REPLACEABLE STRUCTURE FOR FOOTWEAR

Abstract

A replaceable structure for footwear includes an outsole, a plurality of replaceable footwear bodies and a heel. People can alternate different kinds of replaceable footwear bodies for different situations, such as high heels for work, sneakers for exercises and slippers for indoors. In addition, the zipper structure makes people more convenient to alternate different replaceable footwear bodies for different activities.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a structure for footwear, and more particularly to a replaceable structure for footwear.

2. Description of Related Art

People often wear different kinds of footwear in their daily life. For example, a lady wears her high heels to go to her office in the morning In the afternoon, she maybe wears sneakers instead of high heels to do some exercises. After the work, she often wears slippers at home. Thus, people often spend money buying different footwear in their life for different activities.

The conventional footwear has an unchangeable shape. For example, the shape of high heels must have high heel portions which cause ladies to do exercises inconveniently when they are wearing high heels. In addition, those different shoes, such as leather shoes, high heels, sneakers, outdoor slippers and indoor slippers . . . etc, occupy lots of spaces in the house. If the footwear is designed to be attachable and detachable, then one shoe body can be modified to another kind of footwear. In other words, the leather shoes might become the sandals after attaching or detaching actions. In this way, people can save their money on the footwear and there are more available spaces in their houses.

The present invention poses one replaceable structure for footwear to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantages of the conventional.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide an improved footwear structure, more particularly to a replaceable structure for footwear.

To achieve the objective, a replaceable structure for footwear comprises an outsole, a first zipper formed on the top of the outsole, an engaging surface defined at a rear-bottom of the outsole, a plurality of replaceable footwear bodies having a chain section corresponding to the first zipper for zipping up, the replaceable footwear bodies being designed for covering feet in different activities, a heel being detachable to connect to the engaging surface of the outsole, wherein people can replace the broken heels to the new heels and alternate different kinds of replaceable footwear bodies for different activities.

The first zipper is formed on the rear-top of the high-heeled outsole and corresponding to a first and second slingback bodies for covering ankle. The first zipper surrounds the top of the outsole and corresponding to the replaceable footwear bodies which are covering a whole foot. Two second zippers are extruding on the top of the outsole at two sides respectively and located near the front end of the outsole. A first slipper body or a second slipper body has two front chain sections corresponding to the second zippers. The first slipper body or the second slipper body goes across the mid-foot. Two second zippers are extruding on the top of the outsole at two sides respectively and located near the front end of the outsole. The second zippers are surrounded by the first zipper. The first slipper body or the second slipper body has two front chain sections corresponding to the second zippers. The first slipper body or the second slipper body goes across the mid-foot. The engaging surface of the outsole further comprises a first engaging hole and a first engaging protrusion. The first engaging hole is located at the rear end of the outsole. The first engaging protrusion is located at the middle of the outsole. The heel has a second engaging protrusion corresponding to the first engaging hole and a second engaging hole corresponding to the first engaging protrusion. The heel is connected to the outsole by the first engaging protrusion engaging with the second engaging hole and the second engaging protrusion engaging with the first engaging hole. The second protrusion is enlarged at the top to engage with the first engaging hole and is formed as a trapezoid. The first engaging hole is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the second protrusion. The first protrusion is enlarged at the bottom to engage with the second engaging hole and is formed as a trapezoid. The second engaging hole is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the first protrusion. The bottom of the heels and the bottom of the outsoles are aligned horizontally or the bottom of the heels is extruding from the bottom of the outsoles. The outsole is flat and a high-heeled outsole for female's footwear has a high heel portion attached to the rear-bottom of the high-heeled outsole so that the rear end of the high-heeled outsole is higher than the front end of the high-heeled outsole.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIGS. 1-11, a replaceable structure for footwear in accordance with the present invention comprises an outsole 1, a plurality of replaceable footwear bodies 2 and a heel 3. The outsole 1 is flat and a first zipper 11 is formed on the top of the outsole 1. The first zipper 11 surrounds the top of the outsole 1. An engaging surface 12 is defined at a rear-bottom of the outsole 1. The replaceable footwear body 2 has a chain section 21 corresponding to the first zipper 11 for zipping up. The replaceable footwear bodies 2 are designed for covering feet in different activities. The heel 3 is detachable to connect to the engaging surface 12 of the outsole 1. The engaging surface 12 of the outsole 1 further comprises a first engaging hole 121 and a first engaging protrusion 122. The first engaging hole 121 is located at the rear end of the outsole 1. The first engaging protrusion 122 is located at the middle of the outsole 1. The heel 3 has a second engaging protrusion 31 corresponding to the first engaging hole 121 and a second engaging hole 32 corresponding to the first engaging protrusion 122. The second protrusion 31 is enlarged at the top to engage with the first engaging hole 121 and is formed as a trapezoid. The first engaging hole 121 is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the second protrusion 31. The first protrusion 122 is enlarged at the bottom to engage with the second engaging hole 32 and is formed as a trapezoid. The second engaging hole 32 is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the first protrusion 122. After the heels 3 engage with the outsoles, the bottom of the heels 3 and the bottom of the outsoles 1 are aligned horizontally (as shown in FIG. 2) or the bottom of the heels 3 is extruding from the bottom of the outsoles 1 (not shown). Generally, when people stand up or walk, the center of gravity is above the heels 3 so that the heels 3 are damaged easily during walk. When the heels 3 are broken, people only detach the broken heels 3 from the outsoles 1 and alternate the new heels 3 for renewing the footwear.

The replaceable footwear bodies 2 comprise a leather shoe body 22 so that a leather shoe is constructed by combining the leather shoe body 22 with the outsole 1 as shown in FIGS. 1-2. When people want to wear sneakers, they only alternate a sneaker body 23 instead of the leather shoe body 22 via zipping up the first zipper 11 on the chain section 21 (as shown in FIG. 3).

Referring to FIGS. 4-6, the sneaker can transform into a slipper in the present invention. First of all, people unzip the first zipper 11 on the chain section 21 to detach the sneaker body 23 from the outsole 1. Two second zippers 13 are extruding on the top of the outsole 1 at two sides respectively and located near the front end of the outsole 1. The second zippers 13 are surrounded by the first zipper 11. A first slipper body 4 or a second slipper body 42 has two front chain sections 41 corresponding to the second zippers 13. The first slipper body 4 or the second slipper body 42 goes across the mid-foot and attaches to the outsole 1 so that the sneaker transforms into the slipper.

Referring to FIGS. 7-11, the replaceable footwear bodies further comprise a high-heeled body 24, a slingback body 26 and a mule body 44 for females. A high-heeled outsole 10 for female's footwear has a high heel portion 14 attached to the rear-bottom of the high-heeled outsole 10 so that the rear end of the high-heeled outsole 10 is higher than the front end of the high-heeled outsole 10. The high heel portion 14 has an engaging surface 12 for connecting to the heel 3. The second zipper 13 is zipped up on the front chain section 41 and the mule body 44 goes across the mid-foot to connect to the high-heeled outsole 10 so that female's mules come into the world as shown in FIG. 7.

Referring to FIG. 8, the female's mules can further transform into high heels because the replaceable footwear bodies 2 comprise a high-heeled body 24. First of all, unzip the second zipper 13 on the front chain section 41 to detach the mule body 44 from the high-heeled outsole 10. Thereafter, zip the first zipper 11 on the chain section 21 to connect the high-heeled body 24 to the high-heeled outsole 10. Thus, the mules transform into the high heels.

Referring to FIGS. 9-11, the female's mules can also transform into slingbacks because the replaceable footwear bodies 2 comprise a first slingback body 26 and a second slingback body 28. The first slingback body 26 is using a string to tighten ankle. The second slingback body 28 is using a belt with a buckle to tighten ankle. The first and second slingback bodies 26, 28 both have a rear chain section 27 corresponding to the first zipper 11 of the high-heeled outsole 10. The first zipper 11 might be formed on the rear-top of the high-heeled outsole 10. Thus, when the first or second slingback body 26, 28 connects to the high-heeled outsole 10 by the first zipper 11 zipping on the rear chain section 27, the ankle is surrounded by the first or second slingback body 26, 28.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

Claims

1. A replaceable structure for footwear comprising:

an outsole, a first zipper formed on the top of the outsole, an engaging surface defined at a rear-bottom of the outsole;

a plurality of replaceable footwear bodies having a chain section corresponding to the first zipper for zipping up, the replaceable footwear bodies being designed for covering feet in different activities; and

a heel being detachable to connect to the engaging surface of the outsole;

wherein people can replace the broken heels to the new heels and alternate different kinds of replaceable footwear bodies for different activities.

2. The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first zipper is formed on the rear-top of the high-heeled outsole and corresponding to a first and second slingback bodies for covering ankle.

3. The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first zipper surrounds the top of the outsole and corresponding to the replaceable footwear bodies which are covering a whole foot.

The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 2, wherein two second zippers are extruding on the top of the outsole at two sides respectively and located near the front end of the outsole; a first slipper body or a second slipper body has two front chain sections corresponding to the second zippers; the first slipper body or the second slipper body goes across the mid-foot.

The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 3, wherein two second zippers are extruding on the top of the outsole at two sides respectively and located near the front end of the outsole; the second zippers are surrounded by the first zipper; the first slipper body or the second slipper body has two front chain sections corresponding to the second zippers; the first slipper body or the second slipper body goes across the mid-foot.

The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 5, wherein the engaging surface of the outsole further comprises a first engaging hole and a first engaging protrusion; the first engaging hole is located at the rear end of the outsole; the first engaging protrusion is located at the middle of the outsole; the heel has a second engaging protrusion corresponding to the first engaging hole and a second engaging hole corresponding to the first engaging protrusion; the heel is connected to the outsole by the first engaging protrusion engaging with the second engaging hole and the second engaging protrusion engaging with the first engaging hole.

The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second protrusion is enlarged at the top to engage with the first engaging hole and is formed as a trapezoid; the first engaging hole is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the second protrusion; the first protrusion is enlarged at the bottom to engage with the second engaging hole and is formed as a trapezoid; the second engaging hole is formed as a trapezoid hole for engaging with the first protrusion; the bottom of the heels and the bottom of the outsoles are aligned horizontally or the bottom of the heels is extruding from the bottom of the outsoles.

The replaceable structure for footwear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outsole is flat and a high-heeled outsole for female's footwear has a high heel portion attached to the rear-bottom of the high-heeled outsole so that the rear end of the high-heeled outsole is higher than the front end of the high-heeled outsole.
