Shower curtain rod for supplying water

Abstract

A ridged, longitudinal, hollow, pipe, shower curtain rod water supply line, adjacent to a ridged, longitudinal shower curtain support rod, having brackets equally spaced apart, connecting the shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod. A bracket is connected at each end of the shower curtain support rod and attached to the shower enclosure. A shower curtain rod water supply line joint is sealably connected to each end of the shower curtain rod water supply line and rotatably connected to the primary water spout and rotatably connected to the secondary water spout. The primary water spout and the secondary water spout is inserted into a bracket and attached to the shower enclosure; providing an added showering area on the opposite end of the shower enclosure.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to shower curtain rods and more particularly, to a shower curtain rod that supplies water.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A shower curtain rod water supply line that is both functional and decorative, a shower curtain rod that supplies water, for the purpose of adding a showering area, opposite of the main water supply line. The advantages of an added showering area on the opposite side of the shower enclosure, enables another person to facilitate a shower at the same time; utilizing the area, conserving water, time and utility expense. Shower heads and other shower accessories are typically installed on the main water spout, swinging arms or two way valves, with hand held units, encroaching the area for a second person in utilizing the showering area, this makes it very difficult, if not impossible for a second person to shower at the same time. However, these type of attachments, swinging arm overhead or hand held units, cause stress to the main water supply line; without the aid of additional supports fastened to the vertical wall. Hand held units with long hoses, extended over to the opposite area, creates obstacles to move among the showering area and are very difficult to manage.

Initially, showering and bathing areas were designed to accommodate one person, in defiance of the maxim, “keep it simple”, certain architects have designed more and more complex showering and bathing areas, these complex designs with multiple shower heads and attachments are implemented at the time of the initial construction; and access to the main water supply line is not a problem, at once the construction process is complete, access to the main water supply line can be extremely difficult and merely impossible for the installation of a second water supply line. To complete this task, at an astronomical cost, removal of the shower fiberglass inserts, tile, moldings, wall board, insulation or any other materials used to construct the showering area will have to be removed to access the main water supply line for the new installation of an additional water supply line. Once the added water supply line is installed, complete renovation begins.

Initially, showering and bathing areas were designed for one person, unless preconception of the area was discussed for installation of an added water supply line, heretofore, there has been no shower curtain rod water supply line which can be attached to the main water supply line; that will supply water for the purpose of adding a showering area to preclude a total demolition and complete renovation of the showering area.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a ridged, noncorrosive, longitudinal, hollow, pipe, shower curtain rod water supply line, adjacent to a ridged, longitudinal shower curtain support rod, having brackets equally spaced apart, connecting the shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod. A bracket is connected at each end of the shower curtain support rod and attached to the shower enclosure. A shower curtain rod water supply line joint is sealably connected to each end of the shower curtain rod water supply line and rotatably connected to the primary water spout and rotatably connected to the secondary water spout. The primary water spout and the secondary water spout is inserted into a bracket and attached to the shower enclosure; providing an added showering area on the opposite end of the shower enclosure.

It is there for another object of the invention to provide a shower curtain rod water supply line for the purpose of adding a showering area

It is there for another object of the invention to provide an added showering area on the opposite end of the enclosure, that enables a second person to facilitate a shower at the same time

It is there for another object of the invention to provide a economical solution to add a showering area, utilizing the area, conserving water, time and utility expense

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1, and FIG. 2, of the preferred embodiment of the shower curtain rod for supplying water. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 is a ridged, noncorrosive, longitudinal, hollow, pipe. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10, in the preferred embodiment having a radius at each end, a mirror image of the other, continuing to the primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32, providing a connection. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 may be any shape, such as a radius, circle, straight, curved, right angles, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in the preferred embodiment having a radius at each end, each radius end, a mirror image of the other, continuing to the primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32 is adjustable by cutting each distal end to accommodate slight variations of the main water supply line, while maintaining the desired alignment, having the inner longitudinal edge of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in alignment with the inner longitudinal edge of the bathing area 42, providing attachment of a water resistant shower curtain (not shown) to hang freely inside the bathing area 42, moreover, the shower curtain can be pulled around each radius end matching each radius end of the bathing area 42, creating a full enclosure, therefore, restricting the water spray to the showering area. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 can be any length to accommodate all shower enclosures. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in the preferred embodiment a ridged, noncorrosive, longitudinal, hollow, pipe, the pipe, may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 can be any diameter, inside, outside or wall thickness to accommodate water pressures and volume. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 can consist of any ridged, noncorrosive material, such as copper, brass, galvanized, PVC, plastics, etc. The shower curtain support rod 12 is a ridged, longitudinal, support rod, at each end of the shower curtain support rod 12 is attached to the shower enclosure 40, providing support for the shower curtain rod water supply line 10. The shower curtain support rod 12 can be any shape, such as a radius, circle, straight, curved, right angles triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain support rod 12 can be any length to accommodate all shower enclosures. The shower curtain support rod 12 is adjustable by cutting each distal end to accommodate enclosure variations, such as fiber glass enclosures, wall protrusions, tile, moldings, etc. The shower curtain support rod 12 can be hollow or solid. The shower curtain support rod 12 in the preferred embodiment is a ridged, longitudinal support rod, the rod may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain support rod 12 can be any diameter, inside, outside or wall thickness, that can provide support. The shower curtain support rod 12 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain support rod 12 can consist of any ridged material that can provide support, such as copper, brass, steel, aluminum, alloys, plastics, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, etc. The shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets 14 in the preferred embodiment having horizontal through holes and vertically threaded set screw holes. The holes may be formed by machining, drilling, punching, molding, etc. The shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets 14 in the preferred embodiment are positioned with the set screws upward, the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in the preferred embodiment is inserted into the inner horizontal through hole and adjacent hole the shower curtain support rod 12 is inserted; two brackets are placed at equal distance apart, coupling the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 and the shower curtain support rod 12. The horizontal through holes are spaced apart, creating the desired alignment, having the outer longitudinal edge of the shower curtain support rod 12 in alignment with the outer longitudinal edge of the bathing area 42, providing attachment of a decorative shower curtain (not shown) to hang freely outside the bathing area 42. The shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets 14 can also be attached by, screws, bolts, clamping, gluing, soldering, welding, molding, casting, etc. The shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets 14 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets 14 can consist of any material, such as copper, brass, steel, aluminum, alloys, plastics, rubber, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, etc. The shower curtain support rod plug 16 in the preferred embodiment, having a shoulder, gripping points and a load bearing surface, the load bearing surface may be flat or have a cavity for the shower curtain support rod spring 18; the shower curtain support rod plug 16 are insertably connected to each end of the shower curtain support rod 12 for providing a spring retention surface area. The shower curtain support rod plug 16 may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon or any other geometry shape providing a load bearing surface. The shower curtain support rod plug 16 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, molding, welding, forging, or casting. moreover, the shower curtain support rod plug 16 can consist of any material, such as copper, brass, steel, aluminum, alloys, plastics, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials. The shower curtain support rod spring 18 in the preferred embodiment is a round longitudinal spring having tension, compression and dampening, such as a series of steel coils, a ball, etc. The shower curtain support rod spring 18 in the preferred embodiment, round in configuration, can also be shaped as a triangle, oblong, rectangle, square, polygon, or any other geometry shape that can provide tension, compression and dampening. The shower curtain support rod spring 18 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, rolling, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain support rod spring 18 can consist of any material that can provide tension, compression and dampening, such as steel, rubber, plastic, etc. The shower curtain support rod brackets 34 in the preferred embodiment having a cavity for connection, horizontal through holes for attachment and a vertically threaded set screw holes. The holes may be formed by machining, drilling, punching, molding, etc. The shower curtain support rod brackets 34 are positioned with the set screw holes upward and attached to each end of the shower enclosure 40. The attachment can be screws, bolts, gluing, etc. The shower curtain support rod spring 18 is inserted into each cavity of the shower curtain support rod brackets 34, one end of the shower curtain support rod 12 is inserted into one cavity, compressing the spring inwardly while aligning the opposite end of the shower curtain support rod 12, releasing the shower curtain support rod 12, decompressing the first spring and compressing the opposite spring, creating an equalized state, stabilizing the shower curtain support rod 12 and dampening forces thereto. The shower curtain support rod brackets 34 can also be connected by, screws, bolts, clamping, gluing, welding, molding, casting, etc. The shower curtain support rod brackets 34 may be round, circle, semi-circle, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing, that can providing support and connection. The shower curtain support rod brackets 34 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, forming, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain support rod brackets 34 can consist of any material, such as, copper, brass, steel, aluminum, alloys, plastics, rubber, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, etc. The shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 in the preferred embodiment is a ridged, noncorrosive, longitudinal, hollow, joint, having a two piece center section, rotatably connected, one end having a male thread and the opposite end having a through hole and a water tight packing seal. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10, having a radius at each end a mirror image of the other, continuing to the primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 at each distal end is inserted into the through hole of the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 and rotatably tightened, providing a water tight seal. The shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon or any other geometry shape to be aesthetically pleasing. The shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 can consist of any ridged, noncorrosive material and can provide sealing, such as, copper, brass, galvanize, PVC, plastics, rubber, etc. The primary water spout 30 in the preferred embodiment, is a ridged, noncorrosive, curved, longitudinal, hollow, water spout. The primary water spout 30 at one end is slightly curved downward. The primary water spout 30 in the preferred embodiment having a three way water passage and three way connection points and inside threads. The primary water spout 30 however, can have multiple water passages and connection points. The primary water spout 30 is rotatably connected to the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 at the same location of the main water supply line. The primary water spout 30 can be any length. The primary water spout 30 may be any shape, such as right angles, curved or any other geometry shape to be aesthetically pleasing. The primary water spout 30 can be any diameter, inside, outside or wall thickness to accommodate water pressures and volume. The primary water spout 30 in the preferred embodiment, a ridged, noncorrosive, curved, longitudinal, hollow, water spout, the spout may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The primary water spout 30 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, forming, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the primary water spout 30 can consist of any ridged, noncorrosive material, such as copper, brass, galvanize, PVC, plastics, etc. The secondary water spout 32 in the preferred embodiment, is a ridged, noncorrosive, curved, longitudinal, hollow, water spout. The secondary water spout 32 at one end is slightly curved downward. The secondary water spout 32 in the preferred embodiment having a two way water passage and two way connection points and inside threads. The secondary water spout 32 however, can have multiple water passages and connection points. The secondary water spout 32 is rotatably connected to the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26, opposite end of the primary water spout 30. The secondary water spout 32 may be any length. The secondary water spout 32 may be any shape, such as right angles, curved or any other geometry shape to be aesthetically pleasing. The secondary water spout 32 can be any diameter, inside, outside or wall thickness to accommodate water pressures and volume. The secondary water spout 32 in the preferred embodiment, a ridged, noncorrosive, curved, longitudinal, hollow, water spout, the spout may be round, triangle, rectangle, square, oblong, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing. The secondary water spout 32 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, forming, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the secondary water spout 32 can consist of any ridged, noncorrosive material, such as copper, brass, galvanize, PVC, plastics, etc. The Primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 in the preferred embodiment having a horizontal through hole for connection, horizontal through holes for attachment and vertically threaded set screw holes. The holes may be formed by machining, drilling, punching, molding, etc. The primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 are positioned with the set screw holes upward and attached to each side of the shower enclosure 40. The attachment can be screws, bolts, gluing, etc. The primary water spout 30 is inserted into the horizontal through hole for providing a connection to the main water supply line. The secondary water spout 32 is inserted into the opposite horizontal through hole for providing a connection to the secondary bracket. The primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 are adjustable, sliding inwardly or outwardly for shower enclosure 40 variations, such as fiberglass enclosures, wall protrusions, tile, moldings, etc. The primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 may be round, circle, semi-circle, triangle, rectangle, square, oblond, polygon, or any other geometry shape deemed to be aesthetically pleasing, that can provide support and connection. The primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, forming, molding, welding, forging, or casting, etc. Moreover, the primary and secondary water spout brackets 36 can consist of any material, such as copper, brass, steel, aluminum, alloys, plastics, rubber, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, etc. The nipple 28 in the preferred embodiment, is a ridged, noncorrosive, longitudinal, hollow, nipple 28. The nipple 28 has outside threads at each end for providing connection. The nipple 28 can be any diameter or length to accommodate, the main water supply line or shower enclosure 40 variations. The nipple 28 is rotatably connected to each curved end of primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32 for shower head 38 connection. The nipple 28 is also rotatably connected to the opposite end of the primary water spout 30 for connection of the main water supply line. The nipple 28 may be formed by extruding, machining, punching, molding, welding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover the nipple 28 can consist of any ridged, noncorrosive material, such as copper, brass, galvanize, PVC, plastics, etc. The bracket set screw 20 in the preferred embodiment is a headless set screw, having threads through the entire body, having gripping points at one end for securing parts and a tooled end for rotating into a secured position, such as a slit for a standard style screw driver, a phillip style head, allen head, etc. The bracket set screw 20 is rotatably engage to the shower curtain rod water supply line 10, shower curtain support rod 12, primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32, securing all assembled components. The bracket set screw 20 may be formed by extruding, machining, rolling, molding, forging, casting, etc. Moreover, the bracket set screw 20 can consist of any material, such as, steel, brass, aluminum, alloys, nylon, plastics, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, etc.

Throughout the detailed description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention; I have shown all the components and there attributes. I have added alternate embodiments to show the versatility of the present invention. The alternate connections of the present invention are shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. Referring to FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the shower curtain support rod 12 connected to each radius of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10, the connection of the shower curtain support rod 12 may be connected longitudinally or vertically. Moreover, the shower curtain support rod 12 can be connected to any location of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10, that can provide support. The connection can be mechanical, welding, or integrally connected to the shower curtain rod water supply line 10. Furthermore, the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in another alternate embodiment in FIG. 4 shows the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 may be directly connected to the primary water spout 30 and the secondary water spout 32, showing the versatility of the present invention.

Operation:

The operation of the present invention, is generally operated in the same manner to that of a conventional shower that is in use today. Namely, one turn of the hot and cold water, adjusting to the desired temperature, the water flows through the main water supply line into the rotatably connected primary water spout 30. The water flows through the primary water passage and exits out the primary shower head 38 at the same time the water flows through a secondary water passage, continuing the flow through the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 that is sealably connected to the shower curtain rod water supply line 10, the flow continues through the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 to the opposite end of the showering area, continuing flow through the shower curtain rod water supply line joint 26 sealably connected to the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 entering the primary water passage of the secondary water spout 32 and continuing flow through a secondary water passage and exits out the secondary shower head 38. providing an additional showering area.

Advantages:

From the description above, a number of advantages of some embodiments of the shower curtain rod for supplying water become evident:

(a) The shower curtain rod for supplying water, has the advantage of adding a showering area on the opposite end of the shower enclosure 40, for the purpose of enabling another person to facilitate a shower at the same time.

(b) The shower curtain rod for supplying water in the preferred embodiment, FIG. 2, shown attached to the shower enclosure 40 in a working state. The shower curtain rod water supply line 10 having a radius at each end continuing to the primary water spout 30 and the secondary water spout 32, creating the desired alignment, having the inner longitudinal edge of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 in alignment with the inner longitudinal edge of the bathing area 42, providing attachment of a water resistant shower curtain (not shown) to hang freely inside the bathing area 42. Moreover, the shower curtain can be pulled around each radius end matching each radius end of the bathing area 42, creating a full enclosure, theretofore, restricting the water spray to the showering area; protecting the floor, walls, etc.

(c) The shower curtain rod for supplying water in the preferred embodiment, FIG. 2, shown attached to the shower enclosure 40 in a working state. The shower curtain support rod 12 adjacently placed to the shower curtain rod water supply line 10, creating the desired alignment, having the outer longitudinal edge of the shower curtain support rod 12 in alignment with the outer longitudinal edge of the bathing area 42, providing attachment of a decorative shower curtain (not shown) to hang freely outside the bathing area 42.

(d) The shower curtain rod for supplying water in alternate embodiments, shows the versatility of the present invention, such as FIG. 3 shows the shower curtain support rod 12 connected to each radius of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10. The shower curtain support rod 12 is fully adjustable and can be connected to any location of the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 to accommodate all shower enclosures. Moreover, another alternate embodiment in FIG. 4, shows the shower curtain rod water supply line 10 directly connected to the primary water spout 30 and the secondary water spout 32, providing an additional showering area. Moreover, a divider curtain can be attached (not shown) with an array of heads connected to the primary water spout 30 and secondary water spout 32, creating additional showering areas.

Accordingly, the reader will see the shower curtain rod for supplying water of the various embodiments can be used easily and conveniently.

Since other modifications and changes varied to fit particular operating requirements and environments will be apparent to those skilled in the art, the invention is not considered limited to the example chosen for purposes of disclosure, and covers all changes and modifications which do not constitute departures from the true spirit and scope of this invention.

Claims

1. A shower curtain rod for supplying water for a shower curtain rod water supply line, comprising:

means for providing a water supply line;

means for providing support;

means for providing brackets stabilizing said shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod, adjustably connected to said means for providing support, and adjustably connected to said means for providing a water supply line;

means for providing a plug, insertably connected to said means for providing support;

means for providing connection, adjacently connected to said means for providing a plug;

means for providing a bracket at each distal end of the shower curtain support rod and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said means for providing connection;

means for providing a connection at each distal end of the shower curtain rod water supply line, sealably connected to said means for providing a water supply line;

means for providing a primary water spout;

means for providing a secondary water spout;

means for providing a bracket for connecting the primary and secondary water spout and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said means for providing a secondary water spout, and insertably connected to said means for providing a primary water spout;

means for connection of primary water spout to main water supply line and connection of shower head to primary and secondary water spout, rotatably connected to said means for providing a secondary water spout, and rotatably connected to said means for providing a primary water spout; and

means for securing shower curtain rod water supply line, shower curtain support rod, primary and secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said means for providing a secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said means for providing a primary water spout, rotatably engaged to said means for providing support, and rotatably engaged to said means for providing a water supply line.

2. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a water supply line comprises a longitudinal, hollow, pipe, adjustable shower curtain rod water supply line.

3. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing support comprises an adjustable shower curtain support rod.

4. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing brackets stabilizing said shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod comprises a shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets.

5. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a plug comprises a shower curtain support rod plug.

6. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing connection comprises a shower curtain support rod spring.

7. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a bracket at each distal end of the shower curtain support rod and attachment to the shower enclosure comprises a shower curtain support rod brackets.

8. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a connection at each distal end of the shower curtain rod water supply line comprises a longitudinal, hollow shower curtain rod water supply line joint, having a water tight seal and connection points.

9. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a primary water spout comprises a longitudinal, hollow primary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages.

10. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a secondary water spout comprises a longitudinal, hollow secondary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages.

11. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for providing a bracket for connecting the primary and secondary water spout and attachment to the shower enclosure comprises a primary and secondary water spout brackets.

12. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for connection of primary water spout to main water supply line and connection of shower head to primary and secondary water spout comprises a longitudinal, round, hollow nipple, having threads.

13. The shower curtain rod for supplying water in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for securing shower curtain rod water supply line, shower curtain support rod, primary and secondary water spout comprises a round bracket set screw, having a tooled head and threads and gripping points.

14. A shower curtain rod for supplying water for a shower curtain rod water supply line, comprising:

a longitudinal, hollow, pipe, addjustible shower curtain rod water supply line, for providing a water supply line;

an addjustible shower curtain support rod, for providing support;

a shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets, for providing brackets stabilizing said shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod, adjustably connected to said shower curtain support rod, and adjustably connected to said shower curtain rod water supply line;

a shower curtain support rod plug, for providing a plug, insertably connected to said shower curtain support rod;

a shower curtain support rod spring, for providing connection, adjacently connected to said shower curtain support rod plug;

a shower curtain support rod brackets, for providing a bracket at each distal end of the shower curtain support rod and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said shower curtain support rod spring;

a longitudinal, hollow shower curtain rod water supply line joint, having a water tight seal and connection points, for providing a connection at each distal end of the shower curtain rod water supply line, sealably connected to said shower curtain rod water supply line;

a longitudinal, hollow primary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages, for providing a primary water spout;

a longitudinal, hollow secondary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages, for providing a secondary water spout;

a primary and secondary water spout brackets, for providing a bracket for connecting the primary and secondary water spout and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said secondary water spout, and insertably connected to said primary water spout;

a longitudinal, round, hollow nipple, having threads, for connection of primary water spout to main water supply line and connection of shower head to primary and secondary water spout, rotatably connected to said secondary water spout, and rotatably connected to said primary water spout; and

a round bracket set screw, having a tooled head and threads and gripping points, for securing shower curtain rod water supply line, shower curtain support rod, primary and secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said primary water spout, rotatably engaged to said shower curtain support rod, and rotatably engaged to said shower curtain rod water supply line.

15. The shower curtain rod for supplying water as recited in claim 14, wherein said shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets has characteristics selected from the following group: having horizontal through holes, having vertically threaded set screw holes, and addjustible.

16. The shower curtain rod for supplying water as recited in claim 14, wherein said shower curtain support rod plug has characteristics selected from the following group: having a load bearing surface area, and spring retention surface.

17. The shower curtain rod for supplying water as recited in claim 14, wherein said shower curtain support rod spring has characteristics selected from the following group: having compression, and dampening.

18. The shower curtain rod for supplying water as recited in claim 14, wherein said shower curtain support rod brackets has characteristics selected from the following group: having a horizontal cavity, having horizontal through holes, and having a vertically threaded set screw hole.

19. The shower curtain rod for supplying water as recited in claim 14, wherein said primary and secondary water spout brackets has characteristics selected from the following group: having horizontal through holes, adjustable, and having a vertically threaded set screw hole.

20. A shower curtain rod for supplying water for a shower curtain rod water supply line, comprising:

a longitudinal, hollow, pipe, addjustible shower curtain rod water supply line, for providing a water supply line;

an addjustible shower curtain support rod, for providing support;

an addjustible shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod brackets, having horizontal through holes and vertically threaded set screw holes, for providing brackets stabilizing said shower curtain rod water supply line and shower curtain support rod, adjustably connected to said shower curtain support rod, and adjustably connected to said shower curtain rod water supply line;

a spring retention surface shower curtain support rod plug, having a load bearing surface area, for providing a plug, insertably connected to said shower curtain support rod;

a dampening shower curtain support rod spring, having compression, for providing connection, adjacently connected to said shower curtain support rod plug;

a shower curtain support rod brackets, having a horizontal cavity and horizontal through holes and a vertically threaded set screw hole, for providing a bracket at each distal end of the shower curtain support rod and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said shower curtain support rod spring;

a longitudinal, hollow shower curtain rod water supply line joint, having a water tight seal and connection points, for providing a connection at each distal end of the shower curtain rod water supply line, sealably connected to said shower curtain rod water supply line;

a longitudinal, hollow primary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages, for providing a primary water spout;

a longitudinal, hollow secondary water spout, having threads and connection points and water passages, for providing a secondary water spout;

an adjustable primary and secondary water spout brackets, having horizontal through holes and a vertically threaded set screw hole, for providing a bracket for connecting the primary and secondary water spout and attachment to the shower enclosure, insertably connected to said secondary water spout, and insertably connected to said primary water spout;

a longitudinal, round, hollow nipple, having threads, for connection of primary water spout to main water supply line and connection of shower head to primary and secondary water spout, rotatably connected to said secondary water spout, and rotatably connected to said primary water spout; and

a round bracket set screw, having a tooled head and threads and gripping points, for securing shower curtain rod water supply line, shower curtain support rod, primary and secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said secondary water spout, rotatably engaged to said primary water spout, rotatably engaged to said shower curtain support rod, and rotatably engaged to said shower curtain rod water supply line.
