DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The foregoing and other technical characteristics of the present invention will become apparent with the detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the illustration of the related drawings.

With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 for a structure selected in accordance with an embodiment of the invention is depicted. An improved baking oven structure is provided as shown in a first embodiment and comprises a main body 1 that is a drum shape in the embodiment. The main body is placed on an oven rack 5 and lain down while placing it.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the main body 1 is composed of an external drum 2 and an internal drum 3. A gas chamber 4 is between the external drum 2 and the internal drum 3. In the embodiment, the external drum 2 and the internal drum 3 corresponding to a shape of the main body 1 shows the drum shape, and the gas chamber is circularly surrounded between the external drum 2 and the internal drum 3.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a bottom of the external drum 2 in the embodiment has a plurality of air inlets 20. While placing the main body, the plurality of air inlets 20 is downward, and a top of the external drum 2 has at least an exhaust outlet 21. The plurality of air inlets 20 and the exhaust outlet 21 respectively communicate with the gas chamber 4. In the embodiment, the external drum 2 is provided with at least one chimney 22 at the exhaust outlet 21 so that gas within the gas chamber 4 can be smoothly introduced and exhausted from the exhaust outlet 20.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the internal drum 3 has a baking chamber 30. At least an article placing rack 30 is disposed in the baking chamber 30. Two ends of the baking chamber 30 relative to the main body 1 in the embodiment are that one end is an opening end 300. A valve 32 is disposed to the opening end 300 of the main body 1. A bottom of the article placing rack 31 in the embodiment has an oil dropping basin 310. A bottom of the oil dropping basin 310 is placed in the baking chamber 30 by corresponding to an inner shape of a bottom of the internal drum 3. The oil dropping basin 310 below the article placing rack 31 can receive dropped oil when food is baking to drop oil. At least one sliding rail 311 is respectively disposed to two corresponding sides of the baking chamber 30 of the internal drum 3 in the embodiment. The article placing rack 31 can be slidably disposed to two sliding rails 311.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a top of the internal drum 3 in the embodiment has an exhaust pipe 33. The exhaust pipe 33 protrudes the external drum 3. A top of the exhaust pipe 33 has a pressure relief port 330. A sealing cap 331 is disposed to the pressure relief port 330. The sealing cap 331 is provided with a flexible member 332 to push toward the pressure relief port 330 to allow the sealing cap 331 to seal the pressure relief port 330.

An oven rack 5 in the embodiment has a shape corresponding to the bottom of the external drum 2. When the external drum 2 of the main body 1 is placed on the oven rack 5, the air inlet 20 is wrapped by the oven rack 5. In addition, at least one opening 50 is disposed to the oven rack 5. A fire source can be placed in the oven rack 5 through the opening 50.

The valve 32 is opened to open the opening end 300 to place food to be baked on the article placing rack. The valve 32 then is closed to seal the opening end 300. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, while in baking, the fire source in the oven rack 5 is utilized to provide heat source for the bottom of the main body 1. Since the plurality of air inlets 20 at the bottom of the external drum 2 is downward, heat of the fire source enters the gas chamber 4 from the plurality of air inlets 20 and upwardly flows to exhaust from the exhaust outlet 21 in the chimney 22. In the process, heat flees at an external periphery of the internal drum 3 to uniformly heat the internal drum 3.

Since a top of the exhaust pipe of the internal drum 3 is sealed by the sealing cap 331, the baking chamber 30 is still a sealing space. After the baking chamber 30 of the internal drum 3 is heated, the air pressure within the baking chamber 30 is increased. The air pressure in the baking chamber 30 is higher than the push force of the flexible member 332. The sealing cap 331 is outwardly pushed as shown in FIG. 6, and the increased air pressure in the baking chamber 30 is released.

Advantages of the invention can be found through the foregoing depiction. Heat generated by the fire source can enter the gas chamber 4 from the air inlets 20 at the bottom of the external drum 2 and be exhausted from the exhaust outlet 21 in the chimney 22 to uniformly heat the internal drum 3 so that food in the baking chamber 30 can be uniformly heated.

In addition, one end of the main body 1 is the opening end 300. Two ends of the main body 1 can also be provided with opening ends 300 in another embodiment. A valve 32 is respectively disposed to the opening ends 300. Accordingly, while placing food in the baking chamber 30 or taking baked food from the baking chamber 30, the opening ends 300 at two sides can be randomly selected to conveniently use the baking oven to bake food.

The invention improves over the prior art and complies with patent application requirements, and thus is duly filed for patent application. While the invention has been described by device of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those generally skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
