GREEN REPAIR DEVICE FOR GOLF

The present invention relates to a green repair device for golf. The green repair device for golf of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a repair part (40) which comprises two legs (44) divided in the form of a fork and a waist (41) where the two legs (44) are connected, and is used to restore lawn damaged by golf balls to its previous state; a handle (20) of a green repair device which is connected to the waist (41) of the repair part (40), wherein the width thereof is wider than the thickness thereof; a brush part (50) which is formed at the end part of the handle (20) of a green repair device and has a plurality of brushes implanted on one surface to clean up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club; a first sliding prevention part (26) which is concaved at the end part of the waist (41) of the repair part where the brush (54) is formed and prevents the fingerprint part of a thumb from sliding during repair work; and a second sliding prevention part (24) which is concaved at the end part of the waist (41) opposite to the first sliding prevention part (26) and prevents one side surface of the index finger from sliding toward the legs (44) of the repair part when the handle (20) of a green repair device is grasped by the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger during repair work.

Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to a green repair device for golf. Especially the present invention relates to a green repair device for golf comprising a brush portion to clean filth which includes grass and soil attached to the head portion of a golf club, wherein the brush portion is able to be integrally formed with the device or to be attached to the device and removed from the device.

BACKGROUND OF TECHNOLOGY

With the increase of income the interest about health and recreation is increasing sharply and the number of people enjoying golf as one of recreation is increasing gradually. However when people play golf, soil, grass debris or other alien substance is attached to a head part of a golf club well so that they become a factor disturbing a golf ball in flying far away. In order to remove such a factor people have to clean up head part of a golf club with a separately carrying brush diligently. However it is a very vexatious matter. Accordingly a caddy or an individual golfer carries a toothbrush or another kind of brush to clean up a head part rapidly. But as a handle of a toothbrush is long and it doesn't match with an item put in a pocket, it makes a lover of golf embarrassed which is a sport showing off wealth. Besides as a golfer carries a toothbrush in a pocket and loses it easily, it was necessary to carry several toothbrushes but it was inconvenient.

To remove such an inconvenience a Korean patent publication no. 10-2002-68612 teaches us a repair device on one side of an end of which a brush is attached. FIG. 18 shows a perspective view of a repair device according to prior art. A rear part (18a) of a scraper (18) projects and the projected part (18a) is used to scrape debris of grass attached to a head of a golf club and a brush (16) is used to clear away alien substances attached to the surface of a golf article.

But as in such a green repair device according to prior art a gap of a finger part (14) widens much, it was inconvenient to collect soil or grass in case of repair of grass and it was not convenient somatologically to grip a device and there was a problem that a thumb slides in case of repair. And as a grip part (12) and a finger part (14) form a straight line, it was inconvenient to repair.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Subject

The invention was invented to improve the drawbacks of a repair device according to prior art described in the above and its object is to provide a green repair device which has a brush for clearing a head part of a golf club and gives somatological convenience when gripping it, makes a thumb be put on a grip part, has a projected part to prevent the thumb from sliding and has a grip part formed to have a predetermined curve for the purpose of convenience of a repair work. Other purposes and merits of the invention shall be apparent if reading the below detailed description of the invention and referring to the attached drawings.

Technical Solution

One of preferred technical solutions or means of technical subjects according to the present invention,

characterized in comprising

a repair part which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and

a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,

wherein multiple of penetration holes are formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device and,

said brush part comprises

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted;

a groove part formed on the other side of said brush head part where no pieces of hair are implemented in order that said groove part has a diameter of a size corresponding to the penetration holes and has the same number as the penetration holes;

an extension part of a brush head which is a one-sided extension of said brush head part and has a straight line form and has the same width as said handle of the green repair device and is well bent if a force is given and is positioned at the opposite side of said brush head part and whose material is soft plastic; and

a projected part of a brush head which on said extension part of a brush head of said brush head part is formed a specific distance 2d apart from said brush part to be projected opposite the hair and is prepared a distance d apart from said brush part for correspondence to the number of said groove part so as to fix to said handle of the green repair device by setting in said projected part into multiple of said groove parts through the penetration holes by bending said extension part of said brush head part opposite the hair,

wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair are implanted.

Another of preferred technical solutions or means of technical subjects according to the present invention,

characterized in comprising:

a repair part which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and

a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,

wherein a penetration hole is formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device and,

said brush part comprises

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted; and

a fastener of a brush part which is formed to be projected in a form of └ at an end part of lower side part of said brush head part opposite the hair and as hair portion has elasticity, if said fastener is inserted into the penetration hole, said fastener is fastened by the inner wall of the penetration hole and said brush part is fixed to said handle of the green repair device and is made of soft plastic materials,

wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair are implanted.

Another of preferred technical solutions or means of technical subjects according to the present invention,

characterized in comprising:

a repair part which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

plurality of penetration holes formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device;

a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the waist of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger,

wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where said first sliding prevention part is formed.

In the third solution, it is preferred that said green repair device comprises further a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club.

And it is preferred that said brush part comprises,

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted;

a groove part formed on the other side of said brush head part where no pieces of hair are implemented in order that said groove part has a diameter of a size corresponding to the penetration holes and has the same number as the penetration holes;

an extension part of a brush head which is a one-sided extension of said brush head part and has a straight line form and has the same width as said handle of the green repair device and is well bent if a force is given and is positioned at the opposite side of said brush head and whose material is soft plastic; and

a projected part of brush head which on said extension part of a brush head of said brush head part is formed a specific distance 2d apart from said brush part to be projected opposite the hair and is prepared a distance d apart from said brush part for correspondence to the number of said groove part so as to fix to said handle of the green repair device by setting in said projected part into multiple of said groove parts through the penetration holes by bending said extension part of said brush head part opposite the hair.

It is preferred that said brush part comprises,

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted; and

a fastener of a brush part which is formed to be projected in a form of └ at an end part of lower side part of said brush head part opposite the hair and as hair portion has elasticity, if said fastener is inserted into the penetration hole, said fastener is fastened by the inner wall of the penetration hole and said brush part is fixed to said handle of the green repair device and is made of soft plastic materials.

In the above solution, it is preferred that said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at a position in front of said brush head part of said handle of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part in case of repairing. And it is preferred that one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

Another of preferred technical solutions or means of technical subjects according to the present invention, characterized in comprising

a repair part which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair part and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device and on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted in order to clean up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club;

a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist of said repair part of the direction where hair (54) is formed and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the forefinger from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

At this time it is preferred that a multipurpose hole is formed at the upper surface of said handle of the green repair device. In this case it is preferred that said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at said handle of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part in case of repairing. And it is preferred that one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first and said third sliding prevention part to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

Another of preferred technical solutions or means of technical subjects according to the present invention,

characterized in comprising

a repair part which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

In this solution, it is preferred that one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first sliding prevention part to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

And in this solution, it is preferred that the end of the two legs of said repair part is sharp-pointed, and the line formed by the outer face of the two legs is bent toward inner side by a specific angle, and the gap of the two legs widens as far as the distance from the crotch from which two legs (44) branch off to the end of the two legs is, and the inner face of the two legs from the crotch to the end of the legs is formed in a concave form with a specific curvature so that in case of repairing like a shovel it is possible to take up soil with the inner face of said repairing part and carry the soil.

Advantageous Effects

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the complication for a golfer to prepare reserved toothbrushes disappear, and disappears an inconvenience that as a toothbrush is too long, it should be cut by using a hacksaw and the cut surface should be trimmed to avoid being injured.

Also as it is possible to purchase only a brush part, an accessory of a green repair device at a golf shop and it can be attached to a green repair device and used, it is convenient.

It is possible to use a green repair device having a better attachable ability than a green repair device having a plurality of holes for brush attachment to existing green repair device.

As a caddy or an individual golfer hooks a green repair device onto a key chain and can carry it in a pocket, it is convenient to carry and easy to use.

If an attachable and removable brush part is used, as only the replacement of the brush part is necessary, it is economical and it is useful in case of removing alien substances attached to the head part of a golf club for always to use a new brush part is possible.

BEST MODE FOR EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

This invention can be embodied in various ways. Now the composition and the principle of operation of each embodiment are explained in detail by referring to the drawings.

1. A First Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

A green repair device for golf according to the present invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7. A green repair device for golf of this invention,

characterized in comprising,

a repair part (40) which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle (20) of said green repair device which is connected to the waist (41) of said repair device (40) and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and

a brush part (50) which is attached to end of said handle (20) of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,

wherein multiple of penetration holes (11) (12) are formed in the upper part of said handle (20) of the green repair device and,

said brush part (50) comprises

a brush head part (52) on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair (54) are implanted;

a groove part (57) (58) formed on the other side of said brush head part (52) where no pieces of hair are implemented in order that said groove part has a diameter of a size corresponding to the penetration holes (11) (12) and has the same number as the penetration holes;

an extension part (59) of a brush head which is a one-sided extension of said brush head part (52) and has a straight line form and has the same width as said handle (20) of the green repair device and is well bent if a force is given and is positioned at the opposite side of said brush head part (52) and whose material is soft plastic; and

projected parts (55) (56) of a brush head which on said extension part (59) of a brush head of said brush head part (52) is formed a specific distance 2d apart from said brush part (50) to be projected opposite the hair (54) and is prepared a distance d apart from said brush part (50) for correspondence to the number of said groove part (57) (58) so as to fix to said handle (20) of the green repair device by setting in said projected parts (55) (56) into multiple of said groove parts (57) (58) through the penetration holes (11) (12) by bending said extension part (59) of said brush head part opposite the hair (54),

wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle (20) of the green repair device form a straight line and legs (44) of said repair part (40) are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle (20) of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair (54) are implanted.

It is preferred that the material of said handle (20) and said repair part (40) of the green repair device is one of PET paper, plastic including PC and ABS, aluminum, gold, silver and brass and the material of hair (54) is nylon.

As the brush part (50) of this invention is an article for consumption, after using to some extent hair (54) is worn away so that it is possible to remove an old brush part (50) and to purchase a new brush part (50) and to attach it to the handle (20) of a green repair device. Accordingly it is very economical and convenient for usage.

Although as for this embodiment we explained a case having two penetration holes (11) (12) as an example, the number of penetration holes may be increased or decreased according to the necessity and we should understand that all of these parts are included in the technical thoughts of this invention.

And in this embodiment as shown in FIG. 6 that the width of brush part (50) is a little wider than the repair part (40) but it is natural that this width can be made wider or narrower according to the necessity.

And in this embodiment the brush part (50) was combined to a green repair device through the projected parts (55) (56) but it is apparent that it is possible to combine through screw, bond and other several fixture means and we should understand that all of such things are also included in the technical thoughts of this invention.

FIG. 7 shows the procedures a brush part (50) for clearing up a head of a golf club to be attached to the green repair device.

2. A Second Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

A green repair device according to the present invention is illustrated in FIGS. 8 to 11. The composition of this embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment. Accordingly to avoid the repetition the explanation of the same part is omitted. A green repair device for golf of this invention,

characterized in comprising

a repair part (40) which consists of two legs (44) spread out in a form of a fork and a waist (41) connecting the two legs (44) and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle (20) of said green repair device which is connected to the waist (41) of said repair device (40) and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and

a brush part (50) which is attached to end of said handle (20) of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,

wherein a penetration hole is formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device and,

said brush part comprises

a brush head part (52) on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair (54) are implanted; and

a fastener (53) of a brush part which is formed to be projected in a form of └ at an end part of lower side part of said brush head part opposite the hair (54) and as hair portion has elasticity, if said fastener is inserted into the penetration hole (13), said fastener is fastened by the inner wall of the penetration hole (13) and said brush part (50) is fixed to said handle (20) of the green repair device and is made of soft plastic materials,

wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair are implanted.

3. A Third Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

A green repair device according to the present invention is illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 16. The composition of this embodiment is also basically the same as the first embodiment. Accordingly to avoid the repetition the explanation of the same part is omitted. A green repair device (100) for golf of this invention,

characterized in comprising

a repair part (40) which consists of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle (20) of said green repair device which is connected to the waist (41) of said repair part (40) and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

a brush part (50) which is attached to end of said handle (20) of said green repair device and on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair (54) are implanted in order to clean up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club;

a first sliding prevention part (26) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist (41) of said repair part of the direction where hair (54) is formed and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part (24) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist (41) of said first sliding prevention part (26) and prevents one side of the forefinger from sliding toward the legs (44) of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle (20) of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

And in the invention, it is preferred that a multipurpose hole (11) is formed at the upper surface of said handle (20) of the green repair device.

Also it is preferred that said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part (22) which is formed to be projected at said handle (20) of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part (24) to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part (50) prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part (50) in case of repairing.

And it is preferred that one or more obstruction lines (25) (23) of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first and said third sliding prevention parts (26) (24) to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

In the invention, it is preferred that the end of the two legs (44) of said repair part (40) is sharp-pointed, and the line formed by the outer face of the two legs (44) is bent toward inner side by a specific angle, and the gap of the two legs widens as far as the distance from the crotch (43) from which two legs (44) branch off to the end of the two legs is, and the inner face (42) of the two legs (44) from the crotch (43) to the end of the legs (44) is formed in a concave form with a specific curvature so that in case of repairing like a shovel it is possible to take up soil with the inner face (42) of said repairing part (40) and carry the soil.

As in a repair device according to prior art the inner face (42) of legs (44) was not formed in a concave form as in this invention, it was very inconvenient in case of repairing to take up soil and carry it and because of it much time was wasted. But if we use a repair device according to the invention, such problems can be easily solved.

4. A Fourth Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

A green repair device according to the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 17. The composition of this embodiment is also basically the same as the first embodiment. Accordingly to avoid the repetition the explanation of the same part is omitted. It is preferred that a green repair device (100) for golf of this invention,

comprises

a repair part (40) which consists of two legs (44) spread out in a form of a fork and a waist (41) connecting the two legs (44) and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle (20) of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device (40) and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

a first sliding prevention part (26) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist (41) of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part (24) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist (41) of said first sliding prevention part (26) and prevents one side of the thumb from sliding toward the legs (44) of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle (20) of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

And it is preferred that one or more obstruction lines (25) of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first sliding prevention parts (26) to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

And in the embodiment, it is preferred that the end of the two legs (44) of said repair part (40) is sharp-pointed, and the line formed by the outer face of the two legs (44) is bent toward inner side by a specific angle, and the gap of the two legs widens as far as the distance from the crotch (43) from which two legs (44) branch off to the end of the two legs is, and the inner face (42) of the two legs (44) from the crotch (43) to the end of the legs (44) is formed in a concave form with a specific curvature so that in case of repairing like a shovel it is possible to take up soil with the inner face (42) of said repairing part (40) and carry the soil.

5. A Fifth Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

A green repair device according to the present invention is a combination of embodiments 1 and 4. Accordingly the composition of this embodiment is basically the same as the fourth embodiment but the composition of an attachable and removable brush part which was disclosed in the first embodiment was added to it. As the detailed ones are the same or similar as each embodiment, it is better to refer to each embodiment. Accordingly a separate drawing showing this embodiment is not attached.

It is preferred that a green repair device (100) for golf of this invention,

comprises

a repair part (40) which consists of two legs (44) spread out in a form of a fork and a waist (41) connecting the two legs (44) and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;

a handle (20) of said green repair device which is connected to the waist (41) of said repair device (40) and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;

multiple of penetration holes (11) (12) are formed in the upper part of said handle (20) of the green repair device;

a first sliding prevention part (26) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the waist (41) of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and

a second sliding prevention part (24) which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the opposite waist (41) of said first sliding prevention part (26) and prevents one side of the forefinger from sliding toward the legs (44) of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle (20) of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

At this time it is preferred that the upper part and the lower part of said handle (20) of the green repair device form a straight line and legs (44) of said repair part (40) are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle (20) of said green repair device toward a direction where a first sliding prevention part (26) is formed.

Also in this embodiment it is preferred to further comprise a brush part (50) which is attached to end of said handle (20) of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,

As described in the above the present invention may be transformed diversely and have several forms and accordingly in the detailed description of the invention only specific embodiments were described. However the present invention should be understood so that it is not limited to specific forms mentioned in the detailed description of the invention, on the contrary it should be understood that it includes all the transforms, equivalents and substitutes in the scope of spirit and range of this invention defined by attached claims.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

As the present invention can be used widely in a golf course, it has a wide industrial applicability.

Claims

17. A green repair device for golf, comprising:

a repair part composed of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;
a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and
a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,
wherein multiple of penetration holes are formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device,
said brush part comprises
a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted;
a groove part formed on the other side of said brush head part where no pieces of hair are implemented in order that said groove part has a diameter of a size corresponding to the penetration holes and has the same number as the penetration holes;
an extension part of a brush head which is a one-sided extension of said brush head part and has a straight line form and has the same width as said handle of the green repair device and is well bent if a force is given and is positioned at the opposite side of said brush head part and whose material is soft plastic; and
a projected part of a brush head which on said extension part of a brush head of said brush head part is formed a specific distance (2d) apart from said brush part to be projected opposite the hair and is prepared a distance (d) apart from said brush part for correspondence to the number of said groove part to fix to said handle of the green repair device by setting in said projected part into multiple of said groove parts through the penetration holes by bending said extension part of said brush head part opposite the hair, and the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair are implanted.

18. A green repair device for golf, comprising:

a repair part composed of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;
a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness; and
a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club,
wherein a penetration hole is formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device,
said brush part comprises
a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted; and
a fastener of a brush part which is formed to be projected in a form of └ at an end part of lower side part of said brush head part opposite the hair and as hair portion has elasticity, if said fastener is inserted into the penetration hole, said fastener is fastened by the inner wall of the penetration hole and said brush part is fixed to said handle of the green repair device and is made of soft plastic materials, and
the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where pieces of hair are implanted.

19. A green repair device for golf, comprising:

a repair part composed of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;
a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;
a plurality of penetration holes formed in the upper part of said handle of the green repair device;
a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the waist of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and
a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the bent direction of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger,
wherein the upper part and the lower part of said handle of the green repair device form a straight line and legs of said repair part are formed so that the legs are bent in order to have a specific angle from the straight line formed by said handle of said green repair device toward a direction where said first sliding prevention part is formed.

20. A green repair device as set forth in claim 19, wherein said green repair device further comprises a brush part which is attached to an end of said handle of said green repair device in an attachable and removable type and cleans up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club.

21. A green repair device as set forth in claim 20, wherein said brush part comprises,

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted;
a groove part formed on the other side of said brush head part where no pieces of hair are implemented in order that said groove part has a diameter of a size corresponding to the penetration holes and has the same number as the penetration holes;
an extension part of a brush head which is a one-sided extension of said brush head part and has a straight line form and has the same width as said handle of the green repair device and is well bent if a force is given and is positioned at the opposite side of said brush head and whose material is soft plastic; and
a projected part of brush head which on said extension part of a brush head of said brush head part is formed a specific distance (2d) apart from said brush part to be projected opposite the hair and is prepared a distance (d) apart from said brush part for correspondence to the number of said groove part to fix to said handle of the green repair device by setting in said projected part into multiple of said groove parts through the penetration holes by bending said extension part of said brush head part opposite the hair.

22. A green repair device as set forth in claim 20, wherein said brush part comprises,

a brush head part on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted; and
a fastener of a brush part which is formed to be projected in a form of └ at an end part of lower side part of said brush head part opposite the hair and as hair portion has elasticity, if said fastener is inserted into the penetration hole, said fastener is fastened by the inner wall of the penetration hole and said brush part is fixed to said handle of the green repair device and is made of soft plastic materials.

23. A green repair device as set forth in claim 21, wherein said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at a position in front of said brush head part of said handle of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part in case of repairing.

24. A green repair device as set forth in claim 23, wherein one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

25. A green repair device as set forth in claim 17, wherein the material of said handle and said repair part of the green repair device is one of PET paper, plastic including PC and ABS, aluminum, gold, silver and brass and the material of hair is nylon.

26. A green repair device for golf, comprising:

a repair part composed of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;
a handle of said green repair part which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;
a brush part which is attached to end of said handle of said green repair device and on one side of which multiple of pieces of hair are implanted to clean up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club;
a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist of said repair part of the direction where hair (54) is formed and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding in case of repairing; and
a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the forefinger from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

27. A green repair device as set forth in claim 26, wherein a multipurpose hole is formed at the upper surface of said handle of the green repair device.

28. A green repair device as set forth in claim 26, wherein said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at said handle of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part in case of repairing.

29. A green repair device as set forth in claim 29, wherein one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first and said third sliding prevention part to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

30. A green repair device for golf, comprising:

a repair part composed of two legs spread out in a form of a fork and a waist connecting the two legs and is used in order to restore grass damaged by a golf ball into normal state;
a handle of said green repair device which is connected to the waist of said repair device and whose width is formed wider compared to its thickness;
a first sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the waist of said repair part and prevents the fingerprint of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing; and
a second sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at an end part of the opposite waist of said first sliding prevention part and prevents one side of the thumb from sliding toward the legs of said repair part in case of repairing when gripping said handle of the green repair device with forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

31. A green repair device as set forth in claim 30, wherein one or more obstruction lines of circular arc form are formed at a concave portion of said first sliding prevention part to prevent the fingerprint portion of thumb from sliding.

32. A green repair device as set forth in claim 26, wherein the end of the two legs of said repair part is sharp-pointed, and the line formed by the outer face of the two legs is bent toward inner side by a specific angle, and the gap of the two legs widens as far as the distance from the crotch from which two legs branch off to the end of the two legs is, and the inner face of the two legs from the crotch to the end of the legs is formed in a concave form with a specific curvature so that in case of repairing like a shovel it is possible to take up soil with the inner face of said repairing part and carry the soil.

33. A green repair device as set forth in claim 30, wherein the end of the two legs of said repair part is sharp-pointed, and the line formed by the outer face of the two legs is bent toward inner side by a specific angle, and the gap of the two legs widens as far as the distance from the crotch from which two legs branch off to the end of the two legs is, and the inner face of the two legs from the crotch to the end of the legs is formed in a concave form with a specific curvature so that in case of repairing like a shovel it is possible to take up soil with the inner face of said repairing part and carry the soil.

34. A green repair device as set forth in claim 22, wherein said green repair device comprises further a third sliding prevention part which is formed to be projected at a position in front of said brush head part of said handle of the green repair device of the direction for said second sliding prevention part to be formed and in case of cleaning up filth including grass and soil attached to the head part of a golf club by using said brush part prevents the fingerprint portion of a thumb from sliding toward said brush part in case of repairing.

35. A green repair device as set forth in claim 18, wherein the material of said handle and said repair part of the green repair device is one of PET paper, plastic including PC and ABS, aluminum, gold, silver and brass and the material of hair is nylon.
