Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a rapid heating water storage water heater structure, and more particularly to a water heater structure that is able to simultaneously heat up and retain the temperature of water stored within water storage tanks when hot water is needed, as well as achieving functionality to rapidly heat to a higher temperature the water the next time hot water is required, thus further achieving the objective of conserving energy.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

The structure of general water heater usually comprises circuitous water pipes, with a burning device disposed beneath the water pipes, and roaring flames of the burning device is used to heat water flowing within the water pipes to produce hot water. However, because water heaters of the prior art have no heat retaining facility whatsoever, the next time hot water is required, because of the inability to instantaneously heat the water being initially drawn off, thus, this cold water must be run off, causing wastage in water and energy resources, and clearly not ideal for modern living styles which pay more attention to energy conservation. In light of this, the inventor of the present invention, having accumulated years of experience in related arts, and through continuous research and experimentation, has endeavored to provide an improved structure for a rapid heating water heater which improves the shortcomings of water heaters of the prior art that waste energy resources.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a rapid heating water storage water heater structure, which enables a water heater to simultaneously heat up and retain the heat of water stored within water storage tanks when hot water is needed, thereby achieving functionality to rapidly heat the water the next time hot water is required, and thus achieve the objective of conserving energy.

In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the rapid heating water storage water heater structure of the present invention comprises a main body, two sides of and the rear portion of the main body are fitted with hollow and interlinked water storage tanks, and the central position of the main body is provided with a holding space. The holding space is fitted with circuitous bent pipe bodies, and fins of appropriate size are respectively fitted in the gap positions between the pipe bodies. The upper portion of the pipe bodies is connected to a storage tank, with the storage tank being connected to the water storage tanks through a plurality of water channels, and a burning device is disposed beneath the pipe bodies, thereby completing fabrication of the rapid heating water storage water heater. The burning device is used to heat the water within the pipe bodies to produce hot water, while simultaneously heating up and retaining the heat of the water within the water storage tanks. Accordingly, the next time hot water is required; functionality to rapidly heat up the hot water to a higher temperature is achieved, thus further achieving the objective of conserving energy.

FIG. 1 is an elevational view of the present invention.

FIGS. 2, 3 are cutaway views of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an implementation drawing depicting operation of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is another implementation drawing depicting operation of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring together to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which show an elevational view and a cutaway view respectively of the present invention, and as depicted in the drawings, in conjunction with FIG. 3, the present invention primarily comprises a main body 1, and two sides of the main body 1 and a rear portion are fitted with hollow and interlinked water storage tanks 11, 12. Moreover, the upper portion and the lower portion of the main body 1 are fitted with a safety valve 13 and a water inlet 14 respectively, and the central position of the main body 1 is provided with a holding space 15. The holding space 15 is fitted with circuitous bent pipe bodies 2, which assume a staggered configuration arrangement, and fins 21 of appropriate size are respectively fitted in the gap positions between the pipe bodies 2. A water outlet 22 extends from a lower portion of the pipe bodies 2, and a top portion of the main body 1 is provided with an exhaust hole 16 that interlinks with the holding space 15. The exhaust hole 16 is connected to an air pipe 161, thereby enabling hot waste combustion gas to be discharged therethrough. The periphery of the main body 1 is covered with a thermal insulating layer 17.

The upper portion of the pipe bodies 2 is connected to a storage tank 23, and the storage tank 23 is connected to the water storage tanks 11, 12 through a plurality of water channels 24. A lower portion of the pipe bodies 2 is fitted with a burning device 3.

Assembly of the aforementioned components is used to fabricate a rapid heating water storage water heater, in which water is introduced through the water inlet 14 to flood the water storage tanks 11, 12, after which the water enters the water channels 24 and flows through the storage tank 23 into the pipe bodies 2. The burning device 3 is used to heat the pipe bodies 2 to produce hot water, and the hot water is drawn off from the water outlet 22 extending from the lower end of the pipe bodies 2 for use thereof. Moreover, water within the water storage tanks 11, 12 is at the same time heated up, and heat insulation from the thermal insulating layer 17 is used to retain heat for a long time. Hence, when using the present invention, functionality to achieve rapid heating of water in the water storage tanks 11, 12 is realized, and further achieves the objective of conserving energy.

Referring to FIG. 4, which shows an implementation drawing of the present invention, and as depicted in the drawing, when using the present invention, water is introduced through the water inlet 14 to first flood the water storage tanks 11, 12, after which the water enters the water channels 24 and flows through the storage tank 23 into the pipe bodies 2. Hence, when hot water is required, ignition of the burning device 3 is used to produce a roaring flame to heat the pipe bodies 2 and produce hot water, while at the same time water within the water storage tanks 11, 12 is also heated up, and heat insulation from the thermal insulating layer 17 is used to retain heat for a long time.

Referring to FIG. 5, which shows another implementation drawing of the present invention, after a roaring flame from igniting the burning device 3 heats the pipe bodies 2 and produces hot water, then the hot water can be drawn off from the water outlet 22 extending from the lower end of the pipe bodies 2 for use thereof. Hot waste combustion gas from the burning device 3 is discharged outward from the air pipe 161 via the exhaust hole 16 provided at the top portion of the main body 1 and interlinked with the holding space 15. In which, when the roaring flame of the burning device 3 is heating the pipe bodies 2, at the same time the heat from the flames is heating the water within the water storage tanks 11, 12. Furthermore, heat insulation of the thermal insulating layer 17 on the exterior of the main body 1 is used to retain a constant temperature of the hot water within the water storage tanks 11, 12 for a long time. Accordingly, the next time hot water is required, as long as hot water of not too high a temperature is required, then there is no need to ignite the burning device 3 for further heating, and the warm water within the water storage tanks 11, 12 can be merely drawn off for use thereof. When hot water of higher temperature is needed, then the burning device 3 can be ignited to heat the pipe bodies 2, and because of the hot water already stored in the water storage tanks 11, 12, thus, effectiveness to rapidly heat the water to a higher temperature is achieved, and avoids lost time and energy from the inability to instantaneously heat cold water in the initial stage, thereby achieving the objective of conserving energy and water resources.

According to the aforementioned, when using the present invention, the safety valve 13 is fitted to the upper portion of the main body 1 and the water storage tanks 11, 12, thus, when the water storage tanks 11, 12 are under excessive high temperature pressure, then the safety valve 13 can be opened at the appropriate time to release the pressure, thereby maintaining safety in use.

In conclusion, the rapid heating water storage water heater of the present invention is structured to comprise a main body fitted with water storage tanks, in combination with circuitous bent pipe bodies and a burning device. When in use, the water heater achieves functionality to simultaneously heat up and retain the temperature of water within the water storage tanks. Accordingly, the next time the water heater is used; effectiveness to rapidly heat the water is achieved, as well as achieving the objective of conserving energy. The present invention provides a practical design, and is indeed a novel invention. Accordingly, a new patent application is proposed herein.
