Multipurpose Entertainment Food and Drink Removable Portable and Adaptable System
A light-weight removable, portable and adaptable multipurpose system, allows the user to keep and serve food and drinks in a functional manner, which can be inserted into an existing fishing rod holder with the provided mechanisms and can also be placed on a flat surface, such as, a table, a desk or similar, without the provided mechanisms.

FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThis invention relates generally to the field of marine accessories and indoor, outdoor environments for the placement and service of food and drinks.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONWhen entertaining in a boat or in any outdoor or indoor environments, there is a need of having a functional, lightweight and portable way to easily maintain bottles, glasses, cups, and other similar served elements.
No other functional product has been developed that accomplishes this function efficiently and with functional features, such as, liquor bottles, handles, cup, glass holders, trays and other gear, which facilitates the entertainment of the end user.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccording to all aspects of the invention, a removable, portable and adaptable multipurpose system for insertion into an existing fishing rod holder and the use in any indoor and outdoor environments, which includes a mechanism, which allows the user to adjust the system in any position intended. An important object of this invention to be specifically enumerated herein is to provide a lightweight product with conventional forms of manufacture, economically feasible, easy to install, long lasting and relatively trouble free. These together with other objects and advantages, which will become subsequently apparent reside in the details of construction and operation as more fully hereinafter described and claimed, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming a part hereof, wherein like numerals refer to like parts throughout.

The invention is an assembly of parts and elements, which facilitates and improves the experience of eating, drinking and entertaining in a boat or any outdoor or indoor environments being removable, portable, adaptable and preferably constructed of a light-weight material, such as, fiberglass, plastics, acrylics or any other low cost material that will not hinder the function of the invention.

Shows the assembly of the invention and its components as follows;
Drawing 1#1—Universal holders
This is a sub-assembly of the invention, which function is to provide a safe and easy way to place a different size and shape elements, such as, liquor bottles, glass, beer bottles, cans, wine glasses and other objects the user desires, thru its opening. The universal holders FIG. 1#1 creates pressure around the object. These universal holders 1#1 will be preferably constructed of rubber or any other material, which tends to maintain its position;
Drawing 1#2—Bottle holder frames
The bottle holder frames FIG. 1#2, is a removable part and fits in the top tray FIG. 1#15 under pressure or mechanical attachment and secures the universal holder FIG. 1#1 in place. These bottle holder frames 1#2 will be preferably constructed of plastic, metal or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;
Drawing 1#3—Top tray supports
The top tray support FIG. 1#3, connects the top tray FIG. 1#15 to the main tray FIG. 1#6 thru mechanical attachment or will be glued if required. Five supports are typical and depending on diverse applications, more can be added or eliminated to provide added structure and durability. These top tray supports FIG. 1#3 will be preferably constructed of plastic, acrylic, metal or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The removable wine glass holder is an external optional attachment that allows the user to place wine glasses in a secure and easy to reach manner. This removable wine glass holder 1#4 will be preferably constructed of plastic, metal or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;
Drawing 1#5—Recessed handles
The optional recessed handles FIG. 1#5, is built-in feature as part of the main tray FIG. 1#6, which allows the user the manipulation and placement of the assembly and its elements including when the mechanisms FIG. 1#9 are mounted or not;
Drawing 1#6—Main tray
The main tray FIG. 1#6, is the main structure of the assembly that receives the weight of all placed elements, such as, Top tray FIG. 1#15, liquor bottles, glass, beer bottles, cans, wine glasses and other objects the user desires. The top tray FIG. 1#15 is attached using the top tray supports FIG. 1#3 via mechanical elements. The liquor bottles, glass, beer bottles, cans, wine glasses or other objects the user desires to place on, will go thru the universal holders FIG. 1#1 and- or the glass holders FIG. 1#14 and sits on top of the non-skid material FIG. 1#10 that will be glued or attached with any other method to the main tray FIG. 1#6. it also features built-in optional compartments FIG. 1#11 with optional lids FIG. 1#12 for food placement or any other elements desired. Many elements can be attached to the main tray FIG. 1#6 externally to provide added function, such as, removable wine glass holder FIG. 1#4 or any other accessory if desired. The main tray FIG. 1#6 could be handled using the optional built-in handles FIG. 1#5. If desired, the back plate FIG. 1#16 can be part of the structure of the main tray FIG. 1#6 using mechanical attachments, chemical glue, epoxy or other similar method. This main tray FIG. 1#6 may be adapted to show any logo, graphic design or a light system if desired. The main tray FIG. 1#6 also receives the main tray bracket FIG. 3#1 by the use of mechanical attachments, chemical glue, epoxy or other similar method. Drawing 1#10—Non-skid material
The non-skid material FIG. 1#10, provides a non-skid surface for the element that will sit on, such as, liquor bottles, glass, beer bottles, cans, wine glasses and other objects the user desires., This element will be glued or attached with any other method to the main tray FIG. 1#6. This non-skid material FIG. 1#10 will be preferably constructed of rubber, gel or any other material or system that will grant its function;

This is an optional built-in feature in the main tray FIG. 1#6, which allows the user to place food and other elements, such as, napkins, dry food, or any other element needed by the user;
Drawing 1#12—Lids
These optional lids FIG. 1#12, will fit in the main tray FIG. 1#6 and enclose the volume of the compartments FIG. 1#11 above described; the function is to not only protect contents but also provides a surface on the main tray FIG. 1#6 to perform any required action by the user, such as, cutting, peeling or alike. These lids FIG. 1#12 will be preferably constructed of plastic, cutting board material, acrylic, metal or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The Top tray FIG. 1#15 will be connected to the top tray supports FIG. 1#3 via mechanical elements or glued if required. The main tray bracket FIG. 3#1, presents in one side a flat surface, which connects and carries the weight of the main tray FIG. 1#6 using mechanical attachments thru the holes FIG. 4#14, chemical glue, epoxy or other similar methods. The main tray bracket FIG. 3#1 in the opposite side presents an extrusion with slots, which allows the Slide and lock mechanism FIG. 3#3 to slide-in. This main tray bracket FIG. 3#1 will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The removable Pressure bolt lock FIG. 3#2, allows the user to secure and lock the main tray bracket FIG. 3#1 to the Slide and lock mechanism FIG. 3#3. The Pressure bolt lock FIG. 3#2 will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The removable Slide and lock mechanism FIG. 3#3, in one side connects and lock to the main tray bracket FIG. 3#1. On the opposite side connects to the horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 using the configuration of a Bolt FIG. 4#10 and sits flush on a recessed groove, also a Washer FIG. 4#11 and Nut FIG. 4#12 or other if required. The removable horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4, allows the user to rotate the assembled invention in a horizontal plane, not allowing lateral motion wavering. The horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 in one sides connect to the slide and lock mechanism FIG. 3#3, using the configuration of a Bolt FIG. 4#10, Washer FIG. 4#11 and Nut FIG. 4#12 or other if required. On the opposite side, it connects to the main support rod to vertical rotation FIGS. 3 & 4#5 using the configuration of a bolt & nut FIG. 3#7 that goes thru the adjusting holes FIG. 4#14 on sides. The removable main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5, allows the user to rotate the assembled invention in a back and forward movement to a chosen position and secure it with the bolt & nut FIG. 3#7, not allowing lateral motion wavering. The main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5 on the bottom presents an extrusion, which will be inserted into the sliding mounting pressure sleeve FIGS. 3&4#6 using pressure to allow removal if needed. The main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5 will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel, plastic or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The removable Sliding mounting pressure sleeve FIGS. 3&4#6, allows the user to insert it into the main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5. The sliding mounting pressure sleeve FIGS. 3&4#6, fits under pressure into an existing fishing rod holder, creating the necessary force and friction to keep in place and secured to prevent wavering and lateral movement of the assembled invention, until its removed by the user. The Sliding mounting pressure sleeve FIGS. 3&4#6 will be preferably constructed of foam, neoprene, rubber, gel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The removable bolt & nut FIG. 3#7, goes thru the center sleeve FIG. 4#9, the horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 and the main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5, which allows the user to secure all parts with the bolt & nut FIG. 3#7. The bolt & nut FIG. 3#7 will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;
Drawing 3#8—Safety bolt & nut
The optional removable Safety bolt & nut FIG. 3#8, goes thru the horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 and the main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5. The Safety bolt & nut FIG. 3#8 provides a redundant system for safety. The Safety bolt & nut FIG. 3#8, will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;
Drawing 3#9—Center sleeve
The optional removable center sleeve FIG. 3#9, as a structural part prevents the deformation of the horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 and the main support rod to vertical rotation FIG. 3#5 if excess of pressure is applied. The center sleeve FIG. 3#9, will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel, plastic or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;
Drawing 3#10—Bolt
The removable bolt FIG. 4#10, as a structural part connects the Slide and lock mechanism FIG. 3#3 and horizontal rotation mechanism FIG. 3#4 and adjusts to the nut and washer; it allows the rotational movement to occur while keeping the parts in their intended place. The bolt FIG. 4#10 will be preferably constructed of aluminum, steel or any other material that meets necessary characteristics;

The foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the invention. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.
Claims
1. The invention allows the user to insert and remove the base of the system into an existing fishing rod holder or any opening of similar characteristics and adjust it via pressure and- or mechanical attachments it can also be seated in any flat surface, such as, a table, a counter, a desk, or any other similar if desired.
2. The invention allows the user to transport the system from one location to another, using the handles at each side of the main tray.
3. The invention allows the user to adapt the system, articulating the mechanism in two axis of rotation: horizontally and vertically.
4. The invention allows the user to keep food and drinks in a functional and lightweight manner.
5. The invention includes bottle holders, which adapt to different sizes and shapes using the physical characteristics of a material.
