BACK SUPPORTING BOARD
A back supporting board includes a hard board, a buffering material, a filling material and an enclosure portion. The front surface of the hard board curves outwards longitudinally and curves inwards transversely. The buffering material and filling material are fitted to the front surface of the hard board. As we rest on the board, our back sinks into the concave region of the hard board and our waist, chest and neck may be supported by the convex region, buffering material and filling material. The sudden motion of our back at the moment we sit and lie back on the board may be buffered by the filling material and buffering material. Therefore, injuries to our back and body may be avoided and discomfort may be alleviated.

1. Field of the Invention
The invention generally relates to a back supporting board. More particularly, the invention relates to a back supporting board that can buffer the sudden motion of a user's back as he sits down and that can support user's lumbar, thoracic and cervical and avoid discomfort with a hard board and a buffering material
2. Description of the Prior Art
People working in an office would purchase a backrest to support their waist and back for the purpose of comfort.
There are many types of backrest available in the market, such as the backrest mimicking the curve of human back and backrest that can be adjusted. However, they have the following drawbacks:
1. Because people have different shapes and sitting postures, the boards of the prior art can not provide enough or accurate support.
2. Foam is the main type of material used for support in the prior art. If foam is too hard, it has a limited buffering effect and a user can be injured easily. In addition, discomfort usually occurs after the user sits on such backrest for a period of time.
3. If foam is too soft, the user's back will easily sink into it. However, the user's range of motion is easily limited by the board.
4. Foam becomes less flexible after a long period of use. Therefore, the backrest of the prior art can not provide enough support and discomfort would occur (a user's back or body may sink deeply into the backrest as he sits down and lies his back on the backrest).
From the above, we can see that the backrest of the prior art have many disadvantages and need to be improved.
To eliminate the disadvantages in the prior art, the inventor has put a lot of effort into the subject and has successfully come up with the back supporting board of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the present invention is to provide a back supporting board that can support a user's waist, chest and neck with the special shape of the board and the buffering material.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a back supporting board that can buffer the pressure from the sudden motion of a user's back at the moment he sits and lies backwards to avoid injuries to the body.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a back supporting board that the buffering material and filling material are disposed on the hard board to strengthen the support of the back.
To reach the object, the back supporting board of the present invention is disclosed. The back supporting board of the present invention comprises a hard board, a buffering material, a filling material and an enclosure portion. The hard board has a front surface. The front surface of the hard board curves outwards longitudinally and curves inwards transversely. The buffering material and filling material are fitted to the front surface of the hard board. The area not covered by the buffering material may be covered by the filling material; alternatively, the filling material and the buffering material may overlap; in addition, there are other configurations in which the filling material and the buffering material may be arranged. Last, the enclosure portion is fitted to enclose the hard board. As a user rests his back on the board, his back sinks into the concave region of the hard board 1 and our waist, chest and neck may be supported by the convex region, buffering material and filling material. The pressure from the sudden motion of our back at the moment we sit and lies our back on the board may be buffered by the filling material and buffering material. Therefore, injuries to our back and body may be avoided and discomfort may be alleviated.
These features and advantages of the present invention will be fully understood and appreciated from the following detailed description of the accompanying Drawings.

The buffering material 2 is disposed on the middle and lower portions of the hard board 1 and abuts on the upper portion 11. A plurality of small ball-like nipple-shaped protrusions 21 may be provided on the surface of the buffering material 2. These ball-like protrusions 21 serve the purposes of massage and stress relief. The buffering material 2 is quite soft and can absorb vibration forces. The buffering material 2 may be made of silica gel, soft thermoplastic elastomer gel/latex, PU or other similar material.
The filling material 3 is disposed on the area not covered by the buffering material 2. The buffering material 2 and the filling material 3 may fully cover the entire hard board 1. The filling material 3 may be made of foam, artificial cotton or natural cotton.
The enclosure portion 4 can enclose the buffering material 2, the filling material 3 and the hard board 1. The enclosure portion 4 may be made of woven cloth, knitted cloth or plastic sheet.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the buffering material 2 is disposed on the middle and lower portions of the hard board 1 and a user's waist and chest are supported by the curve-up portions of the hard board 1 and the buffering material 2.

The enclosure portion 4 may have the form of two thin sheets. In manufacturing, the peripheries of the two sheets of the enclosure portion 4 are processed by high frequency waves or ultrasonic waves so that the enclosure portion 4 may enclose the buffering material 2, filling material 3 and hard board 1.
Alternatively, the enclosure portion 4 may have the form of an envelope. The enclosure portion 4 has at least an opening to enclose the buffering material 2, filling material 3 and hard board 1. A sealing device may be disposed by or along the opening and may seal the opening. The sealing device may be a zipper, a zipper-like design, buttons or other devices.
The enclosure portion 4 is made of leather, synthetic leather or woven fabric.
