COSMETICS CASE HAVING IMPROVED SEALING PROPERTIES

The present invention relates to a cosmetics case, and more particularly it relates to a cosmetics case having improved sealing properties which, because of the improved sealing properties, can prevent the cosmetic core from becoming denatured by coming into contact with external air remaining in the cosmetics case and so is able to ensure good product quality even when used for a long time. To this end, the present invention comprises: a cosmetic core-mounting part; a raising and lowering member for raising and lowering the core which has been mounted on the core-mounting part; an idle-rotation drive member for making the core-mounting part and the raising and lowering member rotate idly; a core-protecting member which protects the core mounted on the core-mounting part, and which is connected to the idle-rotation drive member; a cap connected to the upper part of the core-protecting member; and a first sealing means disposed at the contacting surfaces of the core-mounting part of the core raising and lowering member and the fitting part of the core-protecting member.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a cosmetics case, and more particularly, to a cosmetics case having improved sealing properties which allow a stick to be prevented from becoming denatured after coming into contact with ambient air that remains in the cosmetics case, thereby ensuring that good product quality is maintained even after it has been used for a long time.

BACKGROUND ART

In various types of cosmetics currently being used by women, some are designed to house a stick, a brush, a pencil, or the like inside a case, and the stick, the brush, the pencil, or the like is used after having been extracted to the outside. Specifically, lipstick, lip-gloss, or the like houses inside the case a stick which is applied to the lips, whereas eye shadow, an eye brush, or the like houses inside the case a brush which is applied to the portions of the face other than the lips.

Among such cosmetics, in particular, lipstick, lip-gloss, or the like which is applied to the lips of a user, has the problem in that the stick (i.e. the part which is contained inside the lipstick, the lip-gloss, or the like, and is extracted to the outside if necessary so that the user can apply it on the lips) is denatured after having been exposed many times to the ambient air. The cosmetics case of the related art, in which the stick is contained, has a problem in that the ambient air introduced into the cosmetics case when it is used causes the stick to denature.

That is, the cosmetics case of the related art has the problem of the stick easily denaturing not only in the state of it being used, but also in the state of it being stored, since it is in contact with the ambient air that remains inside the cosmetics case.

In addition, the extent of denaturing can be reduced if the stick is made mainly of chemical substances instead of natural substances, these being selected among from a variety of substances that may be used to make the stick. However, it is well known that chemical substances, in particular antiseptic substances which are used to prevent natural substances from denaturing, has an adverse effect on the human body, and thus cause the problem of discouraging the user from purchasing such a cosmetic product.

Furthermore, discarding the remaining stick causes problems such as environmental pollution. In order to overcome the foregoing problems, it is important to decrease the time that the stick is exposed to the ambient air when the stick is mainly made of natural substances. In particular, it is important to prevent the stick from being denatured by the ambient air that remains inside the cosmetics case.

In the cosmetics case of the related art, a stick protecting member has a guide rail or a recess formed in the inner circumference thereof in order to raise or lower the stick mounting part. Therefore, in practice, it is impossible to employ a sealing means between the stick mounting part and the stick protecting member.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetics case having improved sealing properties, in which first and second sealing means can prevent ambient air that remains inside the cosmetics case from coming into contact with a stick when the stick is stored for a long time inside the cosmetics case, thereby ensuring that the quality of a product remains good even after it has been used for a long time as well as increasing the lifespan of the product.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetics case having improved sealing properties, in which a stick input hole through which the stick is input into the cosmetics case is formed in order to prevent the stick from being exposed to ambient air during a fabrication process, thereby preventing the denaturing of the stick, which would otherwise occur during the fabrication process.

Technical Solution

In order to realize the foregoing objects, the present invention includes a stick mounting part, a raising-lowering member for raising and lowering a stick that is mounted on the stick mounting part, an idle rotation drive member for making the stick mounting part and the raising-lowering member rotate idly, a stick protecting member for protecting the stick that is mounted on the stick mounting part, the stick protecting member being connected to the idle rotation drive member, a cap connected to the upper portion of the stick protecting member, and a first sealing means disposed on the contact surface in which the stick mounting part of the stick raising-lowering member and a mounting portion of the stick protecting member are in contact with each other.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the stick raising-lowering member includes a follower having a male thread and a fitting groove formed in the outer circumference thereof, the follower being connected to the lower portion of the stick mounting part, and

in that the stick protecting member has a mounting portion, the stick raising-lowering member being fitted into the mounting portion, and a fitting protrusion protruding inwards from a lower end thereof, the fitting protrusion engaging with the fitting groove, and the idle rotation drive member has a female thread, in which the male thread of the stick raising-lowering member engages with the female thread.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized by further including an outer shell, which is integrally coupled to the outer circumference of the drive member.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the drive member has a stick input hole, the stick raising-lowering member has a stick input hole, and a stopper is coupled to each of the stick input holes.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the stick raising-lowering member has an annular mounting groove for the first sealing means formed in the inner circumference of the lower end of the mounting portion thereof.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the outer shell has a stick input hole, and in that a stopper is coupled to the stick input hole.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the stick mounting part has a thread on the outer circumference in the lower portion thereof, the stick raising-lowering member is a rotation lug formed on the idle rotation drive member, and the rotation lug moves up and down along the thread of the stick mounting part.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the idle rotation drive member has a protrusion on the inner portion thereof, and the stick protecting member has a recess in the outer circumference thereof, the recess of the stick protecting member corresponding to the protrusion of the idle rotation drive member.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the idle rotation drive member has a recess formed in the inner portion thereof, and the stick protecting member has a protrusion on the outer circumference thereof, the protrusion of the stick protecting member corresponding to the recess of the idle rotation drive member.

In addition, the present invention is characterized by further including a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at the upper end thereof, and the second sealing means is coupled to the upper one of the two parts of the cap.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS

As set forth above, the present invention can prevent, thanks to the improved sealing properties, a stick from becoming denatured by coming into contact with the ambient air that remains in the cosmetics case, thereby ensuring that the quality of a product remains good even after it has been used for a long time as well as increasing the lifespan of the product.

In addition, the stick is actively prevented from being exposed to ambient air during the fabrication process of a product. Accordingly, there is the effect that there is a decrease in the inferior goods which would otherwise occur during the fabrication process, thereby improving productivity, and the effect that the fabrication time is decreased because of the ease of assembly, thereby improving economic competitiveness.

The present invention will now be described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which preferred embodiments of a cosmetics case having improved sealing properties are shown.

As for the cosmetics case having improved sealing properties of the present invention, the following directions will be defined with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 as follows:

The direction is based on the direction of gravity in the state in which the cosmetics case having a stick is erected;

The portion that is located in the direction in which the stick is exposed to the outside is referred to as the “upper portion” or “upper side.”

The opposite portion is referred to as the “lower portion” or “lower side.”

The portion in which the stick is located is referred to as the “inner side” or “inner surface.”

The opposite portion is referred to as the “outer side” or “outer surface.”

FIG. 1 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing the disassembled state of a cosmetics case 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an assembled cross-sectional view showing the assembled state of FIG. 1. The cosmetics case 1 of the invention includes a stick raising-lowering member 10, an idle rotation drive member 30, a stick protecting member 30, a cap 40, a first sealing means P1, and a second sealing means P2. The stick raising-lowering member 10 has a stick mounting part 11, on which a stick H is mounted, and a follower 12 connected to the lower portion of the stick mounting part 11. The follower 12 includes male threads 122 and a pair of fitting grooves 123 formed in the outer circumference thereof. The stick protecting member 30 has a mounting part 21 into which the stick raising-lowering member 10 is inserted, and fitting lugs 22 formed in the lower end thereof. The fitting lugs 22 protrude inwards and engage with the fitting grooves 123. The idle rotation drive member 30 is coupled with the stick protecting member 20, and has female threads 311 formed in the inner circumference 31 thereof, the female threads 311 engaging with the male threads 122 of the stick raising-lowering member 10. The cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion of the stick protecting member 20, and serves to isolate the stick H from the outside. The first sealing means P1 is disposed on the contact surfaces J1 in which the stick mounting part 11 of the stick raising-lowering member 10 and the mounting part 21 of the stick protecting member 20 are in contact with each other. The second sealing means P2 is disposed on the contact surfaces J2 in which the stick protecting member 20 and the cap 40 are in contact with each other.

The stick mounting part 11 of the stick raising-lowering member 10 has an outside wall 111 and a mounting space 112 that is defined by the outside wall 111 such that the lower end of the stick H can be inserted into the mounting space 112. The height of the outside wall 111 can be determined to be high or low depending on the type and shape of the stick H such that the stick H can stay in the mounted state.

The outside wall 111 has an annular mounting groove 113 for the first sealing means P1. The annular mounting groove 113 has the form of a semicircular groove that is pressed from the outside toward the inside of the outside wall 111. Depending on the use, a plurality of annular mounting grooves 113 can be formed in the outside wall 111 such that the first sealing means P1 can be disposed in each annular mounting groove 113, thereby improving the sealing properties.

The follower 12 connected to the lower portion of the stick mounting part 11 has the male threads 122 and the fitting grooves 123 in the outer circumference 121 thereof. In response to rotation of the drive member 30, the male threads 122 move up and down in the state in which they are engaged with the female threads 311.

The fitting grooves 123 are paired to oppose each other such that each fitting lug 22 engages with a corresponding fitting grove 123. The fitting groove 123 has the closed upper end 123a so that the fitting lug 22, which moves along the fitting groove 123, can be prevented from becoming completely dislodged from the upper end thereof.

As shown in the figures, the fitting groove 123 can be bent away from the direction in which the stick raising-lowering member 10 rotates and moves up. For the sake of the ease of molding during fabrication, the upper end of the fitting groove 123, which is formed in the stick raising-lowering member 10 in the longitudinal direction, can be closed.

The male threads 122 formed on the outer circumference of the follower 12 and the female threads 311 in the inner circumference 31 of the drive member 30 are shaped to conform to each other. In addition to the rectangular cross-section shown in the figures, they can have, for example, a triangular, trapezoidal, or wave-like cross-sectional shape depending on necessity. The distance allowed for upward or downward movement in response to each rotation of the drive member 30 can be determined by adjusting the pitch between the threads. Depending on the use, the threads can be formed as multiple threads, including two or more rows of threads, in order to further increase the distance allowed for upward or downward movement of the stick raising-lowering member 10 in response to each rotation of the drive member 30.

The stick protecting member 20 has the mounting part 21 into which the stick raising-lowering member 10 is inserted, the fitting lugs 22 formed in the lower end thereof to protrude inward, the fitting lugs 22 engaging with the fitting grooves 123, and a storage space 23 in which the stick H is contained.

The mounting part 21 has defined therein a through-hole 213 through which the mounting part 11 of the stick raising-lowering member 10 is inserted and coupled thereto. The fitting lugs 22 protrude inward from the inner circumference that is defined by the through-hole 213.

The sequence of actions by which the stick protecting member 20 and the stick raising-lowering member 10 are coupled to each other is as follows. The stick raising-lowering member 10 is positioned so that the open lower end of the fitting groove 123 formed in the follower 12 thereof is engaged with the fitting lug 22 of the stick protecting member 20. When the stick raising-lowering member 10 rotates which causes the stick raising-lowering member 10 to move down, the fitting lug 22 along the fitting groove 123 is rotated until the fitting lug 22 is brought into contact with the closed upper end 123a of the fitting groove 123 so that the stick raising-lowering member 10 is coupled in the state in which it does not move down.

Specifically, the fitting lug 22 stays engaged with the fitting groove 123 even if the drive member 30 is rotated so that the rotation of the drive member 30 can be converted into a linear movement in which the stick raising-lowering member 10 moves up or down.

The first sealing means P1, which is disposed on the contact surfaces J1 in which the stick mounting part 11 of the stick raising-lowering member 10 and the mounting part 21 of the stick protecting member 20 are in contact with each other, is arranged in the annular mounting groove 113 so that the stick mounting part 11, which moves up and down, and the fixed stick protecting member 20 are, thanks to friction, prevented from becoming separated from each other. In the state in which first sealing means P1 is arranged in the annular mounting groove 113, it is in close contact with the inner circumference 21a of the mounting part 21, thereby maintaining a tighter sealing state.

The drive member 30 has the female threads 311 formed in the inner circumference 31 thereof, the female threads 311 engaging with the male threads 122 of the stick raising-lowering member 10. The drive member 30 also has a cap-fixing lug 32 and a stopper 33. The cap-fixing lug 32 serves to fix the cap 40, which is coupled to the upper portion of the drive member 30. When the cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion, the stopper 33 butts against the lower end of the cap 40, thereby preventing the cap 40 from moving down.

The cap-fixing lug 32 is provided in the form of a rim along the outer circumference of the drive member 30. For this, the cap-fixing lug 32 protrudes from the inside to the outside of the drive member 30 by being pressed. Depending on the use, the cap-fixing lug 32 cam be provided as a plurality of semicircular cap-fixing lugs that protrude outwards from the outer circumference of the drive member 30.

Furthermore, the stopper 33 is intended to restrict the movement of the cap 40, which is coupled above, and to allow a user to easily assemble the cap 40 to the drive member 30 after the cosmetic has been used.

In addition, an outer shell 50 can also be provided such that it is integrally coupled to the outer circumference of the drive member 30. It is preferred that the outer shell 50 and the drive member 30 be coupled to each other via interference fit so that they operate as a unitary body.

The drive member 30 is intended to drive the stick raising-lowering member 10 up and down. The user can raise or lower the stick raising-lowering member 10 by grasping and rotating the drive member 30 or the outer shell 50, which is integrally coupled to the drive member 30.

The cap 40 coupled to the upper portion of the stick protecting member 20 is intended to prevent the stick H from being exposed to the outside in the state in which the stick H is received in the storage space 23 of the stick protecting member 20. The cap 40 can be made of a transparent or semitransparent material so that the color of the stick H can be easily identified from the outside.

In addition, the second sealing means P2 is provided on the contact surfaces J2 in which the cap 40 and the stick protecting member 20 are in contact with each other. It is preferred that the second sealing means P2 be provided on the inner upper end of the cap 40 for the sake of the ease of assembly and the fixing force.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8(a), the cap 40 is constituted of an upper part 41 and a lower part 42, which can be disassembled and assembled, in order to facilitate the coupling of the second sealing means P2. Here, the second sealing means P2 is coupled to the upper part 41.

The upper and lower parts 41 and 42 can be coupled to each other using a bolt or by an interference fit. Because the upper and lower parts 41 and 42 are not disassembled after they are assembled, a coupling method such as riveting can be used.

In another embodiment of the cap 40 shown in FIG. 8(b), an air exhaust hole P2a is formed in the second sealing means P2 and an air exhaust hole 43 is formed in the cap 40. The air exhaust holes P2a and 43 are intended to exhaust air that remains in the cap 40 to the outside when the cap 40 is coupled to the stick protecting member 20.

Here, the second sealing means P2 is made of an elastic material, so that the air exhaust hole P2a is gradually closed as soon as the stick protecting member 20 is coupled to the lower end of the cap 40, and the air exhaust hole P2a of the second sealing means P2 maintains a completely closed state when the stick protecting member 20 is completely butted against the cap 40, thereby preventing ambient air from entering.

In addition, the second sealing means P2 has a pressing portion P2b in the lower portion thereof, the pressing portion

P2b protruding inwards. The pressing portion P2b presses the outer circumference 21b of the stick protecting member 20, thereby increasing the coupling force between the cap 40 and the stick protecting member 20.

Furthermore, in a further embodiment of the second sealing means P2, as shown in FIG. 8(c), one or more air passages P2c are formed in the inner circumference of the second sealing means P2 so that air that remaining inside the cap 40 can be exhausted therethrough.

Here, since the second sealing means P2 is made of an elastic material as described above, the air passages P2c are brought into tight contact with the outer circumference of the stick protecting member 20 when the stick protecting member 20 is completely coupled to the cap 40.

The air exhaust holes P2a, the air exhaust passage P2aa, the pressing portion P2b, and the air passages P2c shown in FIGS. 8 (b) and (c) are actually formed to have a very small size. Their sizes are exaggerated in FIGS. 8 (b) and (c).

FIG. 3 is an operation state view showing the operating state of the cosmetics case 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention. When the user grasps the drive member 30 or the outer shell 50, which is integrally coupled to the drive member 30, and rotates it in one direction, the drive member 30 is rotated. Then, the stick raising-lowering member 10 having the male threads 122, which are engaged with the female threads 311 of the drive member 30, is lifted, so that the stick H protrudes out and is ready to be used.

When the user grasps the drive member 30 or the outer shell 50, which is integrally coupled to the drive member 30, and rotates it in the other direction in order to store the stick H inside the cosmetics case 1, the stick raising-lowering member 10 is lowered, and the stick H is parked inside the cosmetic case 1.

Here, in order to prevent the stick raising-lowering member 10 from becoming dislodged from the drive member 30 while it is being lowered, the fitting protrusion 22 of the stick protecting member 20 is restrained by the upper end 123a of the fitting groove 123 of the stick raising-lowering member 10.

The direction of rotation mentioned above can be adjusted according to the angle between the male threads 122 and the female threads 311. The male threads 122 and the female threads 311 can be formed as a multiple of threads, including two or more rows of threads, in order to further increase the distance allowed for upward or downward movement of the stick raising-lowering member 10 in response to each rotation of the drive member 30.

FIG. 4 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing the disassembled state of a cosmetics case according to another embodiment of the present invention. Descriptions will be mainly given of those that are different from the cosmetics case shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, whereas those that are the same as those of the cosmetics case shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will not be described.

The cosmetics case 1 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 includes a stick mounting part 11, a raising-lowering member, an idle rotation drive member 30, a stick protecting member 20, a cap 40, and a first sealing means P1. The stick mounting part 11 has a thread 13a in the outer circumference of the lower portion 13 thereof. The raising-lowering member serves to raise and lower the stick that is mounted on the stick mounting part 11. The idle rotation drive member 30 makes the stick mounting part 11 and the raising-lowering member idly rotate. The stick protecting member 20 serves to protect the stick, which is mounted on the stick mounting part. The stick protecting member 20 is connected to the idle rotation drive member 30. The cap 40 is coupled to the upper portion of the stick protecting member 20. The first sealing means P1 is disposed at the contact surfaces in which the stick mounting part and a mounting portion 21 of the stick protecting member 20 are in contact with each other.

The raising-lowering member is a rotation lug 35 formed on the idle rotation drive member 30. The rotation lug 35 moves up and down along the thread 13a formed in the lower portion 13 of the stick mounting part 11.

The idle rotation drive member 30 idly rotates along the outer circumference of the stick protecting member 20. A protrusion 24 is formed on the inner surface of the idle rotation drive member 30, and a groove 34 corresponding to the protrusion 24 of the idle rotation drive member 30 is formed in the outer circumference of the stick protecting member 20, so that the idle rotation drive member 30 idly rotates.

In addition, it is possible to embody a configuration, which includes a groove formed in the inner portion of the idle rotation drive member and a protrusion formed on the outer circumference of the stick protecting member, the protrusion corresponding to the protrusion of the idle rotation drive member.

Furthermore, a guide member 29 is formed on one end of the stick protecting member 20, and a guide groove 19 corresponding to the guide member 29 is formed in the lower portion 13 of the stick mounting part 10, so that the stick mounting part 10 vertically moves up and down while rotating in the state in which the rotation lug 35 of the idle rotation drive member 30 and the thread 13a of the lower portion 13 of the stick mounting part 10 are coupled to each other.

The sequence in which the stick type cosmetics case shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is assembled is as follows.

First, the stick H is mounted on the stick mounting part 11, the protrusion 24 of the stick protecting member 20 is fitted into the groove 34 of the idle rotation drive member 30, and then the rotation lug 35 of the idle rotation drive member is assembled to the thread 13a formed in the outer circumference of the lower portion 13 of the stick protecting member 20.

Afterwards, the idle rotation drive member 30 is fitted into the shell 50, thereby completing the assembly of the stick type cosmetics case. The operational relationship of the stick type cosmetics case shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is described in detail as follows. When the user grasps the shell 50 with one hand and rotates the stick protecting member 20 with the other hand, the protrusion 24 of the stick protecting member 20 is idly rotated inside the groove 34 of the idle rotation drive member 30. Due to the idling of the idle rotation drive member 30, the rotation lug of the idle rotation drive member 30 is rotated.

The rotation lug 35 of the idle rotation drive member 30 can move up or down along the thread 13a formed in the outer circumference of the lower portion of the stick protecting member 20.

FIG. 7 shows a further embodiment of the cosmetics case 1 according to the present invention. This shows the state in which the stick H is input, in particular, the state in which the stick H is loaded into the cosmetics case 1.

As shown in FIG. 7, a stick input hole 30A is formed in the drive member 30 and a stick input hole 10A is formed in the stick raising-lowering member 10. Stoppers 30B and 10B for closing the stick input holes 30A and 30B are coupled to the drive member 30 and the stick raising-lowering member 10. An outer shell 50 is integrally coupled to the outer circumference of the drive member 30, and a stick input hole 50A and a stopper 50B are coupled to the outer shell 50.

The sequence, in which the stick H is loaded, will be described as follows: A soft stick H that is formed as a thin viscous liquid due to heating is injected through the stick input holes 30A, 50A, and 10A, which are formed in the drive member 30, the outer shell 50, and the stick raising-lowering member 10. Afterwards, the stick input holes 30A, 50A, and 10A are closed using the stoppers 30B, 50B, and 10B. After a predetermined time has passed, the stick H is converted into a solid state that can be used.

As set forth above, the cosmetics case 1 of the present invention can prevent the stick H from denaturing due to contact with ambient air because it prevents the stick H from coming into contact with the outside from the time when it is loaded into the cosmetics case 1. It also prevents the stick H from being denatured even after it has been used for a long time by preventing the ambient air that remains inside the cosmetics case 1 from coming into contact with the stick H.

While the cosmetics case having improved sealing properties of the present invention has been shown and described with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is by no means limited thereto. It will be understood that those skilled in the art can make various modifications and changes without departing from the spirit of the present invention, which shall be defined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims

1. A cosmetics case having improved sealing properties comprising:

a stick mounting part;
a raising-lowering member for raising and lowering a stick that is mounted on the stick mounting part;
an idle rotation drive member for making the stick mounting part and the raising-lowering member rotate idly;
a stick protecting member for protecting the stick that is mounted on the stick mounting part, the stick protecting member being connected to the idle rotation drive member;
a cap connected to an upper portion of the stick protecting member; and
a first sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick mounting part of the stick raising-lowering member and a mounting portion of the stick protecting member are in contact with each other.

2. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein

the stick raising-lowering member includes a follower having a male thread and a fitting groove formed in an outer circumference thereof, the follower being connected to a lower portion of the stick mounting part,
the stick protecting member has a mounting portion, the stick raising-lowering member being fitted into the mounting portion, and a fitting protrusion protruding inwards from a lower end thereof, the fitting protrusion engaging with the fitting groove, and
the idle rotation drive member has a female thread, wherein the male thread of the stick raising-lowering member engages with the female thread.

3. The cosmetics case according to claim 2, further comprising an outer shell, which is integrally coupled to an outer circumference of the drive member.

4. The cosmetics case according to claim 3, wherein the drive member has a stick input hole, and the stick raising-lowering member has a stick input hole, and wherein a stopper is coupled to each of the stick input holes.

5. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein the stick raising-lowering member has an annular mounting groove for the first sealing means formed in an inner circumference of a lower end of the mounting portion thereof.

6. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein the outer shell has a stick input hole, wherein a stopper is coupled to the stick input hole.

7. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein:

the stick mounting part has a thread on an outer circumference in a lower portion thereof,
the stick raising-lowering member is a rotation lug formed on the idle rotation drive member, and
the rotation lug moves up and down along the thread of the stick mounting part.

8. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein:

the idle rotation drive member has a protrusion on an inner portion thereof, and
the stick protecting member has a recess in an outer circumference thereof, the recess of the stick protecting member corresponding to the protrusion of the idle rotation drive member.

9. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein:

the idle rotation drive member has a recess formed in an inner portion thereof, and
the stick protecting member has a protrusion on an outer circumference thereof, the protrusion of the stick protecting member corresponding to the recess of the idle rotation drive member.

10. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, further comprising a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

11. The cosmetics case according to claim 1, wherein the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at an upper end thereof, and

the second sealing means is coupled to an upper one of the two parts of the cap.

12. The cosmetics case according to claim 8, wherein the stick protecting member has a guide member at an end thereof, and

the stick mounting part has a guide recess corresponding to the guide member, wherein a rotation lug of the idle rotation drive member is coupled to a lower thread of the stick mounting part, so that the stick mounting part is vertically moved up and down by rotation.

13. The cosmetics case according to claim 2, further comprising a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

14. The cosmetics case according to claim 7, further comprising a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

15. The cosmetics case according to claim 8, further comprising a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

16. The cosmetics case according to claim 9, further comprising a second sealing means disposed on a contact surface in which the stick protecting member and the cap are in contact with each other.

17. The cosmetics case according to claim 2, wherein the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at an upper end thereof, and

the second sealing means is coupled to an upper one of the two parts of the cap.

18. The cosmetics case according to claim 7, wherein the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at an upper end thereof, and

the second sealing means is coupled to an upper one of the two parts of the cap.

19. The cosmetics case according to claim 8, wherein the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at an upper end thereof, and

the second sealing means is coupled to an upper one of the two parts of the cap.

20. The cosmetics case according to claim 9, wherein the cap includes two parts capable of being separated or coupled at an upper end thereof, and

the second sealing means is coupled to an upper one of the two parts of the cap.
