Bow and knot eliminator
The Bow and Knot Eliminator is constructed of two pliable plastic tubings: one being the inner tubing having a curved slot followed with a straight slot to the end, with a U-shape cut-out at the opposite side; the other being an outer plastic tubing that slides over the inner tubing, has an ornament on it, and also a hold down arm. All this assembled to tighten rope, string, or shoe string.
The present invention generally relates to tightening string, rope, shoe string, etc.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe practice of making a bow or knot is used daily. The Bow and Knot Eliminator is used to make it easier to tie a bow or knot, to secure the item, and to make it more attractive.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn accordance with the present invention, a Bow and Knot Eliminator is provided.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention Bow and Knot Eliminator is provided in a pliable, plastic tubing; one inner tubing with a configuration slot to accept string, rope, or shoe string. At the end of the inner tubing, on the other side, is a U-shape cut-out to allow string, rope, or shoe string to be folded over and tightened. The second, or outer plastic tubing, with an ornament on it, slides over the inner tubing, and has a hold-down arm.
The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
The present invention discloses a Bow and Knot Eliminator invention that can be advantageously used to secure items.
The present invention consists of flexible plastic tubing (like PVC), measuring as follows: Inner tubing— 9/16 inch round and 1½ inch long, 1/16 inch thick with a curved slot and goes to a long straight slot. Outer tubing—⅞ inch round, the inside diameter of outer tubing having a hold down arm—to slide over inner tubing.
The invention Bow and Knot Eliminator is an unusual invention so as to attract customers; children, as well as young ladies, would like it because of the different kinds of ornaments they could put on their shoes. Also, anyone with a physical handicap as a result of disease or injury; i.e., arthritis, etc., could benefit from its use.

While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications can be made in the invention and appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims
1. The Bow and Knot Eliminator is two pliable plastic tubing like PVC, one outer tubing and one inner tubing having a curved opening cut-out to allow a rope, string, or shoe string to be entered so as not to allow it to come out of the tubing. The rest of the cut-out is straight and as wide as the curve.
2. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 has a cut-out in the inner pliable plastic tubing, having a U-shape cut-out at the end of the tubing to locate the rope, string, or shoe string to be folded over cut-out so the outer tubing can slide over inner tubing and rope, string, or shoe string to tighten them.
3. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 is plastic tubing. An ornament to be placed on outer tubing to be flat, relief, or three dimensional of any kind or thing.
4. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 is two plastic tubings. The outer tubing going over inner tubing with rope, string, or shoe string between the two tubings tightens rope, string, or shoe string.
5. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 is a hold down arm to hold rope, string, or shoe string.
6. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 is an outer tubing with criss-cross cuts to help hold rope, string, or shoe string.
7. The Bow and Knot Eliminator according to claim 1 is an outer tubing with round ends so as to slide easily over inner tubing with rope, string, or shoe string.
