SMART PUMP
A smart water pump includes a housing (5). An outlet box cover (13) is arranged on the top of the housing (5), and a power plug (1) is arranged at an upper part of the outlet box cover (13). A circuit board (2) is arranged within the housing (5); a rotor (4) and a stator (6) are arranged under the circuit board (2). A motor front cover (7) is arranged at a lower part of the housing (5); a turbine housing (8) is arranged under the motor front cover (7); an impeller (10) is arranged within the turbine housing (8), and the impeller (10) shares a rotary shaft (3) with the rotor (4). A water outflow pipe (14) is arranged on one side of the housing (5), and a water level sensor (12) is arranged on the other side of the housing (5). The water level sensor (12) includes a sensor box (15). A sensing probe is arranged on the sensor box (15), and includes a high water level probe (16), a low water level probe (17), and a ground probe (18). The high water level probe (16) is shorter than the low water level probe (17), and the low water level probe (17) is shorter than the ground probe (18). Water pumps employing the water level sensor (12) can control the rotation of the water pump on the basis of the water level, ameliorating a common scenario with existing water pumps in which the water pump does not work when water is available and works when water is unavailable.

1. Field of Invention
The present invention relates to pump technologies, and in particular, to a smart water pump capable of determining a water level and controlling working of the water pump.
2. Related Art
At present, to meet the market demand, water pump manufacturers develop a smart water pump, which starts pumping when the water level reaches 1.5 inches and stops pumping when the water level drops to 0.25 inch. Floating balls of the current universal floaters are heavy, and the depth of floating ball pools is much greater than 0.25 inch, so in general cases, the current floaters are inapplicable. The manufacturers have launched a water pump with an electric controller. In this type of water pump, it is determined whether water is pumped on the basis of different rotating speeds of the motor when water is pumped and when water is not pumped. This type of water pump has the following disadvantages: first, the motor starts rotation at a certain time interval even water is unavailable, to detect whether water can be pumped; second, the inconsistency of the water pump may lead to exceptions in many cases. For example, the water pump does not work water is available, or works constantly when water is unavailable.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a smart water pump capable of automatically controlling the working of the water pump on the basis of different water levels.
The present invention employs the following technical solution to solve the technical problem thereof: a smart water pump, including a housing; an outlet box cover is arranged on the top of the housing; a power plug is arranged at an upper part of the outlet box cover; a circuit board is arranged within the housing; a rotor and a stator are arranged under the circuit board; a motor front cover is arranged at a lower part of the circuit board; a turbine housing is arranged under the motor front cover, and an impeller is arranged within the turbine housing; the impeller shares a rotary shaft with the rotor; a water outflow pipe is arranged on one side of the housing, and a water level sensor is arranged on the other side of the housing.
To determine a water level and better control the water pump on the basis of the water level, the water level sensor includes a sensor box, and a sensing probe is arranged on the sensor box; the sensing probe includes a high water level probe, a low water level probe, and a ground probe; the high water level probe is shorter than the low water level probe, and the low water level probe is shorter than the ground probe.
To filter out impurities in water and reduce damage to the water pump, a strainer is arranged under the turbine, and a small strainer is arranged under a position where the water level sensor is installed in the housing.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the water level sensor is used, so the rotation of the water pump can be controlled on the basis of the water level, ameliorating a common scenario with existing water pumps in which the water pump does not work when water is available and works when water is unavailable

The water level sensor 12 is controlled by a control board so as to sense the water level. When the water level reaches the head of the high water level probe 16, the control board controls the water pump to pump water, and the water level drops as water is pumped; when the water level is lower than the head of the low water level probe 17, the water pump stops working The probe senses the water level, and the action of the water pump is thus controlled, ameliorating a common scenario in which the water pump does not work when water is available and works when water is unavailable, and saving resources.
The specific application example is described above, which does not limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any technical solution using equivalent replacement or equivalent alteration shall fall within the protection scope of the appended claims.

1. A smart water pump, comprising a housing (5), wherein an outlet box cover (13) is arranged on the top of the housing (5), and a power plug (1) is arranged at an upper part of the outlet box cover (13); a circuit board (2) is arranged within the housing (5); a rotor (4) and a stator (6) are arranged under the circuit board (2); a motor front cover (7) is arranged at a lower part of the housing (5); a turbine housing (8) is arranged under the motor front cover (7); an impeller (10) is arranged within the turbine housing (8), and the impeller (10) shares a rotary shaft (3) with the rotor (4); a water outflow pipe (14) is arranged on one side of the housing (5), and a water level sensor (12) is arranged on the other side of the housing (5).
2. The smart water pump according to claim 1, wherein the water level sensor (12) comprises a sensor box (15), and a sensing probe is arranged on the sensor box (15).
3. The smart water pump according to claim 1, wherein the sensing probe comprises a high water level probe (16), a low water level probe (17), and a ground probe (18); the high water level probe (16) is shorter than the low water level probe (17), and the low water level probe (17) is shorter than the ground probe (18).
4. The smart water pump according to claim 1, wherein a strainer (9) is arranged under the turbine housing (8), and a small strainer (11) is arranged at a position where the water level sensor (12) is installed in the housing (5).
