A personal ornament is provided which has an ornamental element including a magnet. A surface of the magnet is coated with a resin compounded with jewelry powder.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a magnetic personal ornament. More particularly, the present invention relates to a personal ornament in which ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape, such as a necklace and a bracelet.

BACKGROUND ART

Conventionally, the circulation of the blood has been improved and the stiffness and pain have been eliminated by causing a magnetic field to act on a human body. There are various treatment devices and health devices using the principle. An accessory such as a magnetic necklace is one example of them. The conventional accessories using magnets are composed of only magnets, while some of them are composed of magnets and jewels in order to enhance fashionability. However, in the accessories which are composed of magnets and jewels, magnets and jewels are only arranged simply.

While the accessories in which magnets and jewels are arranged simply intend to enhance fashionability by using the jewels, they do not suppress the impression of health devices due to a strong presence of the magnets.

Thus, an accessory is desired which is a magnetic accessory having a magnetic treatment effect with high fashionability.

SUMMARY

As described above, there is a problem that the conventional magnetic personal ornaments are unable to obtain sufficient fashionability, since magnets and jewels are composed of separate pieces.

A personal ornament has an ornamental element with a magnet and jewelry being integrated by coating the magnet with a resin compounded with jewelry powder. A personal ornament combines healthfulness provided by a magnetic treatment effect and fashionability of the jewelry.

A personal ornament has an ornamental element including a magnet, wherein a surface of the magnet is coated with a resin compounded with jewelry powder.

In a first embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, the magnet has magnetic force of 1000 gauss or more.

In a second embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, the magnet is a ferrite magnet or a neodymium magnet.

In a third embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, a size of a particle of the jewelry powder is 0.0001 mm to 5 mm.

In a fourth embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, a plurality of ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape.

In a fifth embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

In a sixth embodiment of the personal ornament of the present invention, the personal ornament is a necklace.

In the present specification, “jewelry” is intended to include a real jewel, as well as an imitation and a fake of the real jewel. The term of the “jewel” is used in the meaning of a general use, and means a nonmetallic mineral with a low output, a high hardness, beautiful brilliance, and a high value for use for ornamental purposes. For example, diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and rubies are included in the term. Further, the term “jewel” includes those originating from organic substances, for example, corals, pearls, and amber. An imitation and a fake of a real jewel indicate accessory materials which look like jewels, but are not jewels, and include, for example, stones, glass, crystal glass, and metals. This is because they have apparent—fashionability as jewelry.

According to the personal ornament, since a surface of a magnet is coated with a resin compounded with jewelry powder, a magnet and jewelry are integrated with each other. Therefore, the personal ornament can combine healthfulness provided by a magnetic treatment effect such as a blood circulation improvement effect, and fashionability of the jewelry by having the color and texture of the jewelry in appearance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of an ornamental element 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a surface of a magnet 3 is coated with a coating layer 5. In FIG. 1, the magnet 3 is a spherical neodymium magnet.

Any magnet may be applied as the magnet 3. For example, a permanent magnet such as a neodymium magnet, a ferrite magnet, a samarium-cobalt magnet, and an alnico magnet may be applied. Above all, a neodymium magnet and a ferrite magnet are preferable.

Further, strength of the magnetic force may be any value, preferably 1000 gauss or more.

A shape of the magnet 3 is not limited to a sphere. The shape of the magnet 3 may be any shape such as an elliptic sphere, a polyhedron, a disk, and a plate.

Any material may be used as the jewelry as long as the material has fashionability as jewelry goods. A natural gemstone or a synthetic gemstone may be used. For example, diamonds, pearls, garnets, amethysts, sapphires, rubies, turquoises, blue topazes, tanzanite, pink tourmalines, rose quartz, crystal glass, and plastic may be used.

Any resin may be used as the resin. For example, an epoxy resin, a polyimide resin, a urethane resin, a nylon resin, a polyethylene resin, and an acrylic resin may be used.

In a process of coating, fine jewelry powder and a resin are mixed. The fine jewelry powder is solidified and fixed by an adhesive power of the resin.

The compounding ratio of the fine jewelry powder is preferably 5 to 15%.

The size of the particle of the fine jewelry powder may be selected to be any size. Since the coating is finished to be apparently different by changing the size of the particle, variable ornamental effects may be obtained. The size of the particle is preferably made to be 0.0001 mm to 5 mm. Further, the size of the particle is more preferably made to be 0.001 mm to 3 mm. Furthermore, the size of the particle is more preferably made to be 0.01 mm to 1.5 mm. Furthermore, the size of the particle is more preferably made to be 0.1 mm to 1 mm.

Further, a thickness of the coating layer may be any thickness. However, the thickness is preferably adjusted from about 0.1 mm to about several millimeters.

The size of the ornamental element 1 can be selected to be any size. If the ornamental element 1 is spherical, it is preferable to make the diameter thereof about 6 to 12 mm in the viewpoint of high fashionability as a commodity.

The magnetic force of a magnet is not sharply weakened even though the entire surface of the magnet is coated with the aforementioned coating layer. Even in a state in which the entire surface of the magnet is coated with the aforementioned coating layer, the magnetic force can be kept at about 1600 gauss when a ferrite magnet is used, and a magnetic force can be kept at about 5000 gauss when a neodymium magnet is used.

By the constitution as above, a health personal ornament with high fashionability can be obtained, since the magnet and the jewelry are integrated with keeping a healthfulness provided by the magnetic treatment effect.

FIG. 2 shows a personal ornament 10 in which a plurality of ornamental elements 1 of FIG. 1 are connected in a ring shape. The personal ornament 10 of FIG. 2 is a necklace, but may be a bracelet, an anklet, or a choker. Further, the personal ornament of the present invention may be another personal ornament, for example, a pendant, an earring, a ring, a brooch, a pendant top, a chain for spectacles, a mobile phone charm, a wrist watch, an armband, a headband, a hairpin, a belt, a suspender, a buckle, a wristband, a misanga (a lucky bracelet or anklet knitted by strings), and a tiara.

Since the necklace of the present embodiment is produced from a neodymium magnet, the ornamental elements 1 are connected to be a ring shape by means of the strong magnetic force of the ornamental elements 1. However, a through-hole may be provided in each of the ornamental elements, and a wire material is passed through the through-hole, thereby the ornamental elements may be connected to one another. Above all, this constitution is preferable when the necklace is produced from a magnet with weaker magnetic force than a neodymium magnet, for example, a ferrite magnet.

Any wire material is selectable. For example, a wire, a string, a nickel titanium-alloy wire material, and a urethane rubber wire material may be used.

FIG. 3 shows a sectional view of an ornamental element 21 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, a surface of a magnet 23 is covered with a coating layer 25. In FIG. 3, the magnet 23 is a spherical ferrite magnet. A through-hole 27 is formed which passes through a center of the ornamental element. The through-hole is for passing a wire material therethrough and connecting the ornamental elements to one another.

FIG. 4 shows a sectional view taken along a line A-A of FIG. 3. It is shown that the through-hole 27 penetrates through the center of the ornamental element.

Claims

1. A personal ornament having an ornamental element including a magnet, wherein a surface of the magnet is coated with a resin compounded with jewelry powder.

2. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein the magnet has magnetic force of 1000 gauss or more.

3. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein the magnet is a ferrite magnet or a neodymium magnet.

4. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein a size of a particle of the jewelry powder is 0.0001 mm to 5 mm.

5. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape.

6. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

7. The personal ornament according to claim 1, wherein the personal ornament is a necklace.

8. The personal ornament according to claim 2, wherein the magnet is a ferrite magnet or a neodymium magnet.

9. The personal ornament according to claim 2, wherein a size of a particle of the jewelry powder is 0.0001 mm to 5 mm.

10. The personal ornament according to claim 3, wherein a size of a particle of the jewelry powder is 0.0001 mm to 5 mm.

11. The personal ornament according to claim 8, wherein a size of a particle of the jewelry powder is 0.0001 mm to 5 mm.

12. The personal ornament according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of the ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape.

13. The personal ornament according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of the ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape.

14. The personal ornament according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of the ornamental elements are connected in a ring shape.

15. The personal ornament according to claim 2, wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

16. The personal ornament according to claim 3, wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

17. The personal ornament according to claim 4, wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

18. The personal ornament according to claim 5, wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet, and the ornamental elements are connected to one another by magnetic force of the ornamental elements.

19. The personal ornament according to claim 2, wherein the personal ornament is a necklace.

20. The personal ornament according to claim 3, wherein the personal ornament is a necklace.
