Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bodybuilding assistor structure, and more particularly to a bodybuilding assistor structure which is suitable for conducting bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist, swinging the hip, kicking a leg and running by using a rotatable handle as a fulcrum point, thereby achieving an effect of assisting with bodybuilding.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

With the development of economy, and additionally due to the busy life of the industrial and commercial times, people lack appropriate outdoor sports, and thus most people are fat or overweight. Therefore, people generally achieve the aim of exercise and bodybuilding through a bodybuilding device. However, an ordinary bodybuilding device can only be used for running, stretching body parts or conducting actions such as riding a bike. The bodybuilding device for conducting actions, such as twisting the waist and swinging the hip, which can achieve best bodybuilding effects, is rather insufficient. In particular, for example, a bike-type bodybuilding device can only achieve the aim of bike-riding exercise and has no effect on other parts of body, especially the waist and the hip cared most by females, and thus the bodybuilding effect is not good. Furthermore, a commercially available bodybuilding device generally has a complex structure and accordingly has a high price, thus increasing the user's burden. In view of the above, the applicant of the present invention has made improvements to achieve the aim of bodybuilding through a bodybuilding device with a simple structure after years of experience and continuous research and experiments in this field.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A main purpose of the present invention is to provide a bodybuilding assistor structure so that bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist, swinging the hip, kicking a leg and running can be conducted by using a rotatable handle as a fulcrum point, thereby achieving an effect of assisting with bodybuilding. Also, the bodybuilding device structure is made to be simpler, thereby reducing the cost and a user's financial burden.

The above bodybuilding assistor structure includes at least two handles. The two handles are connected with two telescopic rods. A rotatable member is pivotally connected with each bottom end of the two telescopic rods, so that the two handles rotate freely through the rotatable members. A positioning member for positioning is disposed at a bottom edge of the rotatable member. The two handles are fixed on the ground through the positioning member, so that a user can stand and then grip the two handles by hands and thus can conduct bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist, swinging the hip, kicking a leg and running by using the two handles as fulcrum points, thereby achieving an effect of assisting with bodybuilding.

In the above bodybuilding assistor structure, the positioning member disposed at the bottom edge of the rotatable member is a powerful sucking disc for being adsorbed and fixed on the ground.

In the above bodybuilding assistor structure, the positioning member disposed at the bottom edge of the rotatable member is a flat plate with a through hole disposed thereon for being locked on a plate body.

In the above bodybuilding assistor structure, the rotatable member pivotally connected with the bottom ends of the two telescopic rods can be covered by a cone spring having a bottom end fixed on the plate body, so that when the user's hands leave the handles temporarily, the two handles can be kept upright through the spring.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to both FIGS. 1 and 2, the figures respectively show perspective views of a first embodiment and a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention includes at least two handles 1, wherein the two handles 1 are connected with two telescopic rods 11, and a rotatable member 2 is pivotally connected with each bottom end of the two telescopic rods 11, so that the two telescopic rods 11 freely rotate 360 degrees through the rotatable member 2. As shown in FIG. 1, in this first embodiment, a herringbone rod body 21 is disposed on the rotatable member 2. The bottom ends of the rod body 21 are respectively embedded in a U-shaped base body 22. A positioning member 3 (which is a powerful sucking disc 31) is disposed at a bottom edge of the U-shaped base body 22. A top end of the rod body 21 is nested on the telescopic rod 11. By rotating the telescopic rod 11 left and right along the rod body 21 and rotating the rod body 21 forward and backward along the U-shaped base body 22, the two handles 1 freely rotate 360 degrees. As shown in FIG. 2, in a second embodiment of the rotatable member 2, a sphere body 23 is disposed on the rotatable member 2. The sphere body 23 is covered by a circular base 24. A positioning member 3 (which is a powerful sucking disc 31) is disposed at a bottom edge of the circular base 24. The telescopic rod 11 is fixed on the sphere body 23. By rotating the sphere body 23 along the circular base 24, the two handles 1 freely rotate 360 degrees.

Through a combination of the above members, a bodybuilding assistor structure is formed. The two handles 1 are adsorbed and fixed on the ground through the positioning members 3, so that a user can stand behind the handles 1 and then grip the two handles 1 by hands, and thus can conduct bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist, swinging the hip, kicking a leg and running by using the two handles 1 as fulcrum points, thereby achieving an effect of assisting with bodybuilding.

Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a view of a first use embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the present invention is used, the two handles 1 are adsorbed and fixed on the ground through the positioning members 3, so that the user can stand behind the handles 1 and then grip the two handles 1 by hands, and thus can rotate the hands back and forth in a circle shape to conduct bodybuilding actions such as bending the back, expanding the chest or running by using the two handles 1 as fulcrum points

Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a view of a second use embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the present invention is used in another manner, the two handles 1 are adsorbed and fixed on the ground through the positioning members 3, so that the user can stand behind the handles 1 and then grip the two handles 1 by hands, and thus can rotate the hands left and right to conduct bodybuilding actions such as swinging the hip by using the two handles 1 as fulcrum points.

Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a view of a third use embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the present invention is used in a further manner, the two handles 1 are adsorbed and fixed on the ground through the positioning members 3, so that the user can stand behind the handles 1 and then grip the two handles 1 by hands, and thus can rotate the hands left and right and back and forth, to conduct bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist by using the two handles 1 as fulcrum points.

Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the rotatable member 2 of the present invention can be covered by a cone spring 4, so that when the user's hands leave the handles 1 temporarily during operation, the two handles 1 can be kept upright through the flexibility of the cone spring 4.

Referring to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the handles 1 fail to be fixed on the ground (a ground laying carpet), the handles 1 of the present invention can be fixed on a rectangular plate body 5. The user can stand on the plate body 5 and grip the handles 1 by hands to conduct bodybuilding actions such as twisting the waist and swinging the hip. Furthermore, a massage sheet 6 with spaced protruding grains 61 can be disposed on the plate body 5 in a transverse side position adjacent to the end edge, for the user to trample and get a foot massage.

Referring to FIG. 8, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a fixing sheet 32 can be disposed at the bottom edge of the rotatable member 2 of the present invention, and fixing holes 321 are disposed on the fixing sheet 32, thereby forming a positioning member 3 with another configuration. The fixing sheet 32 is locked on any plate body or object by screws through the fixing holes 321.
