At one side wall of a water tank there is provided a manually-operated press handle, (FIGS. 1, 2 and FIG. 11). The press handle comprises a first switch-bar (2) and a second switch-bar (1). A dent or depressed surface (12) sits inside the first switch-bar (2), and a pivot (9) is at the center of the dent (12). Within the pivot (9) there is a hollow roundness with a notch (11) at upper side. A retaining blockade (10) is set inside the dent (12) and connected with the pivot (9). A axial stick or axle (7) which has a axial hole (8) inside, is installed at the central part of one end of second switch-bar (1). When the axial stick (7) is put into the hollow roundness of the pivot (9), the first switch-bar (2) is mounted on the second switch-bar (1).

On the first switch-bar (2), there is a hollow bed (3) comprising a protruding tube (13) which is hollow inside. The lower portion of hollow bed (3) comprises flange (21), and an indentation (14) is formed between flange. The pivot (9) is set in the protruding tube (13), and the indentation (14) of the hollow bed (3) is conjugated with the retaining blockade (10) of the first switch-bar (2), and forms an aperture between the indentation (14) and the retaining blockade (10). A holder (4) which is a plate, comprises a pivotal hole (16) on one end of the plate, and a protruding grading round-axis (15) on the other end. The holder (4) is put on the hollow bed (3), and the pivotal hole (16) is plugged outside the protruding tube (13) which is fixed in the water tank through its screw-nut (23). An axial hole (8) of the second switch-bar (1) is conjugated with a front edge (17) of a bent arm (5) which is formed as L-shape. There is an aperture between the front edge (17) and the notch (11) of the first switch-bar (2). The other end of the bent arm (5) has a locking hole (26) to lock a lift-chain (25) which connects to the central hole (72) on the moving element (66) of a water-drainer (60). There is provided a gliding plate (6) which has a grading contact side (20) at one end, and has screw nut (18) as well as a conducting hole (19) at the other end. The conducting hole (19) is located on the round axis (15) of the holder (4), and the screw nut (18) is fixed by a stud (24) to hold a float-ball (22) under water. The contact side (20) of the gliding plate (6) is located on the circular surface of the pivot (9) of the first switch-bar (2).

Through the above-mentioned composition, the purpose for controlling the quantity of dual flushing water can be achieved.

According to the above subassembly of the present invention, when the first switch-bar (2) is pressed, the bent arm (5) drags the flush valve (62) to move upwards a predetermined distance, thereby releasing water from the outlet hole (71) into toilet bowl (75). Then contact side (20) of the gliding plate (6) is mounted on the notch (11) of the first switch-bar (2). Until water level goes down to a height under the float-ball (22), the contact side (20) will move to the circular surface of the pivot (9), and at the same time, the flush valve (62) moves downwards to cover the outlet hole (71). The first switch-bar (2) then returns to the original position.

When the second switch-bar (1) is pressed, the bent arm (5) drags the flush valve (62) to move upwards a predetermined longer distance to uncover the float-ball engaging-surface (68) of the water-drainer (60) mount on the slot (64) of the draining part (61). Thus, water is released from the outlet hole (71) into toilet bowl. Then the contact side (20) of the gliding plate (6) is mounted on the notch (11) of the first switch-bar (2). Until water level goes down to a height under the float-ball (22), the contact side (20) will move to the circular surface of the pivot (9); then water level keeps going down to a height under the float-ball (63) of the water-drainer (60), the float-ball engaging-surface (68) will disengage with the slot (64) of the draining part (61). After the water is released completely into the toilet bowl (75), the flush valve (62) moves downwards to cover the outlet hole (71), then the second switch-bar (1) returns to original position.

The Second Embodiment

Moreover, now referring to FIGS. 5, 9, and 10, there is provided a dual flush device for a toilet water tank. In this dual flush device, there is installed a manually-operated press button switch (31) (FIG. 4) at the lid of the water tank. The device comprises a water-drainer (60) as described in the first embodiment. The press button switch (31) includes a first depressor (33) and a second depressor (34). Under the first depressor (33) there is located a retaining blockade (35), but there is no retaining blockade located under the second depressor (34). The first depressor (33) and the second depressor (34) are fixed in the inner space of a box (38). A movable driving-rod (36) is set under them. In the middle of box (38) there is provided a round hole to allow the driving-rod (36) move forward and backward.

On a mandrel (53) of the driving-rod (36) there is set a coil spring (52) (FIG. 4). A fixation bed (50) has a hollow outer screw thread (51). The mandrel (53) of the driving-rod (36) along with the spring (52) are located in the hollow space of the outer screw thread (51), and using a stud (54) to hold the mandrel (53) and a base sheet (37) tightly. There is provided a link body (32) under the base sheet (37) (FIGS. 8, 9 and 10). The link body (32) has a turntable (46) with a round hole (47) located at the center, and at opposite side has a turn-rod (39) and a notch (40). A round tank (74) which is set under the turntable (46), is fixed by a rope (73) on the central hole (72) of the moving element (66) of water-drainer (60). The round hole (47) is used to conjugate with a pivot (55) of a holder (42). Further, there is provided a round-axis (44) at the other end of the holder (42), and a gliding plate (41) is fixed on it. One end of the gliding plate (41) forms a protruding inlet-end (43), and at the other end forms a locking hole and conduct-hole (48). The conduct-hole (48) is plugged in the round-axis (44) of the holder (42), and the locking hole is fixed with a stud (45) to hold a float-ball (49) under water. The inlet-end (43) of the gliding plate (41) is located on the circular surface of the link body (32).

According to the above subassembly of the present invention (as shown in FIG. 6), when the first depressor (33) is pressed into the body (38), the driving-rod (36) leads the base sheet (37) to move a predetermined distance, then the turn-rod (39) of the turntable (46) of the link body (32) rotates, in the meantime the inlet-end (43) of the gliding plate (41) engages into the notch (40) of the turntable (46). Thus, the water is released from the outlet hole (71) into toilet bowl. When the water level goes down to a height under the float-ball (49), the inlet-end (43) will depart the notch (40). The turntable (46) rotates to original position, then the flush valve (62) moves downwards to cover the outlet hole (71); and then the first depressor (33) returns to original position.

When the second depressor (34) is pressed into the body (38) until the bottom, the driving-rod (36) will lead the base sheet (37) to move a predetermined longer distance. The turn-rod (39) of the turntable (46) of the link body (32) rotates. In the meantime the notch (40) rotates over the inlet-end (43) of the gliding plate (41), and makes the float-ball engaging-surface (68) of the water-drainer (60) to engage with the slot (64) of the draining part (61). The water is then released from the outlet hole (71) into toilet bowl (75). When water level falls below the position of float-ball (63) of the water-drainer (60), the float-ball engaging-surface (68) of the water-drainer (60) disengages with the slot (64) of the draining part (61). After the water has been released completely into the toilet bowl (75), the flush valve (62) moves downwards to cover the outlet hole (71), and the turntable (46) rotates to original position, then the second depressor (34) returns to original position.

Thus, the present invention provides a pivot of a first switch-bar that is mounted on the axial stick of the second switch-bar. On the pivot there is a hollow bed. The pivotal hole of a holder is mounted on a tube of the hollow bed. The tube is fixed in the water tank by a screw-nut.
