuring spoon (3) has a fixed capacity. A through hole (311) is provided at the end of each measuring spoon (3) for suspending on wall surface. A press-fit portion (32) opposite to the grip (31) is provided on the top edge of each measuring spoon (3), such that the measuring spoons (3) after stacking can be fitted on the snap-fit portions (21) by the grip (31) and the press-fit portion (32) of the lowermost measuring spoon (3). The dimensions of the measuring spoons (3) are decreased step by step in order so as to facilitate such stacking by press-fitting. Further, two beaks (33) are formed on both sides of top edge respectively of each measuring spoon (3) to facilitate pour-out of inside content.

According to the present invention, third containers (4) with corresponding sizes can be further stacked between the first container and the second container according to user's selective demand.

In implementation, referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the third containers (4) are firstly stacked, according to dimensions in order, at the inside of the first container (1), then the second container (2) is stacked at the inside of the upmost third container (4). After the measuring spoons (3) are stacked with each other according to the dimensions in order, the grip (31) and the press-fit portion (32) of the lowermost measuring spoon (3) are fitted in the snap-fit portions (21) of the second container (2). In this manner, the first container (1), the third containers (4), the second container (2) and the measuring spoons (3) can be stacked so as to form minimal volume. Not only the storage space can be saved but also it is handy for carry-out use.

Furthermore, the first container (1), the third containers (4), the second container (2) and the measuring spoons (3) according to the present invention can be made by melamine. In this case, the containers and the measuring spoons can endure high temperature above 120°, and are incombustible even if they are placed near fire, and have good washing fastness, untainted property, good luster with esthetic feeling of ceramics. Simultaneously, they are cheaper than ceramics, wear resistant, and drop endurable unlike fragility of ceramics.

The above embodiment or drawings are not intended to restrict the structural aspect or dimension of the present invention. Variations of modifications made by the person having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are still regarded to be within the scope of the present invention.

Based on the foregoing, the car lamp structure of the present invention has the following advantages when comparing with the conventional structure.

1. As the nap-fit portions and the press-fit portions matched with each other are formed between the containers and the measuring spoons of the present invention, minimal volume can be achieved after stacking. Not only the storage space can be saved but also it is handy for carry-out use.

2. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the containers and the measuring spoons can be made by melamine which can endure high temperature above 120°. Melamine is incombustible even if it is placed near fire, and has good washing fastness, untainted property, good luster with esthetic feeling of ceramics. Simultaneously, it is cheaper than ceramics, wear resistant, and drop endurable unlike fragility of ceramics.

Summing up above, the embodiment of the present invention is surely able to reach expected effectiveness in application, and the specific structure disclosed herein is not only unprecedented in the same category of product but also not open to the public before application.
