What is really needed is a paint tube holder for a plurality of paint tubes that is relatively cleaner and less messy than traditional paint tube holders and that also allows a user to view the paint tubes stored in the paint tube holder.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will be described by way of exemplary embodiments, but not limitations, illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which like references denote similar elements, and in which:

FIG. 1 illustrates an overhead perspective view of a paint tube holder, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.

Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention. However, the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is utilized repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.

FIG. 1 illustrates an overhead perspective view of a paint tube holder 100, according to the present invention. The paint tube holder 100 includes a plurality of paint tubes 110, a vinyl covering 120 and a plurality of vinyl pockets 130. The paint tube holder 100 is relatively cleaner and less messy than traditional paint tube holders and also allows a user to view the paint tubes stored in the paint tube holder.

The paint tubes 110 includes 7 paint tubes illustrated in FIG. 1, however the paint tube holder 100 can accommodate any number of suitable paint tubes. The paint tubes 110 can be any type or color of paint tubes that can be accommodated and held by the paint tube holder 100. The vinyl covering 120 is made of transparent vinyl or other suitable transparent material and is folded over the paint tubes 110 and vinyl pockets 130 to protect the paint tubes 110. The vinyl covering 120 is made of 16 gauge vinyl and is approximately 5½″ long, although the vinyl covering 120 can be any suitable gauge of vinyl and suitable length. The vinyl pockets 130 accommodate and removably store the paint tubes 110 within the paint tube holder 100. The vinyl pockets 130 are formed from stitching 132 on a vinyl backing 134 of the paint tube holder 100, although the vinyl pockets can be formed by any suitable pocket forming method. There are 7 vinyl pockets 130 illustrated in FIG. 1, although the paint tube holder 100 can include any suitable number of vinyl pockets 130. The vinyl pockets 130 are made of 16 gauge vinyl and are approximately 2¼″ wide, although the vinyl pockets 130 can be any suitable gauge of vinyl and any suitable width.

The paint tube holder is a storage organizer that can store several tubes of paint at one time, thus making it easier to locate and select supplies. Constructed from 16 gauge clear vinyl, the paint tube holder utilizes seven pockets that are 2¼″ wide in order to store painting supplies. The paint tube holder is a relatively simple, convenient way to improve the visibility and accessibility of painting supplies while working, which ultimately results in a more enjoyable painting experience. The paint tube holder will also be readily available at various art supply retail stores.

The paint tube holder features three different sizes ranging from small, medium, and large in order to accommodate paint tubes of varying sizes. The design of the paint tube holder will be available with additional pockets to ensure product versatility and ease of use.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.
