Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a board eraser structure, and more particularly, to a board eraser structure having a small volume, intense absorbing forces, significant dust-collecting effects, excellent safety and convenient mobility.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

In daily life, it is rather difficult to clean tiny dust or dirt having minute volumes, light masses and strong adhesive forces merely using common sweeping means. Thus, dirt and dust are generally cleaned by wiping or rubbing methods. During a process of wiping, dust and dirt originally attached to surfaces of an object can indeed be eliminated; however, the dust and dirt that come off the surface of the object frequently become floating in the air and are much likely be hazardous when inhaled into human lungs.

Therefore, supposed dust and dirt that come off from surfaces of an object are immediately absorbed using a dust-collecting device when wiping away dust and dirt, and prevented from diffusing into the air, not only hazards of inhaling dust and dirt are lowered but also a task of cleaning dust and dirt is provided with better efficiency. Yet, prior board eraser structures are hardly considered as practical for that they are large in volume, have little absorbing forces and are incapable of moving about. In addition, most prior board eraser structures lack related safety designs, such that they are prone to damages due to current overload or machinery overheating. Also, dust located in crevices and grooves cannot be effectively eliminated using the prior board eraser structures, and are instead likely inhaled into human lungs to add another shortcoming to the prior board eraser structures.

The aforesaid shortcomings of the prior board eraser structures are long since disturbances for industrialist and consumers. Therefore, it is a vital task of the invention to provide a multi-function board eraser structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of the prior inventions to prevent health hazards resulted by dust and dirt as well as to elevate practical values.

a dust-collecting device 10 having a seat 11 and a housing 12, wherein the seat 11 has a groove 111 for providing airtight effects with the housing 12; a dust-collecting chamber 13, a motor 16 and leaves 16 (not shown), wherein negative pressure in the dust-collecting chamber 13 is formed by rotations of the leaves driven by the motor to further provide forces for absorbing dust and dirt; and a cover 14, and a fastening section 15 to form a fastening mechanism between the cover 14 and the device in this embodiment according to the invention, so as to facilitate a user to readily clean dust and dirt accumulated in the dust-collecting chamber 13;

a wiping absorber opening 2 as in FIG. 3 showing an exploded structural view of the wiping absorber opening according to the invention, having a container body 21; an arched wiping plane 22 made of a highly elastic material to gather chalk dust in a middle section of the body, and distributed with holes 221 that are in communication with the container body 21; a pad 23 between the wiping plane 22 and the container body 21 and for providing airtight effects; and a velvet plane 24 covering a surface of the wiping plane 22 and being high electrostatic and wear-resistant, so as to reinforce wiping effects of the dust-collecting device for collecting dust and dirt.

Referring to FIG. 1, the dust-collecting device 10 and the wiping absorber opening 20 are accommodated and joined with a flexible pipe 30 for providing the wiping absorber opening with absorbing forces. Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, the seat 11 according to the invention has an insertion slot 18 at an entrance and an exit of the dust-collecting chamber 13, respectively. The insertion slot 18 at the entrance is provided with a dust-collecting bag 41, and the insertion slot 18 at the exit is provided with a dust-collecting bag filter 42. The filter 42 is devised with a filter cotton at a front section thereof for gathering dust and dirt into the dust-collecting chamber 13 in the dust-collecting bag 42. The dust and dirt are prevented from entering the motor 16 by reinforcement of the filter 42. The motor 16 has a motor front cover at a front section thereof, a motor shock absorber at a rear section thereof, and a sound proof pad at one side thereof for minimizing sound of rotation of the motor 16.

In addition, the dust-collecting device 10 can be provided with safety protective members such as a light-indicative power switch, an overload protective fuse base, an overheating protective indication lamp, a dust-collecting chamber saturated negative pressure display. Wherein, the lamp-indicative power switch 171 is a light-emitting device at a power switch, the overload protective fuse base 172 is a fuse, the overheating protective indication lamp 173 is an overheating switch and an indication lamp, and the dust-collecting chamber saturated negative pressure display 174 is a negative pressure switch of the dust-collecting chamber 13.
