Foldable vehicle shading umbrella
A foldable vehicle shading umbrella provides shading for top portion of vehicle. It includes a central hub holding a group of tubular elements extended form the central hub to hold the folding arms respectively, and the group of the folding arms radially extended from the central hub, and an awning shelter supported by the folding arms for sheltering top portion of the vehicle includes windows. Each of the folding arms includes two cylindrical rods and one pair of hinges. The two cylindrical rods are coupled with each other by using the one pair of hinges.

FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a quick and easy operational foldable vehicle shading umbrella in an umbrella shape that can be unfolded to shelter the top portion of vehicle, to prevent direct sunlight and heat from entering into the vehicle, and folded into a convenient carrying unit.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONParking in an uncovered parking lot is annoying to many people since the vehicle is directly exposed to sunlight during warm weather. The common solutions have been used and provided in current market are tinted window, reflecting panel, and etc.
The tinted window and reflecting panel work in the similar way by blocking the sunlight directly, reduce the heat entering into the vehicle through window and entire top portion of the vehicle to keep lower temperature inside of the vehicle.
The common disadvantage of above mentioned methods is that they do not prevent the heat entering through the vehicle body by heat radiation. Drivers always experience the heat flow blow into their faces when open the door of the vehicle after it had been exposed to sunlight for a while.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION One objective of the present invention is to provide a foldable vehicle shading umbrella that covers the entire roof of the vehicle body, to effectively prevent the heat radiation rise the temperature of interior of the vehicle. The present invention is to provide a quick and easy operational foldable vehicle shading umbrella can be unfolded to umbrella shape awning to shelter against the direct sunlight for the vehicle, and folded into a compact unit for carriage and storage.
Another objective of the present invention is an awning shelter is supported and stretched out in tension by a group of outwardly unfolded folding arms extended from a central hub. A group of tubular elements attached to the central are corresponding to the number of folding arms, in order to provide connection between the central hub and the folding arms.
Another objective of the present invention is the extraordinary vertical supporting method. It is different from the traditional ordinary umbrella with vertical center supporting rod, but using the edge of the top portion of vehicle as a supporting point. The folding arms sit on the edge, therefore, it will create a space between the surface of vehicle and the inside surface of the sheltering awning, in order to use the air in the space as insulation to reduce the direct heat from sunlight.

The main working parts of the foldable vehicle shading umbrella of the present invention are shown in
As shown in
The one end of the long arm rod 31 is inserted into the arm holder 21, and the other end is inserted into one end of the hinge 22. Another relative short arm rod 32 is inserted into the other end of the hinge 22. The placement of short arm at the very outside, is due to perform the folding procedure. The short arm means it is shorter than the long arm enough to void block its way to be folded. Both snap ring 222 and shaft 221 used to complete each hinge set, and provide rotating motion.

Claims
1. A foldable vehicle shading umbrella comprising: a central hub holding a group of rotating arm holders; a group of folding arms, wherein said each folding arm radially extended from said central hub, has a hinge connects between two cylindrical rod, one rod connects to said central hub with a shaft which provides rotating function in order to perform folding procedure, and provide tension to sheltering cover; a sheltering cover supported by said folding arms and using UV protection surface material.
2. A foldable vehicle shading umbrella as recited in claim 1, forms umbrella shape itself by using reverse of traditional structure of umbrella without using any traditionally vertical supporting pole or side supporting pole.
