A boiler for a steam mop includes a boiler, one end of which is disposed with a water inlet and a steam outlet, the body is disposed with a loop liquid way and a heating device to vaporize the water inside the liquid way; a water inlet pipe, connected to the water inlet of the boiler through a first pipe joint; a steam pipe, connected to the steam outlet of the boiler through a second pipe joint; a steam nozzle, connected to the other end of the steam pipe. The boiler is applied with a loop liquid way, and the heating element is disposed beside the liquid way, so the water in the liquid way is heated with long heating trip.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a steam mop, especially to a boiler for a steam mop.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The traditional mop is disposed with a handle, which is bound with a bundle of cloth. The user works on the handle to make the cloth sweep the floor. The kind of traditional mop needs to be periodic cleaned. Besides, the smudge on the floor, especially the oil and grease, is difficult to be cleaned. For the above questions, a steam mop is provided in the market, which is applied with a heater to heat the water to generate steam to wash the floor. And the cleaning effect is better, especially for the oil and grease. The existing steam mop can clean the floor with the effect of sterilization as well.

However, the exiting steam mop has disadvantages when used: firstly, as the boiler is applied with an elongated water cavity disposed with a heating element, the steam can not vaporize completely, the steam mop will drips water when used. Secondly, calcify happens after a period of time, and the calcareous scale is difficult to remove, making the steam mop unusable. Thirdly, the steam is weak, and the clean effect is not obvious.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the present invention is to provide with a boiler for a steam mop to solve the problem of the existing technology that the steam can not be fully vaporized.

Another object of the present invention is to provide with a boiler for a steam mop to solve the problem of the existing technology that the calcareous scale is difficult to remove.

Another object of the present invention is to provide with a boiler for a steam mop to solve the problem of the existing technology that the steam is weak.

The technical proposal of the present invention is as below:

A boiler for a steam mop includes:

A boiler, one end of which is disposed with a water inlet and a steam outlet, the body is disposed with a loop liquid way and a heating device to vaporize the water inside the liquid way;

A water inlet pipe, connected to the water inlet of the boiler through a first pipe joint;

A steam pipe, connected to the steam outlet of the boiler through a second pipe joint;

A steam nozzle, connected to the other end of the steam pipe.

In another preferred embodiment, the boiler is cylinder or cuboid shaped.

In another preferred embodiment, the liquid way of the boiler is U shaped.

In another preferred embodiment, the heating device is an electric heating element.

In another preferred embodiment, the electric heating element is disposed outside the liquid way and parallel to the linear section of the liquid way of the boiler.

In another preferred embodiment, the interior diameter of the second joint is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way, the interior diameter of the steam pipe is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way, the interior diameter of the steam nozzle is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way.

In another preferred embodiment, the nozzle of the steam nozzle is necking down.

In another preferred embodiment, the boiler is cuboid shaped, four holes are disposed inside along the direction of the length, two holes in the diagonal direction are served as the liquid way, the other two holes in the other diagonal direction are served as the way of the heating element.

In another preferred embodiment, the heating element is disposed with cracks on the wall of the holes of the way of the heating element for the material of expanding when heated and contracting when cooled.

In another preferred embodiment, the lower of the boiler is disposed with a cover to close the two liquid way holes, a lateral hole is disposed inside the boiler beside the cover to connect the two holes to form a U shaped liquid way.

As known from the above description, the present invention is provided with a boiler for a steam mop. The boiler is applied with a loop liquid way, and the heating element is disposed beside the liquid way, so the water in the liquid way is heated with long heating trip, which enhances the vaporization effect. The vaporization is complete without water drops. As the interior diameters of the pipe joint, the steam pipe and steam nozzle are big inch, it makes sure of steam quantity and prevents blockage of the boiler by calcareous scale. As the nozzle of the steam nozzle is necking down, making sure of the steam pressure and the strength of the spray steam. Every element is dismountable connected for convenient cleaning, lengthening the service life of the production.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT

Refer to the FIG. 1 to the FIG. 6. The detailed embodiment of the present invention of a boiler for a steam mop includes a boiler 1, a water inlet pipe 2, a heating element 3, a steam pipe 4 and a steam nozzle 5.

The boiler 1 is cuboid shaped, and four holes are disposed inside along the length direction. Two holes 11 and 13 in the diagonal position are disposed as the liquid way, while another two holes 12 and 14 in another diagonal position are disposed as the way for the heating element 3. The holes 12 and 14 are separately disposed with a crack 121 and 141 on the wall for the material of expanding when heated and contracting when cooled. Two ends of the heating element 3 are separately extended out of the two ends of the boiler 1 and insulated by silica gel cap 9. A cover 8 is disposed in the lower of the boiler 1 to close the two holes 11 and 13. A lateral hole 15 is disposed inside the boiler 1 beside the cover 8 to connect the two holes 11 and 13. The holes 11, 13 and the lateral hole 15 are formed to be a U shaped liquid way. In the end of the boiler 1 not disposed with the cover 8, the openings of the two holes 11 are separately severed as the water inlet and steam outlet.

The water flows to the liquid way of the boiler 1 through the first pipe join 7 from the water inlet pipe 2, then into the hole 13 through the lateral hole 15. The water is heated to be steam by the heating element 3 parallel to the liquid way, and the steam is sprayed out from the steam outlet in the process. As the heating element 3 is parallel to the holes 11 and 13, the water or steam can be heated in the holes 11 and 13 by the heating element 3, making the water completely vaporized inside the boiler without drops of water.

The water inlet of the boiler 1 is connected to the water inlet pipe 2 by the first pipe joint 7, the connection of the first pipe joint 7 and the boiler is thread connection, and the first pipe joint 7 is sleeved and connected to the water inlet pipe 2. The steam outlet of the boiler 1 is connected to a steam pipe 4 through a second pipe joint 6. The connection of the second pipe joint 6 and the steam outlet is threaded connection, and the second pipe joint 6 is sleeved and connected to the steam pipe 4. The other end of the steam pipe 4 is sleeved and connected to a steam nozzle 5.

In this embodiment, the interior diameter of the second pipe joint 6 is 80% of that of the hole 13. The interior diameter of the steam pipe 4 is 90% of that of the hole 13. The interior diameter 51 of the steam nozzle 5 is 80% of that of the hole 13. The nozzle of the steam nozzle 5 is necking down to be a conical nozzle 52 from inside to outside.

As the steam outlet, the pipe joint, the steam pipe and steam nozzle are applied with big inch, it makes sure of steam quantity and prevents blockage of the boiler by calcareous scale. It prevents the boiler from overpressure after cumulating of calcareous scale, the boiler will not be blocked and the mopping effect will not be influenced during usage. Besides, as the head of the steam mop is dismountable, even blockage happens, dismount the head of the steam mop, use a pin to prick the steam nozzle 5 and then wash the nozzle with citric acid or white vinegar to remove the calcareous scale completely and quickly. As the nozzle of the steam nozzle 5 is necking down, the structure is coupled to the big inch outlet, which makes sure of the steam pressure and the strength of the spray steam.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention is provided with a boiler for a steam mop. The boiler is applied with a loop liquid way, and the heating element is disposed beside the liquid way, so the water in the liquid way is heated with long heating trip, which enhances the vaporization effect. The vaporization is complete without water drops. As the interior diameters of the pipe joint, the steam pipe and steam nozzle are big inch, it makes sure of steam quantity and prevents blockage of the boiler by calcareous scale. As the nozzle of the steam nozzle is necking down, the structure is coupled to the big inch outlet, which makes sure of the steam pressure and the strength of the spray steam. Every element is dismountable connected for convenient cleaning, lengthening the service life of the production.

Claims

1. A boiler for a steam mop, wherein includes:

A boiler, one end of which is disposed with a water inlet and a steam outlet, the body is disposed with a loop liquid way and a heating device to vaporize the water inside the liquid way;
A water inlet pipe, connected to the water inlet of the boiler through a first pipe joint;
A steam pipe, connected to the steam outlet of the boiler through a second pipe joint;
A steam nozzle, connected to the other end of the steam pipe.

2. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 1, wherein the boiler is cylinder or cuboid shaped.

3. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 1, wherein the liquid way of the boiler is U shaped.

4. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 3, wherein the heating device is an electric heating element.

5. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 4, wherein the heating element is disposed outside the liquid way and parallel to the linear section of the liquid way of the boiler.

6. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 1, wherein the interior diameter of the second joint is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way, the interior diameter of the steam pipe is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way, the interior diameter of the steam nozzle is ⅓ to full of that of the liquid way.

7. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 6, wherein the nozzle of the steam nozzle is necking down.

8. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 1, wherein the boiler is cuboid shaped, four holes are disposed inside along the direction of the length, two holes in the diagonal direction are served as the liquid way, the other two holes in the other diagonal direction are served as the way of the heating element.

9. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 8, wherein the heating element is disposed with cracks on the wall of the holes of the way of which for the material of expanding when heated and contracting when cooled.

10. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 8, wherein the lower of the boiler is disposed with a cover to close the two liquid way holes, a lateral hole is disposed inside the boiler beside the cover to connect the two holes to form a U shaped liquid way.

11. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 2, wherein the liquid way of the boiler is U shaped.

12. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 11, wherein the heating device is an electric heating element.

13. A boiler for a steam mop according to the claim 12, wherein the heating element is disposed outside the liquid way and parallel to the linear section of the liquid way of the boiler.
