(B) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

For a conventional lash brush that is currently available in the market, the arrangement of bristles is such that bristles of substantially identical length are lined up. The conventional arrangement of bristles, for both bristles that are bonded with a central metal wire or bristles that are integrally formed with a handle through injection molding, are often arranged to project outward in a radiating form with tips of the bristles substantially flush and also extend to a distal end of the lash brush, where the tips of the bristles are trimmed to form a tapering configuration. In use, the substantially identical length and the regular arrangement of the bristles realize completely brushing of the lash in doing makeup and brushing operation so as to provide regular application of makeup material. However, due to the uniform attaching of makeup material to the bristles and the regular arrangement of the bristles, in respect of an effect of extending, stretching, and supporting lash, the conventional lash brush does not provide a significant expanded effect of makeup. Thus, in making up the lashes, it is often difficult to efficiently make up, stretch, and straighten the lashes. To present an extended makeup result for lashes, the help of a skilled cosmetologist is needed so that the cosmetologist's skill may help to provide the desired result of makeup, otherwise it is generally hard to obtain the desired result of lash makeup. Apparently, the use of lash brush is in fact troublesome to the general consumers, simply because certain fixed and uncontrollable factors, including material attaching and substantial length identity in rotation, makes the operation of make up hard. Thus, it is desired to provide a modification of the lash brush so that operating such a lash brush provides an easy and convenient use for makeup. An improvement thus must be made over the existing lash brushes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

The present invention provides a bristle structure of lash brush, which is an improved arrangement of bristles of lash brush allowing of simultaneous performance of makeup and lash stretching during making up and brushing lashes with a lash brush. The bristle structure according to the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1-6. The lash brush according to the present invention comprises, as a whole set, a container 10 that contains therein mascara and a brush portion that, after use, can be attached to a mouth of the container 10 by a container cap 11 to completely set a brush stem 20 and a bristle carrying bar 22 to which a bristle arrangement 21 is mounted inside the container 10. The feature of the present invention is that an improvement of the bristle arrangement 21 is made so that the bristle arrangement 21 is divided into an upper half and a lower half or substantially identical left and right halves, which are made of different materials but are integrally formed, wherein one of the halves of the bristle arrangement 21 comprises r slender tapering bars having a great diameter and arranged to radially extend and spaced from each other to form the one of the halves of the bristle arrangement 21, of which the material shows a hardness between 30 and 50, as indicated by reference (a) in the drawings. The other half of the bristle arrangement 21, which is indicated by reference (b), is made of a rubber based material that shows a great friction and is a hard material having a hardness of Shore hardness between 60 and 95, being made in the form of thin bars having a small diameter, and is combined with the other half (a) of the bristle arrangement 21 to form a complete and substantially square circumferential configuration having a large outside diameter, wherein the bristles that are located at each corner are made extended and of great length. Based on the difference in bristle diameters and spaced arrangement, when used in a makeup operation, the lash brush allows of attaching different amounts of makeup material thereto in the operation of attaching makeup material. This, when combined the difference in bristle diameters, allows the half (a) of the bristle arrangement 21 to which a large amount of the makeup material is attached to easily apply the makeup material to lashes 30 in an operation of hand holding and rotating the lash brush; and, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, after the makeup material is applied by the half of the bristles that carry the larger amount of makeup, the lashes are coated with the makeup material, and then when the other half (b) of the bristle arrangement 21 is being rotated, excessive makeup material is properly scraped off and an effect of stretching the lashes is achieved, whereby the lashes, after the makeup operation, shows a makeup effect of rigid stretching. As such, a single lash brush, through easy holding and rotating to perform a makeup operation, achieves a practical use of easy and convenient brushing lashes.

The improvement feature of the lash brush according to the present invention is that the bristle arrangement 21 for brushing of lashes is made of different materials that are separately molded to show different material attaching bar diameter and surface smoothness and provide different makeup effects of carrying makeup material and scrape-off and stretching and can be molded with different colors of molded material to provide an easy identification and indication, so that the bristle arrangement 21 of the lash brush shows a unique aesthetic effect, allowing the general consumers to make easy identification in holding and making a brushing operation with it. The diameter of the slender tapering bars of the bristles of the present invention shows a diameter difference between 1-4 mm. Through the arrangement of different diameters for the bristles of the two halves, the thin bristle half carries only a small amount of makeup material and can realize an excellent result of scrape-off and stretching through rotation so as to ensure that after the thick bristle half applies the makeup material to the lashes, proper scrape-off can be realized through rotation to achieve the result of beautifying and stretching lashes, making the lashes showing an aesthetic sense of straightening by being stretching through the makeup operation. In combination with the indication realized through different color molding, the lash brush provides an apparent effect of indication and, especially, when used in combination with proper tapering formed on an outer circumference of a distal end section of the bristle arrangement 21, the lash brush is provided with an outer appearance that meets the needs for safety and easy application in performing a makeup operation and provides unique aesthetic visual perception that is novel and beautiful, and allows a user to easily identify the functions thereof in use thereof. Thus, in view of the design of lash brush, a novel and practical arrangement is provided and an efficacy of being practical and convenient is realized for use. After use, the lash brush allows the whole brush stem 22 to be received in the container 10 that contains the makeup material through the cap 11 to realize storage and securing, whereby an effect of easy storage of the lash brush is achieved. The improved design of the bristle arrangement of the lash brush is effective is application of mascara and at the same time scraping off excessive mascara and stretching lashes. Thus, in a single makeup operation, the same bristle arrangement 21 can realize makeup in a single turn of the rotation.
