The present invention provides a lash brush with an adjustable bristle arrangement. As shown in
In the improved design of the lash brush according to the present invention, a major feature is the arrangement of lash brush bristle can be adjusted in performing make-up operations of the eye lashes according to the needs of the lash make-up in order to satisfy the need for attaching the make-up liquid to the bristles and to make uniform application of the liquid to the eye lashes, whereby through proper adjustment of the distribution of bristles that form the bristle tip surface, the density and arrangement of bristles can be changed. In attempting to perform make-up, a user simply holds the cap 10 and partly separates the cap from the rim member 13, whereby the positioning bosses 12 that are formed on the inside surface of the cap 10 are caused to disengage from the retention notches 16 and are thus allowed to rotate, namely circumferentially moved along the circumferential guide slots 15 defined in the circumferential wall of the rim member 13. Through the engagement with the raised and recessed arc surfaces and the retention notches 16, when the cap is withdrawn and rotated, the inner bar 11 is caused to rotate to simultaneously rotate the bristle sleeve 17 coupled to the end thereof. Due to the insertion end of the bristle sleeve being fixed to the outer tube 14, when the bristle sleeve is rotated with the inner bar 11, the bristle sleeve 17 is twisted and the bristles set on the circumferential surface of the bristle sleeve 17 will be twisted and the arrangement thereof be adjusted, whereby in performing lash make-up operation, the arrangement of the bristles shows a denser distribution due to the twisted arrangement thereof, which facilitates attaching of the make-up liquid to the bristles and the performance of lash make-up during the make-up operation. Through control by rotation of the cap 10, the inner bar 11 can be rotated by different angle within the guide slots 15, which leads to different re-arrangements of the bristles to allow the bristle tip surface to be changed for use in different applications of special curling and uniform application of make-up liquid to the eye lashes, whereby the lash brush is made more suitable for the need of uniform make-up operation. In respect of bristle arrangement of an eye lash brush, the present invention provides improved performance over the commercial products of the same functions.
The present invention provides a lash brush that has a bristle arrangement that can be adjusted by setting different rotation angle, wherein a bristle carrying bar is constructed as a rotatable combination of an inner bar and an outer tube, whereby the inner bar 11 is rotatable in unison with the cap 10 to simultaneously rotate a distal tip end of the bristle sleeve 17 attached to the inner bar 11 and due to an end of the bristle sleeve 17 being coupled to the outer tube 14, the rotation of the distal tip end of the bristle sleeve by the inner bar 11 makes the bristle tip surface of the bristles twisted, which causes simultaneous twisting of the bristles to realize adjustment of the arrangement of the bristles. In use, according the needs of practical applications of lash make-up, due to guidance provided by the circumferential guide slots 15 formed in the circumferential wall of the rim member 13 and assisted by the retention provided by the raised and recessed arc surfaces and the retention notches 16, the lash brush can be selectively rotated and re-positioned for different applications of lash make-up. After the use, the brush is re-inserted into the container 20, the cap is depressed and rotated reversely, the cap is returned to the original non-twisted position, which ensures the bristle tip surface will return to the original non-twisted position and the bristles resume a non-twisted distribution, which can be for example lined up in straight lines. Securely locking the cap and maintaining the flexibility of rotating the bristles can be ensured in this way. The whole structure of adjusting bristles is simple and a practical function of easy positioning is also offered. Without any special operation skill, the bristles can be easily adjusted and changed to meet the needs of various application of lash make-up. This is not only good for facilitating adjustment and change in performing lash make-up, but also effective in uniform application of the make-up liquid attached to the bristles, especially for curling make-up of eye lashes. The make-up liquid attached to the bristles can be conducted to differently twisted tips of the bristles to continuous application so as to ensure uniform make-up. Quality of lash make-up can thus be enhanced and the lash brush is made more suitable to the convenient use for make-up operation of lashes.
To summarize, the present invention provides a lash brush with adjustable bristle arrangement, which comprises a bristle sleeve having a bristle tip surface that, through a structure of rotatable combination of an inner bar and an outer tube, has an end coupled to the inner bar and an opposite end coupled to the outer tube, whereby through the rotatabilty of an end cap guided by a rim member set inside the end cap, the arrangement of the bristles of the bristle tip surface is adjusted. This provides easy adjustment operation in performing make-up operation and also provides a practical efficacy in lash make-up. In view of the structure and the simplification of lash make-up, the present invention is a novel design of lash brush.
While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
