The present invention provides for a air freshener for dispensing fragrances, comprising a gel capsule for holding the gels, a vent cup for stopping or releasing the gels fragrance, a control base for applying air pressure, further comprising air vents for air passage, a lid for keeping the gel inside, a air vent shutter lever for opening and closing the air vent shutters, air vent shutters for stopping the gel fragrances from passing threw the air vents, a switch lever for changing the time cycle, a fan for dispensing the gel fragrance, a battery compartment for supplying power to allow the air freshener device to function, a battery compartment door for keep the batteries inside the battery compartment, sticky pads or supports for keeping the device in place or from laying flat on surfaces.

BACKGROUND

Air freshener dispenser require air pressure for dispensing gels fragrance.

THE SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Air & gel air freshener is a safe way to eliminate foul odors a would be a replacement to air freshener sprays for places that cant be in fumigated like hospitals nursing homes day care centers pediatric centers or places an rooms where new borns are these areas can not have strong fumes of any sort there. air & gel air freshener is a device that uses gels to disburse a variety of pleasant fragrances to areas and places that cant have strong deodorizer or intoxicating fumes there for various of reasons. After the vent cup are screwed into the control base the time cycle can be set the gel capsule extends from the top of the vent cup and hangs down over the fan there are at lease three time cycles on the control base the switch lever are used to make the time cycle selections after the time cycle selection are made the fan will rotate the fan blows air towards the gel capsule which will dispenses the gel fragrance the shutter lever will open and close the air vent shutters once turned right or left the shutters keeps the gel fragrance from passing threw the air vent passages when closed the fan air pressure blows the gel fragrance threw the air vents passages when open the battery compartment gives power to the control base which makes the fan rotates.

After screwing the (FIG. 2a) vent cup into the (FIG. 3a) control base an after the (6) screw lines from the (FIG. 2a) vent cup are screwed in tightly inside of the (FIG. 3a) control base fragrance gels can now be placed into the (2) capsule with the (1) lid screwed on tightly the (FIG. 2a) gel capsule are ready to be screwed into the (FIG. 2a) vent cup once all three are together the (9) time cycle can be set by the (8) switch lever after setting the (9) time cycle the (7) fan will rotate to the (9) time cycle that was set for periods at a time. there's approximately two minutes of rotation for each (9) time cycle per time period. by turning the (3) air vent shutter lever to the right the (4) air vent shutters unblock the (5) air vents as the (7) fan rotates it dispenses the fragrance from the (FIG la) gel capsule out threw the (5) air vents to stop the (7) fan from rotating the (8) switch lever can be moved from the (9) time cycle to the (12) off option the (10) battery compartment may also have a variety of shapes and sizes. under the (FIG. 3a) control base may also have (13) sticky pads or supports that will help keep the air freshener device in place. (FIG. 2a) the vent cup may or may not include the (3) air vent shutter lever or the (4) air vent shutters. (3) the air vent shutter lever are located on the top of the (FIG. 2a) vent cup. the (4) air vent shutters are located Inside of the (FIG. 2a) vent cup. the (FIG. 2a) vent cup may also have in variety of colors comprising neon. (FIG. 1) the air & gel air freshener may also have in variety of colors comprising neon. (FIG. 2a) (3) (FIG. 2) may also be clear plastic in texture. (FIG. 2a) (FIG. 3a) may also have in variety of designs, pictures, numbers, logos, oils or liquids may or may not be used for this device. (FIG. 1) the air & gel air freshener device may also have numerous shapes and sizes. the (FIG la) gel capsule may also have in variety of colors comprising neon. the (FIG. 2a) vent cup may also have in variety of colors comprising neon. the (FIG. 3a) control base may also have in variety of colors comprising neon. the (8) switch lever may also have in variety of colors comprising neon.

Claims

1. A Air Freshener Dispenser For Dispensing Fragrances. Comprising;

a gel capsule for holding the gels;
a vent cup for stopping or releasing the fragrances;
a control base for applying air pressure;
and at least four air vent passages that expands around the vent cup the air vent shutter lever opens and closes the air vent shutters once the gel is placed into the capsule the lid screws onto the capsule the gel capsule screws into the vent cup and the vent cup screws into the control base the fan rotates to the time cycle that's set by adjusting the switch lever.

2. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 1, after the gel capsule an vent cup are screwed into the control base the time cycle can be set.

3. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 2, the gel capsule extends from the top of the vent cup and hangs down over the fan.

4. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 1, there are at lease three time cycles on the control base.

5. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 4, the switch lever are used to make the time cycle selections.

6. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 11, after the time cycle selection are made the fan will rotate.

7. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 10, the fan blows air towards the gel capsule which will dispenses the gel fragrance.

8. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 9, the shutter lever will open and close the air vent shutters once turned right or left.

9. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 8, the air vent shutters keeps the gel fragrance from passing threw the air vent passages when closed.

10. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 7, the fans air pressure blows the gel fragrance threw the air vents passages when open.

11. Air Freshener Dispenser as claimed in claim 6, the battery compartment gives power to the control base which makes the fan rotates.

12. A Air Freshener Dispenser System, Comprising;

a gel capsule;
a vent cup;
a control base;
a air freshener dispenser;
and at least four air vent passages that expands around the vent cup the air vent shutter lever opens and closes the air vent shutters once the gel is placed into the capsule the lid screws onto the capsule the gel capsule screws into the vent cup and the vent cup screws into the control base the fan rotates to the time cycle that's set by adjusting the switch lever.
