A storage structure for a make-up powder applicator includes a hollow handle, a make-up powder applicator, and an elastic structure. The hollow handle has an accommodation space, and has an opening at one end thereof. The make-up powder applicator and the elastic structure are configured in the accommodation space. The elastic structure is located between a bottom of the make-up powder applicator and the hollow handle. With the accommodation space of the hollow handle and the elastic structure, the make-up powder applicator can be received in the hollow handle.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a storage structure, and more particularly to a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator.

2. Related Art

Like to be well groomed is a nature of women. With the development of social conduct and culture driven by the fashion, make-up has become a basis of modern fashion and a way of showing politeness. Therefore, a lot of beauty products emerge accordingly. A user may select suitable cosmetics among large quantity of cosmetics according to different needs. Because shining powder has the effect of brightening the eyes, cheeks, lips, or part of the body, the shining powder is deeply favored by ladies. According to different characteristics, the shining products exist in the form of pressed powder, cream, loose powder, and pens. The shining powder may further be divided into shining pressed powder and shining powder pen according to different using methods.

A conventional shining powder pen comprises a handle, a make-up powder applicator, and a bottle. The make-up powder is stored in the bottle, and an end of the make-up powder applicator is fixed on the handle. Based on a conventional structure of a shining powder pen, when the make-up powder applicator is put back into the bottle, a user has to bury the make-up powder applicator in the make-up powder. However, during the burying of the make-up powder applicator into the make-up powder, because the make-up powder offers resistance to the make-up powder applicator, the user must use the make-up powder applicator to poke the make-up powder to loose the powder, and only in this way the make-up powder applicator can be inserted into the make-up powder successfully, and the make-up powder applicator be received in the bottle. Therefore, the make-up powder applicator cannot be easily received.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention is a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator, so as to solve the problem in the prior art that the receiving is not easily performed.

The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator of the present invention comprises a hollow handle, a make-up powder applicator, and an elastic structure. The hollow handle has an accommodation space. The make-up powder applicator and the elastic structure are set in the accommodation space. The elastic structure is located between a bottom of the make-up powder applicator and the hollow handle. The hollow handle has an opening at one end thereof. The opening is in communication with the accommodation space, such that a moving path of the cosmetic applicator extends from the inside of the accommodation space through the opening to the outside of the accommodation space. When the elastic structure is compressed, the make-up powder applicator moves along the moving path towards the inside of the accommodation space. On the contrary, when the elastic structure is not compressed, the make-up powder applicator moves along the moving path towards the outside of the accommodation space. In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic structure may be a compression spring or other elastic materials.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a wall of the accommodation space may be equipped with a slide rail. A make-up powder applicator is connected to the slide rail in a manner that the make-up powder applicator is capable of sliding relative to the slide rail. The slide rail and the make-up powder applicator are of non-round shapes, and the inner contour of the slide rail is complementary to the outer contour of the make-up powder applicator, so that when moving along the moving path, and the make-up powder applicator can only move in one single direction.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the make-up powder applicator may have an elastic protruding part. The elastic protruding part can shrink inward in a direction perpendicular to a moving path. When the elastic protruding part moves along the moving path to an opening and presses against a wall forming the opening, the wall forming the opening generates a force to press the elastic protruding part, such that the volume of the elastic protruding part shrink inward. A groove matching the elastic protruding part is provided on an inner wall forming the hollow handle, and the groove may be engaged with the elastic protruding part.

In another embodiment of the present invention, one end of a make-up powder applicator has an attraction tip to attract the powder.

In view of the above, in a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator, with an accommodation space of a hollow handle and an elastic structure, the storage structure of a make-up powder applicator can receive the make-up powder applicator in the hollow handle, so that the problem in the prior art that the receiving is not easily performed by burying the make-up powder applicator in the make-up powder is avoided.

Based on the above setting of a slide rail, or an elastic protruding part, or the application of a groove, the action of the make-up powder applicator is limited, so that the rotation of the make-up powder applicator during working is avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2B, FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2A is a schematic assembly view of the storage structure for a make-up powder applicator shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a schematic action view of the make-up powder applicator shown in FIG. 2A moving along a moving path. The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator 100 provided by the present invention comprises a hollow handle 102, a make-up powder applicator 104, and an elastic structure 106. The hollow handle 102 has an accommodation space 108. The make-up powder applicator 104 and the elastic structure 106 are set in the accommodation space 108. An opening 110 is opened at one end of the hollow handle 102, and the opening 110 is in communication with the accommodation space 108. A moving path 112 of the make-up powder applicator 104 extends from the inside of the accommodation space 108 through the opening 110 to the outside of the accommodation space 108. The make-up powder applicator 104 can slide along the moving path 112 relative to the hollow handle 102.

In FIG. 2A, for the hollow handle 102, the make-up powder applicator 104 passes through the opening 110, and is located at a receiving position. In this embodiment, the elastic structure 106 may be a compression spring, which is located in the accommodation space 108 of the hollow handle 102, and is located between a bottom 126 of the make-up powder applicator 104 and the hollow handle 102. In FIG. 2A, the elastic structure 106 at the bottom 126 is in a compressed state, and the make-up powder applicator 104 is located in the receiving position. On the contrary, when the force that limits the elastic structure 106 in the compressed state disappears, the elastic structure 106, through a restoration force generated by the elastic structure 106, moves the make-up powder applicator 104 along the moving path 112 towards the outside of the accommodation space 108, so that the make-up powder applicator 104 is located in a working position as is shown in FIG. 2B.

In this embodiment, an elastic protruding part 116 may further be fitted on the make-up powder applicator 104. The material of the elastic protruding part 116 may be rubber, or foam, or any elastic material. When a force is applied to the elastic protruding part 116, the elastic protruding part 116 can shrink inward in a direction perpendicular to the moving path 112. At the moment, when the force applied to the elastic protruding part 116 is removed, the elastic protruding part 116 shrunk inward expands outward to restore its original shape. When the elastic protruding part 116 moves along the moving path 112 to the opening 110 and presses against a wall forming the opening 110, the wall forming the opening 110 generates a force to press the elastic protruding part 116, such that the volume of the elastic protruding part 116 shrink inward. When the opening 110 is filled with the elastic protruding part 116, in this embodiment, the friction between the elastic protruding part 116 and the wall forming the opening 110 is used to achieve the effect of fixing the make-up powder applicator 104.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a groove 118 matching with the elastic protruding part 116 may be further provided on the inner wall forming the hollow handle 102, and the groove 118 is engaged with the elastic protruding part 116. The effect of fixing the make-up powder applicator 104 is achieved through the engagement between the groove 118 and the elastic protruding part 116, so that when the make-up powder applicator 104 is being used, the elastic structure 104 does not rotate along a direction D. When an external force is applied to the make-up powder applicator 104 to make the make-up powder applicator 104 move along the moving path 112, the external force provides a pressing force for the elastic protruding part 116 to make the elastic protruding part 116 shrink inward, so that the elastic protruding part 116 is separated from the groove 118.

Referring to FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B, FIG. 3A is a schematic view of a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3B is a schematic action view of the make-up powder applicator shown in FIG. 3A moving along a moving path. In FIG. 3B, one end of a make-up powder applicator 104 has an attraction tip 114, which is used to attract the powder. A bottle 120 is further provided to store a make-up powder 122. The make-up powder 122 is located at the bottom of the bottle 120. The make-up powder applicator 104 is in the above working position. When assembling the make-up powder applicator 104 and the bottle 120, a user moves the make-up powder applicator 104 from the outside of the bottle 120 to the inside of the bottle 120. After the make-up powder 122 touches the make-up powder applicator 104, the make-up powder 122 applies a resistance to the make-up powder applicator 104. The above resistance causes the elastic structure 106 to be compressed, and the make-up powder applicator 104 moves along a moving path 112 towards the inside of an accommodation space 108, so that the make-up powder applicator 104 is located in a receiving position as shown in FIG. 3A. The bottle 120 is fitted to the hollow handle 102, and the make-up powder applicator 104 is accommodated in the bottle 120 and in the hollow handle 102.

Referring to FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, FIG. 4A is a sectional view of a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4B is sectional view of a storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, a hollow handle 102 has a structure of an accommodation space 108, but the present invention is not limited thereto. A wall forming the accommodation space of the hollow handle 102 is equipped with a slide rail 124. The make-up powder applicator 104 is connected to the slide rail 124 in a manner that the make-up powder applicator 104 can slide relative to the slide rail 124. The shape of the slide rail 124 and the make-up powder applicator 104 can be any polygon, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is only required that the inner contour of the slide rail 124 is complementary to the outer contour of the make-up powder applicator 104, so that when moving along the moving path 112, the make-up powder applicator 104 can only move in one single direction.

In view of the above, in the storage structure for a make-up powder applicator provided by the present invention, with the accommodation space of the hollow handle and the elastic structure, the make-up powder applicator can be received to the inside of the hollow handle, so that the problem in the prior art that the receiving is not easily performed by burying the make-up powder applicator in the make-up powder is avoided. In the above embodiments, the setting of the slide rail and the use of the elastic protruding part or the groove can limit the way in which the make-up powder applicator acts, so that the rotation of the make-up powder applicator during working is avoided.

Claims

1. A storage structure for a make-up powder applicator, comprising:

a hollow handle, having an accommodation space inside, and an opening at one end thereof, wherein the opening is in communication with the accommodation space;
a make-up powder applicator, located in the accommodation space, and connected to the hollow handle in a manner that the make-up powder applicator is able to slide relative to the hollow handle, wherein a moving path of the make-up powder applicator extends from the inside of the accommodation space through the opening to the outside of the accommodation space; and
an elastic structure, configured between the hollow handle and the make-up powder applicator, wherein when the elastic structure is compressed, the make-up powder applicator moves along the moving path towards the inside of the accommodation space.

The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to claim 1, wherein the hollow handle has a slide rail fixed on a wall of the accommodation space, the make-up powder applicator is connected to the slide rail in a manner that the make-up powder applicator is able to slide relative to the slide rail, an inner contour of the slide rail is complementary to an outer contour of the make-up powder applicator, and both the inner contour of the slide rail and the outer contour of the make-up powder applicator are a polygon.

3. The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to claim 1, wherein the make-up powder applicator further comprises:

an elastic protruding part, set on the make-up powder applicator, wherein the elastic protruding part is able to shrink inward in a direction perpendicular to the moving path, and when the elastic protruding part moves along the moving path to the opening and presses against one wall forming the opening, the wall forming the opening presses the elastic protruding part, such that a volume of the elastic protruding part shrinks inward.

The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to claim 3, wherein an inner wall forming the hollow handle further has a groove matching the elastic protruding part, the groove is engaged with the elastic protruding part, and when an external force is applied to the make-up powder applicator to make the make-up powder applicator move along the moving path, the external force provides an elastic pressing force for the elastic protruding part, so that the elastic protruding part is separated from the groove.

5. The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to claim 1, wherein the elastic structure is a compression spring.

6. The storage structure for a make-up powder applicator according to claim 1, wherein the make-up powder applicator further has an attraction tip to attract a make-up powder.
