SPORT SHOE OUTSOLE WITH ANTI-SLIP AND ANTI-ABRASION

The Present invention is directed to an anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole principally composed of a sole pad and a bottom cushion layer bonded to the bottom of said sole pad. The bottom cushion layer is composed of two parts, namely a soft under-cushion running inward from the front of the sole, and a hard under-cushion positioned at the heel and front of foot areas. The triangular area in the specially inclined underside design of the sports shoe sole, made of a low-density (soft) rubber material, includes a number of point-shaped protrusions clustered together to facilitate turns and twisting motions, while helping to prevent slipping, aid precision and increase comfort. Other than the triangular area, the whole of the underside of the heel and front of foot areas are made using a solid (hard) rubber material which is effective in terms of its anti-slip, wear-resistant properties.

Description
TECHNICAL AREA

This utility model involves a type of sports shoe, specifically a type of anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Zumba is a type of aerobic exercise which combines rhythm with hot and sexy Latin dance; its rhythm is achieved through dynamic forms of exercise. Zumba involves “training”, and this musically-inspired “training” is carried out on the basis of conveying inner happiness from the heart. Zumba incorporates hot South American and spicy Latin dance systems including Salsa, Merenue, Cumbia, Samba and Reggaeton; it is easy to learn and reduces the difficulty of study.

Zumba combines Latin and international music and dance into an active, exciting and effective fitness system. It is characterised by toning the body through a combination of aerobic/interval training and slow music. Zumba uses interval training and resistance exercise theories to achieve the maximum expenditure of calories, burn fat and evenly develop the entire body. It combines body-toning effects and simple dance moves.

Most shoes currently worn to practise Zumba are ordinary light sports shoes. However, such practice frequently involves turns and twisting motions that can be rendered imprecise without appropriate footwear. As yet, there are no sports shoes available that are designed specifically to aid the practice of this kind of dance.

INVENTION CONTENT

The objective of this utility model is to provide a type of anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole with a novel structure; the characteristics of the materials and structure of the triangular area in this special inclined design differ from the rest of the underside, making it suitable for the turns and twisting motions involved in practising Zumba, due to its great precision and lightness.

The objective and technical solution in this utility model is achieved using the following technical solution. Based on the type of anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole proposed in this utility model, the aforementioned sports shoe sole is principally composed of a sole pad and a bottom cushion layer bonded to the bottom of the aforementioned sole pad; the bottom cushion layer is composed of two parts, namely a soft under-cushion running inward from the front of the sole, and a hard under-cushion positioned at the heel and front of foot areas.

The aforementioned soft under-cushion uses a low-density rubber material; its upper design features concentrations of granular protrusions.

The aforementioned soft under-cushion takes the form of a triangular area.

The aforementioned hard under-cushion uses a solid rubber material; its upper design features multiple protrusions and inset areas with an anti-slip effect.

The surrounding edges of the aforementioned sole pad can be bonded to the upper of the sports shoe, and soft EVA material is used for its full length.

Due to the technical solution above, the anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole in this utility model has the following advantages:

The triangular area in the special inclined (towards in the inward area) underside design of the anti-slip, wear-resistant sports shoe sole in this utility model uses a low-density (soft) rubber material; the design of the triangular area includes a number of point-shaped protrusions clustered together to facilitate turns and twisting motions when practising Zumba dancing, while helping to prevent slipping, aid precision and increase comfort. Other than the triangular area, the whole of the underside of the heel and front of foot areas are made using a solid (hard) rubber material which is effective in terms of its anti-slip, wear-resistant properties.

SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The sports shoe sole in this utility model involves a soft, light and comfortable construction; its structure is chiefly composed of a sole pad (10) made of a soft EVA material and a bottom cushion layer bonded to the bottom of the aforementioned sole pad (10). The bottom cushion layer is composed of two parts, namely a soft under-cushion (20) running inward from the front of the sole in the form of a triangular area, and a hard under-cushion (30) positioned at the heel and front of foot areas.

The surrounding edges of the aforementioned sole pad (10) can be bonded to the upper of the sports shoe, and an EVA material is used for its full length for superior comfort. A low-density rubber material is used for the soft under-cushion (20), upon which there are concentrations of granular protrusions; these concentrations of granular protrusions serve to reduce the amount of contact between the sole and the ground (in a similar way to spikes) when practising Zumba dance, allowing the easy performance of twisting dance moves and making twist and turn motions easier. A solid rubber material is used for the hard under-cushion (30), upon which are multiple protrusions and inset areas with an anti-slip effect. And [these] are situated respectively on both parts of the surface of the sole of the shoe; for example, when dancing Zumba exercises; they are most suitable for turning motions, and have effective anti-slip and wear-resistant properties.

The above is solely a relatively optimal implementation of this utility model, and by no means constitutes any limitations on the form that the utility model may take. Consequently, any simple modifications, equivalent changes or revisions to the specific embodiment above that are based on the substantive technology in this utility model without abandoning the content of the technical solution in this utility model, shall fall within the scope of the technical solution in this utility model.
