Fluid container and housing combination

A combination housing and fluid container where the housing has a main body, a cover which cooperates with the main body to enclose a volume, and a tray. The tray has an upper planar surface and nests within the main body. The tray and the cover define a first enclosed space within the volume for receiving the fluid container. The tray has a protrusion for receiving the fluid container. The fluid container has an enclosed body for receiving, storing and selectively dispensing a fluid and has a depression, aperture or through opening that engages the tray. The fluid container has a flat section on its outer perimeter or sidewall, to allow it to stand on a counter, table or ledge when removed from the housing.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a fluid container adapted for disposition and retention in a housing that also receives a digital media device, such as a CD, DVD, Blue-Ray and the like. In particular, a housing that contains a digital media device and a fluid container capable of holding a fragrance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a housing for holding a disk-shaped digital media device such as a compact disk, CD-ROM, DVD, Blue-Ray or the like. Currently, there are various CD jewel cases that hold a single disk or dual disks when an artist offers a dual disk album. In dual disk containers, two disks are held in one housing.

This invention also relates to fluid containers that are generally offered and sold separately from such disks. Fluid containers come in a variety of sizes and shapes, especially those for fragrances products, such as perfume or cologne, and are often sold alone or as a part of a gift set.

A CD jewel case that also retains fragrant fillers is known in the prior art. U.S. Pat. No. 5,971,143 discloses a CD jewel case having filling members that provide ornamentation and fragrance in a space in the hinge portion of the CD jewel case. Due to the size and location of the hinge portion of a CD jewel case, this prior art device disadvantageously provides a limited space for the fragrance container, which must be restrictively small. A perfume container capable of fitting in a standard jewel case is known in the prior art. U.S. Design patent No. D597,848 discloses a round perfume bottle having a through opening. Due to the shape of the bottle, this prior art is unable to stand on its own or to be displayed.

Therefore, there is a need for a housing that is capable of holding a disk or digital media device and a fluid container in the same housing such that the fluid container can be easily removed, refilled and of a larger size.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a standard jewel case or modified jewel case for accommodating a digital media device and capable of holding a fluid container therein.

The housing of the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body, a cover, the main body and the cover cooperatively enclosing a volume and at least one tray having an upper planar surface, where the tray rests within the main body. The tray and the cover define an enclosed space within the volume for receiving a fluid container. The fluid container has an enclosed volume for receiving, storing and selectively dispensing fluid. The body of the container has a wall, wherein the upper planar surface of the tray and the wall of the container removably engage to hold and selectively release the container in the enclosed space. The fluid container further comprises a sidewall, a portion of which is flat.

In an alternate embodiment of the present invention, the main body has a first hinge aperture and a second hinge aperture, the tray having a hinge portion and an upstanding locking protrusion on its planar surfaces, the cover having a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm which are capable of coupling to the first hinge aperture and the second hinge aperture of the main body. The tray fits within the main body. The container is capable of being filled with a fluid and of being disposed within the enclosed space formed between the tray and the cover when the housing is in the closed position. The container has a neck that is capable of dispensing fluid. In one embodiment of the present invention, the container has a centrally disposed depression that cooperately corresponds to and engages where the protrusion of the tray and is removably receivable thereon in a predetermined orientation with respect to the display case.

The housing of the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body, a cover and at least one tray. The cover and main body cooperate to enclose a volume. The tray is contained within the volume. The tray has an upper planar surface and a lower planar surface. The tray and the cover define a first enclosed space within the volume for receiving the fluid container and the tray and the main body define a second enclosed space within the volume for receiving the digital media device. The upper planar surface of the tray preferably has a centrally disposed protrusion that can removably receive the depression of the fluid container to hold the container in a predetermined orientation within respect to the display case. The lower planar surface of the tray preferably has a centrally disposed protrusion that can removably receive a digital media device, such as a CD or DVD. The container and the digital media device can be interchangeably placed on either planar surface. In an alternate embodiment of the present invention, the tray has a hinge portion and the cover having a first hinge arm and a second hinge arm which are able to couple to the hinge portion of the tray facing the first planar surface, the main body having a pair of hinge arms which are able to couple to the hinge portion of the tray facing the second planar surface, and a container disposed in a space defined between the tray and the cover. The cover and the main body sandwiching the tray there between when the housing is in a closed position. The container may comprise a neck. The neck is sized so as to fit within the enclosed space in the volume.

In the combination of the present invention, the container is shaped to fit within the tray and interchangeable with a disk, CD, DVD or Blue-ray. The container can be shaped similarly to a disk, CD, DVD or Blue-ray and take a circular form in a front elevation view, having a portion of its sidewall flat. In one embodiment of the present invention the container is circular and contains a central depression. In another embodiment of the present invention the container contains a circular through opening in its center that is capable of coupling with the first or second protrusion of the tray. The container of the present invention contains one flat portion so the container may stand on a desk, counter or the like.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention a dual display housing comprises a main member, a second member, a third member, a tray, a first edge, a second edge and a container. The main member has a second member extending from the first edge. The second member has opposing planar surfaces. One of the planar surfaces having a first locking protrusion. The locking protrusion is configured to accept a digital media device. In another embodiment of the present invention the locking protrusion is on the second planar surface.

The main member has a second edge. The third member extends from the second edge of the main member. The main member accepts a tray therein which has a recess. The recess is sized and shaped to accept the container therein. The display case is capable of being in a closed position. In the closed position, the first edge is folded over with the second member resting and overlaying the main member. The second edge is also folded over with the third member resting and overlaying the second member. In the closed position, the third member and the main member sandwich the second member and enclose the recess. The recess is capable of accepting the container therein.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to the drawings, wherein the same reference number indicates the same element throughout, there is shown in FIGS. 1-3 a fluid container 200 of the present invention that is adapted to be disposed in, and retained by, a housing 50 or 100 (as shown in FIGS. 10 & 11, respectively and described hereinafter). The fluid container 200 of the present invention has an enclosed cavity for containing a fluent material, with at least one wall 242 having a generally centrally disposed depression or aperture 245 that facilitates removable retention of the container 200 in a housing 100. The walls of the container 200 are also configured to facilitate removable retention in a housing 100 by the relationship between the configuration of the container 200 with respect to the configuration of a housing 100.

By way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of a fluid container 200 with the configuration of a housing 100 to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a housing 100, a first embodiment of the container 200 of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1-3 and is provided with a back wall 242a. A depression or aperture 245 is generally centrally disposed on the back wall 242a. In this first embodiment, the depression or aperture 245 comprises a semi-spherical recess 245c on the surface of the back wall 242a that fits over a protrusion 120 in a housing 100 into which the container 200 is retained and displayed (See FIG. 12). In an alternative embodiment the housing 100 comprises four protrusions or tabs 111 which retain the container 200 (See FIG. 11). The container 200 also comprises a front wall 242b and a continuous side wall 242c. The container 200 is provided with a generally circular configuration (in front and rear elevation views) wherein the side wall 242c is generally cylindrical in circumference. The sidewall 242c has a predetermined flat portion 210. A cylindrical neck 46 extends outwardly from the sidewall 242c in a radial direction, preferably extending beyond the outer peripheral outline of the cylindrical portion of side wall 242c. The neck 46 is shaped and sized to enable the container 200 to fit within the housing 100. The neck 46 is provided with a closure, such as a fluid dispensing pump mechanism or an aerosol dispensing pump mechanism for actively dispensing its contents or, alternatively, a screw cap or friction fit cap 44. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the neck 46 is located opposite the flat portion 210 of the container 200.

The fluid container 200 comprises an enclosed volume or cavity that can be filled with a fluent material, such as a fluid or flowable powder. A fluid may be a fragrance, perfume or cologne. The substance may be removed or dispensed from the container 200 using the neck 46. Once empty, the container 200 may be refilled by inserting a liquid or substance into the container 200 when the cap 44 is removed. The container 200 may be made of plastic, glass or metal.

The container 200, while shown and described as generally circular (in front and back elevation views), may also be polygonal, such as triangular, rectangular, square, diamond, pentagonal, hexagonal, and the like (in front and back elevation views). It may also be noncircular, such as oblong, oval, and the like or even irregular (in front and back elevation). In addition, while the front and rear walls have been described as flat or planar, one or both may be convex or concave or some other configuration in defining an internal confining volume for a fluent material. In the preferred embodiment the container 200 is substantially planar, round (that is of generally circular configuration in front elevation view) and shaped similar to a standard disk such as a CD, DVD or Blue-ray having a flat portion to allow it to stand. It is possible that the container 200 could be any shape to fit within the enclosed space formed between the main body 115 and the tray 110, or the cover 105 and the tray 110 of the housing 100.

In use the container 200 is disposed in such enclosed space and the depression 245 is capable of coupling with the locking protrusion 120 of the tray 110. In another embodiment of the present invention the depression or aperture 245 of the container 200 is a circular recess similar to 245c having a reduced diameter entrance that provides a circumferential shoulder for interlockment (not shown) with the locking protrusion 120 and is capable of mating with the upper portion of the protrusion 20 of the tray 10 (or protrusion 120 of tray 100) as aforesaid and by means known to one skilled in the art, such as friction, tongue and groove, latch and ledge, etc. In another embodiment of the present invention a third, fourth, fifth and sixth protrusions or tabs 111 of the tray 110 are capable of mating with the container 200 and retaining it in place by a snap fit (See FIG. 11).

In a second embodiment of the container 200 of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 4-7 and is provided with a back wall 242a with the recess or aperture 245 being generally centrally disposed on the back wall 242a. In this second embodiment, the depression or aperture 245 comprises a cylindrical cavity 245c extending partially through the thickness of the body. In the third embodiment of the container 200 of the present invention, as illustrated in FIGS. 8-9, the depression or aperture 245 comprises a cylindrical through aperture 245d extending completely through the thickness of the body from the front wall 242b to the rear wall 242a.

Depression or aperture 245 may be provided with a reduced diameter internal cylindrical rib that provides an internal shoulder for gripping a radially outwardly extending protrusion 20 on the housing 50 or protrusion 120 of the housing 100.

With reference to FIG. 10 and by way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of a fluid container 200 of the present invention in combination with a housing 50 to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a housing 50 for storing a disk-shaped, digital media. The present invention comprises a main body 15, a cover 5, a tray 10 and a fluid container 200. In one embodiment the main body 15 comprises a first hinge aperture 33 and a second hinge aperture 35. It also comprises an upstanding end wall 36a, and a pair of upstanding opposed, parallel side walls 36b and 36c at right angles to the end wall 36a that together define three of six faces of a rectangular enclosed space within which a container 200 of the present invention is disposed and retained. The cover 5 comprises a first hinge arm 23 and a second hinge arm 25 which are capable of coupling to the first hinge aperture 33 and the second hinge aperture 35, respectively, of the main body 15. The cover 5 also comprises a top wall 27 that provides the fourth face of the six faces of said rectangular enclosed space within which a container 200 of the present invention is disposed and retained. The tray 10 comprises a hinge portion 12 with an upstanding wall 14 and a protrusion 20 on the upper planar surface of a lower wall 18. The upstanding wall 14 and the lower wall 18 form the remaining fifth and sixth faces of the rectangular enclosed space within which a container 200 of the present invention is disposed and retained. The protrusion 20 may comprise a plurality of fingers that extend upwardly from the lower wall 18 of tray 10. The fingers collectively provide a shaft-like pedestal with an enlarged diameter button tip. The depression or aperture 245 of container fits over the protrusion 20 when the container 200 is disposed in the housing 50 in a combination of the present invention. The protrusion 20 may interlock with the opening or depression 245, such as discussed above with respect to the embodiments having recesses 245c or 245d, or aperture 245e. In an alternative embodiment, the protrusion 20 or 120 and the opening or aperture 245 may comprise a hook and latch, or two fingers, etc., such that the upper portion of the locking protrusion 20 or 120, when the fluid container 200 is in locked relationship with the case, overlies the edge of the depression or aperture 245 with the transverse exterior periphery of the upper portion of protrusion being greater than the transverse interior periphery of opening or aperture 245. The container 200 is also capable of being retained in the case 50 by third, fourth, fifth and sixth locking protrusions or tabs 111 (not shown) as discussed in an alternate case 100 of the present invention. The tray 10 is capable of fitting within the main body 15. An enclosed volume of the aforesaid rectangular enclosed space configuration is formed between main body 15, the tray 10, and the cover 5 when the housing 50 is in a closed position.

In an alternate embodiment, to facilitate retention and storage of a container 200 in a housing 50, the lower wall 18 of tray 10 may be provided with an aperture 19 in at least one of the corners of the lower wall 18. These apertures 19 are also each located in the vertex of intersecting walls 14, 36b, 36a, and 36c. In addition each aperture 19 may be provided with a radially inwardly disposed inset 19a.

When a container 200 of the present invention is disposed in a housing 50, the neck 46 extends into the space provided by the vertex of the intersection of two of walls 14, 36b, 36a, or 36c and this relationship facilitates retention and storage of the container 200 in the housing 50.

With reference to FIGS. 11-14, 1-9 and by way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of a fluid container 200 of the present invention with the configuration of a second embodiment of a dual display housing 100 in a combination of the present invention to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a dual display housing 100 for storing a disk-shaped, digital media device, the housing 100 comprises a cover 105, a tray 110, a main body 115 and a container 200. The cover 105 comprises a first hinge aperture 133 and a second hinge aperture 135. The main body 115 comprises a first hinge aperture 136 and a second hinge aperture 137. The cover 105 and the main body 115 are each configured as a cover 5 of the embodiment of FIG. 10. The tray 110 comprises a hinge portion 112, a first hinge arm 123 and a second hinge arm 125, a third hinge arm 126 and a fourth hinge arm 127, a first locking protrusion 120 on a first planar surface and a second locking protrusion 121 on a second, opposite, planar surface. The first hinge aperture 133 and the second hinge aperture 135 of the first cover 105 are capable of coupling with the first hinge arm 123 and the second hinge arm 125 of the tray 110. In a preferred embodiment, a third, fourth, fifth and sixth locking protrusions or tabs 111 are provided on the first planar surface of the tray 110 and cooperate with the container 200 to hold it in place. In a preferred embodiment the container 200 snaps into the third, fourth, fifth and sixth locking protrusions 111. The first hinge aperture 136 and the second hinge aperture 137 are capable of coupling with the third hinge arm 136 and the fourth hinge arm 137 of the tray 110. With the housing in a closed position, the cover 105 and the main body 115 sandwich the tray 110 and enclose a volume. The tray 110 is configured as the tray 10 of the embodiment of FIG. 10, except that the structures 14, 18, 19, 19a, and 21 are replicated on both the first planar surface and the second planar surface of tray 110.

A container 200 of the present invention may interact and cooperate with a dual display housing 100 in the same way as it does with the housing 50, except that the cover 105, main body 115 and the tray 110 provide a first enclosed space and a second enclosed space in the volume to select from in disposing the container 200 in the housing 100. The container 200 could be placed within the first enclosed space formed between the tray 110 and the cover 105 or the second enclosed space formed between the tray 110 and the main body 115. The interaction between the container 200 and either the tray 110 and the cover 105 or the tray 110 and the main body 115 are the same as between the main body 15, tray 20 and cover 5 of the embodiment of FIG. 10.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention the fluid container 200 may be disposed in the open space formed between the tray 110 and the main body 115 with a digital media device 150, CD/DVD disposed between the vacant space formed between the tray 110 and the cover 105 or vice versa.

As shown in FIGS. 15-16, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention and by way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of a fluid container 200 of the present invention with the configuration of a third embodiment of a dual display housing 225 in a combination of the present invention to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a dual display housing 225 for storing a disk-shaped, digital media device. The dual display housing 225 is similar to that shown in the second embodiment display housing 100 and comprises a cover 105, a tray 110, a main body 115 and a container 200. The cover 105 comprises a first hinge aperture 133 and a second hinge aperture 135 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 14 (not shown). The main body 115 comprises a first hinge aperture 136 and a second hinge aperture 137 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 14 (not shown). With the housing in a closed position, the cover 105 and the main body 115 sandwich the tray 110 and enclose a volume. The tray 110 is configured as the tray 10 of the embodiment of FIG. 10, except that the structures 14, 18, 19, 19a, and 21 are on the first planar surface of the tray 110 while the second planar surface of the tray 110 further comprises a third, fourth, fifth and sixth locking protrusions 111, to allow the container 200 to snap into the tray 110. The four protrusions 111 are located so as to cooperatively hold four sections along the perimeter of the container 200.

With reference to FIGS. 1-3 and 17 and by way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of the fluid container 200 of the present invention with the configuration of a fourth embodiment of a dual display housing 250 in a combination of the present invention to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a dual display housing 250 for storing a disk-shaped, digital media device. The dual display housing 250 comprises a main member 265, a second member 260, a third member 255, a tray 268, a first edge 257, a second edge 256 and a container 200. The main member 265 has a first edge 257, the second member 260 extending from the first edge 257. The second member 260 has opposing planar surfaces. In one embodiment of the present invention, one of the planar surfaces of the second member 260 having a first locking protrusion 261. The first locking protrusion 261 is configured to accept a digital media device 150, such as a CD/DVD (not shown). In another embodiment of the present invention the locking protrusion 261 of the second member 260 is a pocket capable of accepting a digital media device 150. In another embodiment of the present invention the second member 260 comprises a first locking protrusion 261 on a second planar surface (not shown).

The main member 265 has a second edge 256. The third member 255 extends from the second edge 256 of the main member 265. The main member 265 accepts a tray 268 therein which has a recess 266. The recess 266 has a depth D and is sized and shaped to accept the container 200 therein. The display housing 250 is capable of being in a closed position. In the closed position, the first edge 257 is folded over with the second member 260 resting and overlaying the main member 265. The second edge 256 is also folded over with the third member 255 resting and overlaying the second member 260. In the closed position, the third member 255 and the main member 265 sandwich the second member 260 and enclose the recess 266. The recess 266 is capable of accepting the container 200 therein. In one embodiment of the present invention the third member 255 has a pair of magnetic and magnetizable elements capable of keeping the housing 250 in the closed position.

With reference to FIGS. 1-3 and 18 and by way of illustration of the relationship of the configuration of the fluid container 200 of the present invention with the configuration of a fifth embodiment of a dual display housing 300 in a combination of the present invention to facilitate display and retention of the container 200 in a dual display housing 300 for storing a disk-shaped digital media device. The display case 300 comprises a main member 310, a second member 305, a tray 318, a first edge 306, a tab 320, and a container 200. In one embodiment of the present invention the second member 305 comprises a first locking protrusion on a first planar surface similar to protrusion 261 of housing 250 in FIG. 15. The first locking protrusion is configured to accept a digital media device 150, such as a CD/DVD. In another embodiment of the present invention the second member 305 comprises a pocket 325 capable of accepting a digital media device 150. The second member 305 and the main member 310 are connected by the first edge 306. The tray 318 nests within the main member 310 and has a recess 315. The main member 310 has an edge 307 having a depth and is shaped and sized to accept the container 200 therein. The recess 315 may have any shape capable of accepting the container 200 therein. It is also contemplated that the recess 315 is capable of accepting the containers of other embodiments of the present invention.

The display housing 300 is capable of being in a closed position. In the closed position, the first edge 306 is aligned with edge 307 of main member 310, with the second member 305 folding over and overlaying the main member 310. The main member 310 and the second member 305 enclose the recess 315. In one embodiment of the present invention the tab 320 contains a magnet that cooperates and interacts with a magnetizable element in the main body 310 to keep the case 300 in a closed position.

The invention has been disclosed with reference to specific preferred embodiments, to enable those skilled in the art to make and use the invention. Therefore it is foreseeable that one skilled in the art could use a housing of the present invention that is capable of receiving a single, double, triple or quadruple CD or DVD. Various double CD jewel cases are known in the art. It is known that double CD jewel cases contain alternative constructions such as alternative hinge constructions, two separate trays of which each hold a disk, or a case in which two disks are held on the same tray.

The features of the invention illustrated and described herein are the preferred embodiments. Therefore, it is understood that the appended claims are intended to cover the variations disclosed and unforeseeable embodiments with insubstantial differences that are within the spirit of the claims.

Claims

1. A device comprising, in combination,

a. a housing for receiving a digital media disk device and
b. a fluid container disposed within said housing,
said housing comprising:
i. a main body,
ii. a cover cooperating with said main body to enclose a volume, and
iii. one tray having an upper planar surface, said tray nests within said main body, wherein said tray and said cover defining a first enclosed space within said volume for receiving said fluid container, said tray having means for receiving said fluid container,
said fluid container comprising:
i. an enclosed body for receiving, storing and selectively dispensing a fluid, and having means for engaging said receiving means of said tray, such that said fluid container is engageable to hold in and selectively release from said first enclosed space and,
ii. wherein said body of said fluid container further comprises a side wall, wherein a portion of said sidewall is flat.

2. A device comprising, in combination,

a. a housing for receiving a digital media disk device and
b. a fluid container disposed within said housing,
said housing comprising:
i. a main body,
ii. a cover cooperating with said main body to enclose a volume, and
iii. a first tray contained within said volume, said first tray having an upper planar surface and a lower planar surface, and
iv. a second tray having an upper planar surface nesting within said main body, wherein said upper planar surface of said second tray and said upper planar surface of said first tray define a first enclosed space within said volume for receiving said fluid container;
said fluid container comprising:
i. a wall enclosing a volume for receiving, storing and selectively dispensing a fluid, and a side wall,
said upper planer surface of said tray and said wall of said container removably engageable to hold and selectively release the container in said first enclosed space and wherein a portion of said side wall is flat.

3. The device in accordance with claim 1 for receiving a digital media device wherein,

said tray further having a lower planar surface, wherein said tray and said main body defining a second enclosed space within said volume adapted to receive said digital media device, and
wherein said enclosed body of said fluid container further having a wall, said wall enclosing a cavity for receiving, storing and selectively dispensing a fluid,
said upper planer surface of said tray and said wall of said container removably engageable to hold and selectively release the container in said first enclosed space.

The device in accordance with claim 3, wherein said main body of said housing further comprises a first edge, said cover further comprises a second edge, said tray further comprises a third edge and a fourth edge, said first edge of said main body pivotally connected to said third edge of said tray, said second edge of said cover pivotally connected to said fourth edge of said tray.

5. The device in accordance with claim 1, wherein said receiving means comprises at least one protrusion on said upper planar surface of said tray; and

said engaging means comprises a generally disposed depression on said body of said fluid container.

6. The device in accordance with claim 3 wherein said digital media device having a generally centrally disposed aperture,

said lower planar surface of said tray further comprises at least one protrusion,
wherein said protrusion of said lower surface of said tray is adapted to be removably receivable in said aperture of said digital media device.

7. The device in accordance with claim 3, wherein

said wall of said fluid container comprises a rear wall and a front wall,
wherein said engaging means comprises a through opening extending from said rear wall to said front wall.

8. The device in accordance with claim 3, wherein said receiving means comprises at least two protrusions on said upper planar surface of said tray.

9. The device in accordance with claim 3, wherein a portion of said side wall has a circular circumference and another portion of said side wall is flat.

10. A device comprising, in combination,

a. a housing for receiving a digital media disk device and
b. a fluid container disposed within said housing,
said housing comprising:
i. a main member having a first edge;
ii. a second member extending from said first edge, having opposing planar surfaces, one of said planar surfaces is adapted to receive a digital media device,
said main member and said second member cooperatively enclosing a volume, and
iii. at least one tray having a planar surface, said at least one tray nests within said main member, wherein said at least one tray and said second member define an enclosed space within said volume for receiving said fluid container,
said fluid container comprising:
i. a body having a wall for receiving and storing a fluid,
wherein said planar surface of said at least one tray and said wall of said container abuttingly engage each other such that said container is held in and selectively releasable from said enclosed space.

11. The device in accordance with claim 10,

wherein said main member of said housing further comprises a second edge, and
wherein said housing further comprises a third member extending from said second edge of said main member.

12. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein said main member and said second member are configured such that said second member overlaps and rests on said main member foldable along said first edge when said housing is in a closed configuration.

13. The device in accordance with claim 12, wherein said main member further comprises a locking means.

14. The device in accordance with claim 13, wherein said locking means comprises a magnet.

15. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein one of said planar surfaces of said second member having a pocket sized and adapted to receive said digital media device.

16. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein said digital media device further having a centrally disposed aperture, wherein one of said planar surfaces of said second member having at least one protrusion and said protrusion of said second member is adapted to be removably receivable in said aperture of said digital media device.

17. The device in accordance with claim 11, wherein said main member, said second member and said third member are correspondingly sized and said second member overlaps and rests on said main member foldable along said first edge, said third member overlaps and rests on said second member foldable along said second edge such that said housing is in a closed configuration.

18. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein said body of said fluid container further comprises a side wall.

19. The device in accordance with claim 18, wherein said side wall has a circular circumference.

20. The device in accordance with claim 18, wherein a portion of said side wall having a circular circumference and another portion of said side wall is flat.

21. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein said planar surface of each said tray having at least one protrusion, said fluid container further having a centrally disposed indentation on said body, wherein said protrusion of each said tray is removably receivable in said indentation of said fluid container.

22. The device in accordance with claim 10 wherein said planar surface of each said tray having at least one protrusion, said fluid container further having a centrally disposed aperture on said body, wherein said protrusion of said tray is removably receivable in said aperture of said fluid container.
