Rip rah garbage can

I have search internet and have yet to find the product of which I am trying to get patent. I also have checked main brand market areas and haven't found the garbage can that is detailed as this one. The two components of the structure in which the garbage can is being used haven't yet been distributed to the public. This is the sole reason why I am coming forward to gain permission to have the sole rights of the idea.
