DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The “Elastic Stretching Gathered Denim Fabric Jean” is a newly designed denim jean for women. It is comprised of a semi elastic denim fabric that is gathered by hand and or machine into a closely gathered position and then stitched with an elastic stitch sewn from the top to the bottom. Once in this state the fabric is dyed or stone washed on the top of the gathered fabric. This gives the jean a unique look and style. When the woman slips the jeans on to her body it stretches to fit her body in a very custom fit and the fabric in a more loosely gathered position giving the jean a very stylized new look. The jean is designed to fit to the ankle and just above the ankle giving the newly designed jean a custom look and feel when worn on the woman while allowing a choice between a belt/rope or belt less/rope less waist line.

Claims

1: The semi elastic denim fabric combined with the gathering of the fabric by hand or machine and stitched with the elastic thread in an elongated fashion from top to bottom maintaining the gathered look or appearance.

2: The stone washing or fabric dyeing applied to the top layer of the fabric gather giving it a unique look and style along with the dual waist line using or not using a belt or rope with the bottom legging being tight to the ankle or loose above the ankle.

3: The overall jean being pulled up by the woman or person wearing the jean and the fabric is then stretched for a very custom fit and look and feel allowing a very unique style new to the jean industry with a looser gathering after being stretched.
