DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

specified embodiment of a tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 is explained hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an outline schematic view of a tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view and a top view and FIG. 3 is detail view of after-mentioned circular ring 130. However, the details of the all parts which do not directly-relate to the present invention will be omitted. A tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention can climb the inside of a tree with a decorative effect. That is to say, as shown in FIG. 1, tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention is provided with a strut 120 placed to a base substrate 110 and a floor member 130 provided around the strut 120.

At first, a strut 120 of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention is vertically arranged to a strut 120. A variety of shapes of this base substrate 110 can be used and it may be rotatable base substrate 110. Because it is characterized by that a person (mean children) can be climbed, tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention stands above base substrate 110 and strut 120 in consideration of the load of the said child as well as the main body of tree. Because a tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention is characterized by person's climb (suppose children), the base substrate 110 and the strut 120 is stood in consideration of the load of the said child as well as the main body of tree.

A floor member 120 is assembled as follows around the strut 120 vertically arranged as above.

In the present embodiment, a floor member 120 is assembled to three places of a upper part, an intermediate part, and a lower part of the strut 120. A one end of a beam 131 is horizontally attached to the appointed point of the strut. On this occasion, a beam 131 is attached to the top-view symmetry position, if the strut 120 is watched from the top. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), four beams 131 are attached to the strut 131 so that each beam 131 is attached at angle of 90 degrees from adjacent beams. And another end of beam 131 attached to the strut 120 is connected to circular ring 135, thereby a frame for the floor member 130 is formed.

A frame of floor member 130 formed as above will be installed in the appointed point (at three places of upper part, intermediate part, and lower part in accordance with the present example) of strut 120. In this case, so that as a whole, a frame for the plural floor member 130 attached to strut 120 is approximately conically-shaped, the size of each beam 131 and each circular ring 135 is determined. In this embodiment, floor member 130 was formed using circular ring 135. It is not limited into a circle firm, or rectangular, and of course even star form or other configurations are preferably used. As a whole, the configuration when floor member 130 was stacked in multi-layer should be cone form.

As described above, the floor member 130 be attached to strut 120, then the circular ring 135 of bottommost floor member 130 is connected from the neighborhood of upper end of the strut 120 by a slant crosspiece 140. In this embodiment, a eight slant crosspiece 140 is attached to the top-view symmetry position, if the strut 120 is watched from the top. Floor plate 137 is fitted in the frame of the floor member as shown in FIG. 3. FIG. 3 (A) is a floor member 130 of the top, FIG. 3 (B) is a floor member 120 of the intermediate part, and FIG. 3 (C) is a bottommost floor member 130.

The number of the floor plate 137 fitted in to the circular ring 135 will determine the number of the beam 131 attached to strut 120. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, four beams 131 will be attached to strut 120, therefore four of the floor plate 137 are able to attach to circular ring 135. In the present invention, of four places in circular ring 135, floor plate 137 is attached to only three places. That is to say, a part not to attach floor plate 137 will be a inlet part 138 to each floor of the tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100.

FIG. 3 is a top view of floor member 130, so that any inlet part 138 does not overlap other stacking inlet part 138, each inlet part 138 to each floor is placed. That is, inlet part 128 of bottommost floor member 130 and inlet part 128 of intermediate floor member 130 should not overlap when they are viewed from a top. The relationship between each inlet parts 128 of the top and intermediate floor member 130 is same too. Floor plate 137 fitted in to floor member 130 may be any board. In the present embodiment the member which stacked urethane on the top of the stacked plural veneer (plywood) is used. A urethane moiety protects the user in the tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100.

In the present embodiment, an aid 150 as shown in FIG. 1 may be attached between each floor member 130, to make it easy to climb each floor member 130 of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100. Hanging a hand or a foot on the aid, the user can be gradually climbed to floor member 130 of the upper stage. The outside of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 is covered with an outer packaging member having translucency. Aperture of the predetermined size is opened in the appointed point of the outer packaging member. For example, a rectangular aperture of around 10 centimeters in width and height is formed. A user (means a child) who entered in can stick user's head out of the aperture The configuration of the aperture may be any shape such as star types.

A strut 120, a floor member 130, and a slant crosspiece 140 of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention, are decorated as follows. At first, each member is coated in predetermined shock absorber. Foams such as urethane are coated to the strut 120 like as this shock absorber. For example, the one side of the side of the shock absorber of the hollow cylinder is cut, as the shape that can be coated on the stick face. And the shock absorber been coated on a part of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 (even all surface of the apparatus is preferable and may be the part that it is expected that a user comes in contact with strut), and, a gum resin been painted on the surface of the shock absorber, as a result of that a surface of the shock absorber have a water repellency. Of course the side (cut part) of the shock absorber will be closed when gum resin is painted. The shock absorber may be composition except urethane, and shock absorber like foams such as polyethylene is preferably used.

A tool for decoration such as the LED will be attached on the shock absorber painted by gum resin as above. For example, the LED ribbon having plural LED coiled or sandwiched around the shock absorber will decorate the tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100. The inside of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 can be decorated in the same way, too. In the tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100 of the present invention, because it is assumed that a user climbs internal floor member 130, a tool for decoration will be attached to the inside as well as the outside.

In tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100, a base substrate 110 may rotate. Referring now to FIG. 4, a configuration of base substrate 110 is explained. A rolling mechanism of base substrate 110 is configured as a drive motor 112 supported on a support member 111. The drive motor 112 rotates a rotating plate 117 via after-mentioned torque limiter 113 and collector ring 116.

A torque limiter 113 protecting drive motor 112 from a surplus torque and torque sensor 115 detecting running torque are provided between output shaft (mean rotating shaft) and rotating plate 117 of drive motor 112. As the torque sensor 115, a contact-type torque sensor 115 may be used; alternatively a noncontact torque sensor 115 may be used too. If a torque detected by torque sensor 115 is beyond an expected limit, the rotative power from the drive motor 112 is not transmitted to the rotating plate 117 by the torque limiter 113.

Furthermore, a collector ring 116 is provided near base substrate 110, and this collector ring 116 supplies electric power to illuminations member (e.g., LED ribbon which the apparatus outside was provided with) of tree-shaped decoration apparatus 100. Number of revolutions of drive motor 112 may be controlled by a control unit not shown in the figure. A control unit stores the most suitable number of revolutions beforehand, and a rotating plate 117 is rotationally driven via drive motor 112 based on said number of revolutions.
