1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an assembly type packaging box capable of being transformed into a rack, and more particularly, to an assembly type packaging box capable of being transformed into a rack that can keep items like bottles of wine required to be laid for storage, in a state of being laid therein.
2. Background of the Related Art
Since a cork is soft and flexible, it is easily inserted into a neck of a bottle, and once it is inserted into the neck of the bottle, it is expanded again thereinto. Thus, the cork is usually used for a stopper of a bottle of wine. Especially, a large amount of air enters the bottle of wine through the cork to prevent the wine in the bottle from being oxidized, while a small amount of oxygen is entering the bottle of wine through the tissues of the cork for a long period of time to allow the wine in the bottle to be slowly aged. So, the cork is preferably used for the stopper of the bottle of wine.
By the way, if the cork stopper becomes dried, it is contracted and forms cracks through which outside air is rapidly absorbed, thereby making the wine undesirably oxidized and turned sour. In order to prevent the cork stopper from being dried, thus, the bottle of wine having the cork stopper should be laid during storage. Therefore, the bottles of wine in wine shops are laid on racks wherein they can be stored in the state of being laid, and in recent days, as an amount of wine consumption has been enormously increased, domestic racks on which bottles of wine are laid for storage are widely supplied and used.
However, all of general houses do not purchase such racks easily, thereby making it not easy to store the round bottles of wine in the state of being laid. Of course, they may be stored in the box wherein they are laid, which does not give good appearances and makes it difficult to store many bottles of wine therein.
Therefore, there is a need for the development of an assembly type packaging box for a bottle of wine capable of being transformed into a rack on which the bottle of wine is laid for storage.

The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Hereinafter, an explanation on an assembly type packaging box capable of being transformed into a rack according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be in detail given with reference to the attached drawing.
According to first and second embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an assembly type packaging box capable of being transformed into a rack that can accommodate and keep a bottle of wine thereon, but the assembly type package box is not limited to the box for packaging the bottle of wine or the rack for displaying the bottle of wine.
Referring to
First, an assembly type packaging box capable of being transformed into a rack according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to
An item to be accommodated in the packaging box is disposed inside the inner box 20, and as shown in
As shown in
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the outer box 10 and the inner box 20 each has two incision lines formed on one side of each lateral side thereof. In more detail, as shown in
The outer box 10 and the inner box 20 having the incision lines formed thereon are cross-coupled to each other to build the X-shaped rack, and in more detail, the incision line 11 is cross-coupled to the incision line 21, 12 cross-coupled to 23, 13 cross-coupled to 22, and 14 cross-coupled to 24.
So as to perform the cross-coupling of the outer box 10 and the inner box 20, the two incision lines (11 and 12, and 13 and 14) formed serially on the outer box 10 should be spaced apart from each other by a distance corresponding to a width d1 between the two lateral sides of the inner box 20, and the two incision lines (21 and 22, and 23 and 24) formed serially on the inner box 20 should be spaced apart from each other by a distance corresponding to a width d2 between the two lateral sides of the outer box 10.
Furthermore, a thickness of each of the incision lines 11 to 14 formed on the outer box 10 is set to correspond to a thickness of the lateral face of the inner box 20, and a thickness of each of the incision lines 21 to 24 formed on the inner box 20 is set to correspond to a thickness of the lateral face of the outer box 10. Herein, the corresponding thickness is equal to the thickness of the lateral side or is a little higher than the thickness of the lateral side in such a manner as to insert the lateral side into the incision line, while being not escaped well therefrom.
Also, if a length A of each incision line of the inner box 20 and a length B of each incision line of the outer box 10 are too short, the coupling between the outer box 10 and the inner box 20 is not stable, and contrarily, if they are too long, the outer box 10 and the inner box 20 are protruded upwardly after coupling, which gives bad influences on the stability and appearance. Thus, the addition of the length A of each incision line of the inner box 20 and the length B of each incision line of the outer box 10 is greater than a width I2 between the lateral sides of the inner box 20 and is less than a width I1 between the lateral sides of the outer box, and since the size of the outer box 10 is larger than that of the inner box 20, the length B of each incision line of the outer box 10 is longer than the length A of each incision line of the inner box 20.
Also, if the two incision lines formed serially on the lateral sides of the outer box 10 and the inner box 20 are spaced apart from each other by the same distance from the center of the lateral side of each box, as shown in
Like this, after the assembly type packaging box is transformed into the rack, a variety of items can be positioned, and if the inner box 20 is inserted into the outer box 10 again, the inner box 20 and the outer box 10 can be used again as the assembly type packaging box for packaging various items therein. However, if a fragile item like a bottle of wine is accommodated therein, the two facing lateral sides of the inner box 20 into which the item is stored are opened, so that in the process of separating the inner box 20 from the outer box 10, the item may fall down and be even destroyed.
So as to fixedly accommodate the item in the lower portion of the inner box 20, the inner box 20 has a lower fixing plate 26 having an opening formed correspondingly to the underside outer peripheral surface of the item to be accommodated therein, and so as to fixedly accommodate the item in the upper portion of the inner box 20, the inner box 20 has an upper fixing plate 8 having an opening formed correspondingly to the upper outer peripheral surface of the item to be accommodated therein, thereby allowing the item to be stably accommodated in the inner box 20.
After the assembly type packaging box is transformed into the rack, however, if the upper fixing plate 28 and the lower fixing plate 26 still exist in the space portion of the rack, they may give bad influences on the functions of the rack. Thus, desirably, they are detachably mounted inside the inner box 20, and as shown in
Furthermore, the outer box 10 of the assembly type packaging box according to the present invention has the two open facing lateral sides, and thus, if the inner box 20 is inserted into one open lateral side of the outer box 10, it may be pushed to the outside through the other open lateral side thereof. Therefore, desirably, auxiliary members are needed to insert the inner box 20 into a given position inside the outer box 10.
As shown in
The inner box 20 positioned inside the outer box 10 is drawn from the outer box 10 by pushing one lateral side thereof, and alternatively, the inner box 20 is drawn from the outer box 10 by taking a handle H disposed on one lateral side of the inner box 20. If the handle H is mounted, as shown in
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
The first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 are inserted serially into the outer box 10 and closed by the outer box 10 to have a shape of a generally rectangular parallelepiped, and after the separation of them from the outer box 10, they are cross-coupled to one side and the other side of the outer box 10 to build an X-shaped rack, as shown in
Unlike the first embodiment of the present invention, the second embodiment of the present invention is configured to insert two inner boxes into one outer box, and therefore, the outer box is two times the size of the inner box. Also, the first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 are cross-coupled to one side and the other side of the outer box 10, and unlike the outer box in the first embodiment of the present invention, therefore, the outer box in the second embodiment of the present invention has two incision lines formed on both sides of the lateral sides thereof. With the exclusion of the above-mentioned configuration, the second embodiment of the present invention is almost the same as the first embodiment of the present invention.
In more detail, the auxiliary member and the upper and lower fixing plates as mentioned in the first embodiment of the present invention are provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, and since two inner boxes are positioned serially inside the outer box 10, especially, the handle H is desirably mounted on the lateral sides exposed to the outside of the first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 so as to easily draw the first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 from the outer box 10.
The incision lines formed on the first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 and on the outer box 10 are the same as in the first embodiment of the present invention, but the addition (2×A) of a length A of each incision line of the first inner box 20 and a length B of each incision line of the second inner box 30 is equal to a length obtained by subtracting the addition (2×B) of each incision lines formed on both sides of the lateral sides of the outer box 10 from a width of the lateral side of the outer box 10, such that when they are transformed into the rack as shown in
In this case, the first inner box 20 and the second inner box 30 have coupling members formed on the lateral sides S1 and S2 facing each other at the time of being transformed into the rack, and the coupling members include magnets or a protrusion and a groove coupled to each other, such that the rack can be built more stably.
Since the rack built according to the second embodiment of the present invention is two times the length of the rack in the first embodiment of the present invention, it is very stable when items having long length like bottles of wines are kept therein.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
