Intelligent Control of Exhaust Back-pressure Fuel-efficient Structure

The present invention relates to a exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving comprising: a barrel, with an inner tube; a back-pressure device, connected to said barrel, with a back-pressure pipe inside, said back-pressure pipe with one or more holes on it; and a rear tube, connected to said barrel, with an opening and silencer plug at appropriate place. When the engine of the car exhausting waste gas generated due to combustion, the flame companied with the waste gas could be resisted by the back-pressure device to avoid engine knock, the back-pressure device also could control and balance the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine working at low speed with high torque and speed, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a pipe, particularly it pertains to a exhaust pipe which could control and balance the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine low speed with high torque and high speed with force, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly, makes the next intake process can quickly and fully inhale fresh air and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

2. Description of the Related Art

The exhaust pipe is the pipe used to emission the waste gas. Usually, it is used as a element of the exhaust system of cars and motorcycles. The main aims are: 1. To emission the waste gas from the engine room; 2. To reduce the emission noise; and 3. To reduce the Hazardous substances of the waste gas by catalytic convertor of the exhaust pipe.

The working cycle processes of engine are intaking compressing burning and exhausting. The gas displacement decides the quality of the working cycle processes. If the gas displacement could not exhaust the waste gas smoothly, the intaking process will be effected that the fresh air could not be inhaled and it will reduce the burning efficiency and the horse power of the car or motorcycle and raising the temperature of the engine. The common method for raising the exhaust efficiency is using back-pressure. Because the current back-pressure could not control the flow rate and pressure of the waste gas, the current back-pressure could not balance the gas displacement and the intaking process that it could not achieve the aim of saving fuel.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the imperfections of conventional pipe, the inventor of the present invention has spent years researching and developing a pipe which could control and balance the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine low speed with high torque and high speed with force, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly, makes the next intake process can quickly and fully inhale fresh air and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

The present invention comprise a barrel, with an inner tube; a back-pressure device, connected to said barrel, with a back-pressure pipe inside, said back-pressure pipe with one or more holes on it; and a rear tube, connected to said barrel, with an opening and silencer plug at appropriate place.

The main aim of the present invention is to provide a pipe cable of controlling and balancing the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine low speed with high torque and high speed with force, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly, makes the next intake process can quickly and fully inhale fresh air and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the embodiment of the present invention. The present invention comprise a barrel A, with an inner tube C; a back-pressure device D, connected to said barrel A, with a back-pressure pipe E inside, said back-pressure pipe E with one or more holes F on it; and a rear tube G, connected to said barrel A, with an opening H and silencer plug I at appropriate place. With above said design and structure, when the engine of the car exhausting waste gas generated due to combustion, the flame companied with the waste gas could be resisted by the back-pressure device D to avoid engine knock, the back-pressure D device also could control and balance the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine low speed with high torque and high speed with force, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly, makes the next intake process can quickly and fully inhale fresh air and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

Said barrel A could comprise a silencer J, the silencer J is set to cover over said inner tube C.

Said silencer J could be made of glass fiber silencer cotton or metal silencer cotton.

Said inner tube C could be equipped with a spiral pile B to reduce the noise.

Said back-pressure device D could be equipped with one or more opening device could be used to adjusting the opening state of the holes F of the back-pressure pipe E.

Said barrel A, back-pressure device D, rear tube G could be integrated or disassembled.

As is understood by a person skilled in the art, the foregoing preferred embodiment of the present invention is an illustration, rather than a limiting description of the present invention. It is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements, for example, the material of silencer, and the position of the holes etc., all the above may vary and should be considered within the spirit and scope of the appended claims of the present invention. In short, the spirit and scope should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.

Claims

1. A exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving comprising:

A barrel, with an inner tube;
A back-pressure device, connected to said barrel, with a back-pressure pipe inside, said back-pressure pipe with one or more holes on it; and
A rear tube, connected to said barrel, with an opening and silencer plug at appropriate place; with above said design and structure, when the engine of the car exhausting waste gas generated due to combustion, the flame companied with the waste gas could be resisted by the back-pressure device to avoid engine knock, the back-pressure device also could control and balance the flow rate when exhausting waste gas, so that it makes the engine low speed with high torque and high speed with force, by this way, not only makes exhaust smoothly, makes the next intake process can quickly and fully inhale fresh air and reduces the burden when engine at high temperature, but also achieves the purpose of fuel saving.

2. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 1, wherein said barrel could comprise a silencer, the silencer is set to cover over said inner tube.

3. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 2, wherein said silencer could be made of glass fiber silencer cotton or metal silencer cotton.

4. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 1, wherein said inner tube could be equipped with a spiral pile to reduce the noise.

5. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 2, wherein said inner tube could be equipped with a spiral pile to reduce the noise.

6. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 1, wherein said back-pressure device could be equipped with one or more opening device could be used to adjusting the opening state of the holes of the back-pressure pipe.

7. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 2, wherein said back-pressure device could be equipped with one or more opening device could be used to adjusting the opening state of the holes of the back-pressure pipe.

8. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 1, wherein said barrel, back-pressure device, rear tube could be integrated or disassembled.

9. The exhaust pipe structure with back-pressure controlling and fuel saving as in claim 2, wherein said barrel, back-pressure device, rear tube could be integrated or disassembled.
