DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 1-6, a quick assembled house according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame 2 including a plurality of side walls and a roof, the side walls and the roof being formed of a number of first and second planks 1.

The frame 2 is made of aluminum alloy based on desired sizes and shapes and includes the side walls and an inverted V-shaped roof, on the frame 2 are disposed the first and second planks 1, each including a plane sheet and a combined sheet having at least one curved board 1a and straight plate 1b. The plane sheet is used to be the side walls and the combined sheet serves as the roof. Each of the first and second planks 1 also includes a joining structure mounted on two sides thereof, wherein the joining structure includes an engaging groove 11 fixed on one side of each of the first and second planks 1 and a locking tenon 15 secured on the other side of each of the first and second planks 1, the engaging groove 11 includes two retaining recesses 13 arranged therein, and the locking tenon 15 includes two downwardly-tilted fastening arms 16 on a top portion thereof. Each of the first and second planks 1 is formed in a square shape and includes a plurality of hollow chambers 14 disposed therein and spaced apart from each other. In each chamber is filled with temperature keeping and sound insulating material (such as foaming material). Besides, the straight plate lb includes a connecting panel 3 mounted thereon and being perpendicular thereto, the connecting panel 3 includes a number of joining holes 31 arranged thereon. In assembly, the locking tenon 15 of the first plank 1 is inserted to the engaging groove 11 of the second plank 1 so that the fastening arm 16 of the first plank engages in the retaining recess 13 of the second plank 1. Thereafter, some combined first and second planks 1 are attached to the frame 2 by ways of screwing elements, and others combined first and second planks 1 are fixed to the roof by inserting a nylon lock through the joining holes 31 of the connecting plane 3 to engage with the frame 2, thus finishing the assembly.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
