The invention relates to a ring flip-top tube container, comprising a tube body (4) providing a space for accommodating cosmetic, a tube neck (3) and a flip-top cap including a lower flip-top cap (2) and an upper flip-top cap (1). Since the number of parts is reduced and the manufacturing process is simplified, in the process of producing the ring flip-top tube container, the use of raw material and energy may be reduced. Therefore, the ring flip-top tube container is not only environmentally friendly but also conductive to increase production efficiency and lower production cost. In addition, this ring flip-top tube container is capable of reducing the height of the cap and hence an elegant design may be executed.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a ring flip-top tube container, more particularly to the ring flip-top tube container comprising a tube body, a tube neck, and a flip-top cap including a lower flip-top cap and an upper flip-top cap.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As we all know, in the past, a flip-top tube container, having an outer cap, an inner cap and a flip-top cap, is used as the container for accommodating cosmetic, drugs and so on. As to this tube container, the flip-top cap has a screw structure or an undercut structure of a header ring of which the lower part is cut out. The header ring of the structure is fastened and fixed with the inner cap in the screw or under cut manner. The outer peripheral surface of the inner cap is fastened and fixed with the outer cap in the under cut manner.

As there are relatively many parts of the container in the prior art, there are problems of increased raw material cost and complicated assembly process. Therefore, it needs to be improved of production efficiency and process cost. Moreover, as the flip-top tube container is formed by a plurality of parts, it is hard for the container to have elegant appearance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Technical Problems

The invention is proposed for solving the above technical problems in the prior art. It provides the flip-top tube container with the less number of parts, simplifies assembly process, reduces the number of moulds, saves raw material cost, and shortens manufacturing and assembly time.

Moreover, in the invention, with the decreased height of the header ring, the height of the cap is decreased; hence, compared to the tube container in the prior art, the ring flip-top tube container in the invention may have more novel and elegant appearance.

In addition, the ring flip-top tub container in the invention may save and reduce raw materials and energy.

Solutions for the Problems

In the first embodiment of the invention, a ring flip-top tube container comprises a tube body 4 providing a space accommodating cosmetic, a tube neck 3, and a flip-top cap including a lower flip-top cap 2 and an upper flip-top cap 1, wherein the lower part of the tube body 4 is sealed; the upper part of the tube body 4 is opened; the tube body 4 is engaged with the lower part of the tube neck 3 and forms an integrated one; the tube neck 3 is formed with a ring-shaped groove 5 being capable of fastening and fixing the lower flip-top cap 2 along the outer peripheral surface of the side part of the tube neck 3; the center of the upper part of the tube neck 3 has a protuberance-shaped discharge outlet 6 used for discharging cosmetic. As to the lower flip-top cap 2 and the upper flip-top cap 1, the end parts of one side of the respective opposite peripheral surface are connected with each other by a film 7; the upper part 1 of the flip-top cap has a protuberance 9 fastened and fixed with a convex part 8 of the upper side edge of the groove 5 of the tube neck 3 in the under cut manner; the inner side of the upper part 1 of the flip-top cap has a ring-shaped double protuberance in the shape of Chinese character of “ao” 10; when the upper part 1 of the flip-top cap is closed, the ring-shaped double protuberance in the shape of Chinese character of “ao” 10 is meshed with the discharge outlet 6 to be capable of sealing the inner and outer sides of the discharge outlet 6 at the same time.

In the second embodiment of the invention, according to the first embodiment, the ring flip-top tube container is characterized in that: The ring flip-top tube container is in the arc shape, so that two sides of the tube body 4 are recessed toward the inner side of the tube.

In the third embodiment of the invention, according to the first embodiment, the ring flip-top tube container is characterized in that: Tamper occurs between the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the tube neck 3 and that of the lower part of the discharge outlet 6, so that the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the discharge outlet 6 is higher than that of the upper part of the tube neck 3.

The Effects of the Invention

According to the invention, compared to the flip-top tube container in the prior art, the ring flip-top tube container reduces the number of the parts, simplifies assembly process, and saves and reduces raw materials and energy, thus not only being environmentally friendly but also conductive to increase production efficiency and reduce production cost. In addition, this ring flip-top tube container in the invention is capable of reducing the height of the cap and hence an elegant design is executed.

EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

The invention is further described in a detail with reference of drawings of the invention in the followings. The same figure number in each drawing indicates the same component.

As to the ring flip-top tube container in the invention, a tube body 4 is used for providing a space accommodating cosmetic, and can be made of soft material, for example, PE. The lower part of the tube body 4 can be sealed with the adoption of the well-known technique in the prior art, and the upper part of the tube body 4 is opened. Furthermore, the upper part of the tube body (4) is opened and connected with the lower part of the tube neck (3) and constitutes one body;

As to the ring flip-top tube container in the invention, the tube neck 3 is connected with the upper part of the tube body 4 and may be made of soft material, for example, PE. the tube neck 3 is formed with a ring-shaped groove 5 being capable of fastening and fixing the lower flip-top cap 2 along the outer peripheral surface of the side part of the tube neck; the center of the upper part of the tube neck 3 has a protuberance-shaped discharge outlet 6 used for discharging cosmetic. Moreover, preferably, tamper occurs between the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the tube neck 3 and that of the lower part of the discharge outlet 6, so that the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the discharge outlet 6 is higher than that of the upper part of the tube neck 3.

As to the ring flip-top tube container in the invention, the flip-top cap includes the lower flip-top cap 2 and the upper flip-top cap 1. The lower flip-top cap 2 is a ring-shaped part used for connecting the tube neck 3 and the upper flip-top cap 1, and may be made of hard substance, for example, PP. As to the lower flip-top cap 2 and the upper flip-top cap 1, the end parts of one side of the respective opposite peripheral surface are connected with each other by the film 7; Furthermore, the lower flip-top cap 2 is fastened and fixed with a groove 5 of the tube neck 3, and used for connecting the tube neck 3 and the upper flip-top cap 1.

As to the ring flip-top tube container in the invention, the upper flip-top cap 1 has a protuberance 9 fastened and fixed with a convex part 8 of the upper side edge of the groove 5 of the tube neck 3 in the under cut manner; the inner side of the upper flip-top cap 1 has a ring-shaped double protuberance 10 in the shape of Chinese character of “ao”; when the upper flip-top cap 1 is closed, the ring-shaped double protuberance in the shape of Chinese character of “ao” 10 is meshed with the discharge outlet 6 to be capable of sealing the inner and outer sides of the discharge outlet 6 at the same time. The upper part 1 of this flip-top cap may be made of hard material, for example, PP.

A plurality of embodiments of the invention show preferable examples used for implementing the invention. Pluralities of terms in the invention are used for describing the invention. The scope of the invention is not limited to the examples and certain terms. Furthermore, those skilled in the prior art shall understand that equivalent variants or modifications may be implemented. Therefore, the real technical scope, required to be protected in the invention, shall depend on the technical thoughts of claims attached.

Claims

1. A ring flip-top tube container, comprising a tube body providing a space for accommodating cosmetic, a tube neck, and a flip-top cap including a lower flip-top cap and an upper flip-top cap, wherein

the lower part of the tube body is sealed, and the upper part of the tube body is opened and connected with the lower part of the tube neck and constitutes one body;
the tube neck is formed with a ring-shaped groove being capable of fastening and fixing the lower flip-top cap along the outer peripheral surface of the side part of the tube neck;
the center of the upper part of the tube neck has a protuberance-shaped discharge outlet used for discharging cosmetic;
as to the lower flip-top cap and the upper flip-top cap, the end parts of one side of the respective opposite peripheral surface are connected with each other by a film;
the upper part of the flip-top cap has a protuberance fastened and fixed with a convex part of the upper side edge of the groove of the tube neck in an under cut manner;
the inner side of the upper flip-top cap has a ring-shaped double protuberance in the shape of Chinese character of “ao”; when the upper flip-top cap is closed, the ring-shaped double protuberance in the shape of Chinese character of “ao” is meshed with the discharge outlet to be capable of sealing the inner and outer sides of the discharge outlet at the same time.

2. The ring flip-top tube container according to claim 1, wherein the ring flip-top tube container is in the arc shape, so that two sides of the tube body are recessed toward the inner side of the tube.

3. The ring flip-top tube container according to claim 1, wherein tamper occurs between the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the tube neck and that of the lower part of the discharge outlet, so that the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the discharge outlet is higher than that of the upper part of the tube neck.
