A laughing, farting stuffed doll having a face and a body with a mechanical component, a sound component, an odor component, a vapor component, and a color changing component embedded inside the stuffed doll. There is an electrical component that is connected to the other components. Upon activation of the electrical component, the face of the doll will form different expressions and the body will make various movements and gestures. Furthermore, the doll will produce sounds of laughter and passing gas. The stuffed doll can also recite several pre-recorded phrases. Moreover, it will produce an odor similar to passing gas, it will emit a vapor and it will change facial color similar to blushing. All of the aforementioned can be achieved remotely with the assistance of a remote control.

BACKGROUND

(1) Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of animated figures, and more particularly to Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll.

(2) Discussion

Dolls and stuffed animals were invented thousands of years ago. However, in the last 100 years a variety of new dolls have been invented that walk, talk, dance, sing, sleep and do almost everything that is humanly conceivable. Prior art provides for a number of dolls and stuffed animals that carry out multiple functions. U.S. Pat. No. 5,746,602 provides for a PC peripheral interactive doll. This sophisticated invention carries out numerous movements and other functions such as singing and talking which can be accomplished by a PC that connects to the invention. However, this invention is expensive to manufacture and is incapable of carrying out certain functions.

Today, there is a need in the art for a doll and stuffed animal that can mimic the sound of passing gas, can emit a vapor and associated odor and can make facial expressions which will compliment the function of passing gas. The present invention, Poodypoo will pass gas that is visible, audible, and can be smelt. Furthermore, the dolls will laugh and blush and make other facial expressions that may be associated with passing gas.

SUMMARY

The present invention is a laughing, farting stuffed doll having a face and a body with a mechanical component, a sound component, an odor component, a vapor component, and a color changing component embedded inside the stuffed doll. There is an electrical component that is connected to the other components. Upon activation of the electrical component, the face of the doll will form different expressions and the body will make various movements and gestures. Furthermore, the doll will produce sounds of laughter and passing gas. The stuffed doll can also recite several pre-recorded phrases. Moreover, it will produce an odor similar to passing gas, it will emit a vapor and it will change facial color similar to blushing. All of the aforementioned can be achieved remotely with the assistance of a remote control.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to the field of animated figures, and more particularly to Poodypoo, a laughing, farting stuffed doll. The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention and to incorporate it in the context of particular applications. Various modifications, as well as a variety of uses in different applications will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to a wide range of embodiments. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments presented, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.

In order to provide a working frame of reference, a brief introduction is provided in the form of a narrative description of the present invention to give a conceptual understanding prior to developing the specific details.

(1) Introduction

The present invention is a laughing, farting stuffed doll having a face and a body with a mechanical component, a sound component, an odor component, a vapor component, and a color changing component embedded inside the stuffed doll. There is an electrical component that is connected to the other components. Upon activation of the electrical component, the face of the doll will form different expressions and the body will make various movements and gestures. Furthermore, the doll will produce sounds of laughter and passing gas. The stuffed doll can also recite several pre-recorded phrases. Moreover, it will produce an odor similar to passing gas, it will emit a vapor and it will change facial color similar to blushing. All of the aforementioned can be achieved remotely with the assistance of a remote control.

(2) Discussion

FIG. 1 is a pictorial representation of frontal view of a doll according to the present invention. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll 100 comprises a face 110 and a body 120. There is a mechanical component 130 embedded inside the stuffed doll 100 so as to enable movement of the face 110 and the body 120. There is also an electrical component 140 connected to the mechanical component 130 so as to control movements of the mechanical component 130 whereby the stuffed doll's face 110 and body 120 move upon activation of the mechanical component 130 once a source of energy such as batteries or adapters are connected to the electrical component 140 to create facial expressions such as laughter, frown, or other expressions, and body movements such as movements of the arms, legs, bending, unbending or any other movements.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 100 further comprises a sound producing component 150 connected to the electrical component 140 whereby a facial expression of laughter can be coupled with the associated sound of laughter. Also other body and facial movements can be coupled with the sound of passing gas and movement of mouth can be coupled with utterance of certain pre-recorded phrases.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 100 further comprises an odor producing component 160 connected to the electrical component 140 whereby expressions and sounds of passing gas can be coupled with the odor of H2S or any other odorous material.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 100 further comprises a vapor producing component 170 connected to the electrical component 140 whereby expressions, sounds, and odor of passing gas can be coupled with a vapor-like product emitting from the bottom of the stuffed doll.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll further comprises a color changing component 180 connected to the electrical component 140 whereby expressions, sounds, odor, and vapor associated with passing gas can be coupled with a change in facial color similar to blushing.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 100 further comprises a remote actuator 190 that is connected to the electrical component 100 whereby all movements, sounds, odors, vapors, and change of facial color can be produced remotely with the assistance of a remote control.

FIG. 2 is a pictorial representation of back view of a doll according to the present invention. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll 200 comprises a face 210 and a body 220. There is a mechanical component 230 embedded inside the stuffed doll 200 so as to enable movement of the face 210 and the body 220. There is also an electrical component 240 connected to the mechanical component 230 so as to control movements of the mechanical component 230 whereby the stuffed doll's face 210 and body 220 move upon activation of the mechanical component 230 once a source of energy such as batteries or adapters are connected to the electrical component 240 to create facial expressions such as laughter, frown, or other expressions, and body movements such as movements of the arms, legs, bending, unbending or any other movements.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 200 further comprises a sound producing component 250 connected to the electrical component 240 whereby a facial expression of laughter can be coupled with the associated sound of laughter. Also other body and facial movements can be coupled with the sound of passing gas and movement of mouth can be coupled with utterance of certain pre-recorded phrases.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 200 further comprises an odor producing component 260 connected to the electrical component 240 whereby expressions and sounds of passing gas can be coupled with the odor of H2S or any other odorous material.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 200 further comprises a vapor producing component 270 connected to the electrical component 240 whereby expressions, sounds, and odor of passing gas can be coupled with a vapor-like product emitting from the bottom of the stuffed doll.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll further comprises a color changing component 280 connected to the electrical component 240 whereby expressions, sounds, odor, and vapor associated with passing gas can be coupled with a change in facial color similar to blushing.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the stuffed doll 120 further comprises a remote actuator 290 that is connected to the electrical component 210 whereby all movements, sounds, odors, vapors, and change of facial color can be produced remotely with the assistance of a remote control.

FIG. 3 is a pictorial representation of face of a doll according to the present invention. In this embodiment the doll 300 is bearing the expression of passing gas which will be accomplished by the mechanical component 310 embedded in the doll 300.

FIG. 4 is a pictorial representation of another embodiment of the face of a doll according to the present invention. In this embodiment the doll 400 is bearing a sad expression which will be accomplished by the mechanical component 410 embedded in the doll 400.

FIG. 5 is yet another pictorial representation of face of a doll according to the present invention. In this embodiment the doll 500 is bearing a happy expression which will be accomplished by the mechanical component 510 embedded in the doll 500.

Claims

1. Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll comprising: whereby the stuffed doll's face and body move upon activation of the mechanical components once a source of energy such as batteries or adapters are connected to the electrical component to create facial expressions such as laughter, frown, or other expressions, and body movements such as movements of the arms, legs, bending, unbending or any other movements.

a. a stuffed doll having a face and a body;
b. a mechanical component embedded inside the stuffed doll so as to enable movement of the face and the body;
c. an electrical component connected to the mechanical component so as to control movements of the mechanical component;

2. An apparatus called Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll, as set forth in claim 1, whereby the stuffed doll further comprises a sound producing component connected to the electrical component whereby a facial expression of laughter can be coupled with the associated sound and other body and facial movements can be coupled with the sound of passing gas and movement of mouth can be coupled with utterance of certain pre-recorded phrases.

3. An apparatus called Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll, as set forth in claim 2, whereby the stuffed doll further comprises an odor producing component connected to the electrical component whereby expressions and sounds of passing gas can be coupled with the odor of H2S or any other odorous material.

An apparatus called Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll, as set forth in claim 3, whereby the stuffed doll further comprises a vapor producing component connected to the electrical component whereby expressions, sounds, and odor of passing gas can be coupled with a vapor-like product emitting from the bottom of the stuffed doll.

5. An apparatus called Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll, as set forth in claim 4, whereby the stuffed doll further comprises a color changing component connected to the electrical component whereby expressions, sounds, odor, and vapor associated with passing gas can be coupled with a change in facial color similar to blushing.

6. An apparatus called Poodypoo, a laughing, farting doll, as set forth in claim 5, whereby the stuffed doll further comprises a remote actuator that is connected to the electrical component whereby all movements, sounds, odors, vapors, and change of facial color can be produced remotely with the assistance of a remote control.
