BACKGROUND Field

This relates to dispensers/organizers having the technique to allow to organize ones trash bag to be hung or carried along hands free.

Trash bags can be thrown under the cupboard or sitting on a shelf in a box making a person to pick up the box or bend down to get them, in some cases a person would have to carry them in there hands while emptying multiple trash cans and replacing the trash bags, laying them down while using there hands to replace the bag then picking them back up or laying them on the ground while raking leaves, constantly laying them down and picking them up, misplacing them. These aspects of using the trash bag can work against a person in some working conditions.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,183,157 to Darden (1993), U.S. Pat. No. 4,869,391 to Farrington (1989) U.S. Pat. No. 5,947,295 to Lutin (1999) show organized trash bag dispensers located in the bottom of trash receptacles. This makes for bending down to refill the dispenser and bending down to get a trash bag to line the receptacle, reaching through the trash receptacle to retrieve a new bag. This may be perceived by the user as being unsanitary.

Both U.S. Pat. No. 5,341,933 to Barry L. Willows (1994) and U.S. Pat. No. 6,012,843 to Brooks & Jones (2000) Show plastic bag dispensers for dispensing plastic shopping bags. While these dispensers are of similar shape and size, they do not have the assets to dispense a trash bag.

One method used to dispense a trash bag is shown in U.S. Pat. No. 7,255,254 to Tan(2004) this is a continuous roll of plastic bag material and is pulled out to desired length and cut, then tied in a knot to close bottom of bag before inserting into trash receptacle. This would be time consuming and a person would have to lay the dispenser down while tying the knot for closing the bottom of the bag. U.S. Pat. No. 4,785,934 to Hogle (1988) is similar to the structure of U.S. Pat. No. 5,341,933 to Barry L. Willows (1994) above discussed. None of the above are equipped to dispense a trash bag.

OPERATION OF INVENTION

The manor of using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer you pull a trash bag from the center of a roll of plurality of trash bags and place it into the container large entry opening, feeding the pulled end through the container small dispensing opening, you then pull the hook and loop fastener apart and inserting the container with the rolled plurality of trash bags, through the large entry opening of the tubular shaped hollow body were the container neck is coupled through the small elasticized dispensing opening of the tubular shaped hollow body, then the large closable entry opening is closed by pressing the hook and loop fastener together. The trash bags are ready for retrieval in an organized manor.

You then hang the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer in a preferred place, at a preferred height, using the hanging loop.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer with the belt loop, you would run your belt through the loop on the back of the tubular shaped bag where the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer would hang on your side leaving your hands free to do your work and the trash bags ready for retrieval.

If you do not have a belt, you would use the belt loop fastener that has a hook and loop fastener at both ends, by wrapping the belt loop fastener around your belt loop on your pants holding the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer hanging on your side leaving your hands free to do your work and the trash bags ready for retrieval.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer with the adjustable strap, you would put your head and one arm through the adjustable strap and adjust it to a preferred length using the buckle located on the tubular shaped bag letting a person carry the trash bags along leaving there hands free to work in a timely manor.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer with the two ties, you would find a preferred place to tie it to, for example a shelf organizer in a laundry room, garage, or a moving cart, leaving them organized and ready for retrieval.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser with the magnetic strip, you would find a metal surface to attach it to, for example a tool box, refrigerator or a metal wall keeping the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer in one location ready for retrieval.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser with the breathable fabric you would hang it in a place you would want to smell the aroma of a preferred scent for example a car, bathroom, day care, inside your luggage bag or diaper bag using scented trash bags or a scented pouch that would fit into a pocket.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer as an organizer to organize a hand sanitizer bottle you would insert the hand sanitizer through the entry opening located at the top of the tubular shaped hollow body, then insert the neck of the hand sanitizer through the elasticized dispensing opening on the tubular shaped bag. Using a hanging loop, attach a KEY RING, SWIVEL HOOK to be used to attach it to an object such as a diaper bag or purse.

If you are using the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer two in one unit you would hang it in a location were two sizes are needed, for example a 4 gal. and a 13 gal. size trash bags might be needed in a day care center for the disposing of a dirty diaper using the 4 gal. size to put the dirty diaper into and the 13 gal. to be inserted into a diaper pale or trash receptacle.

If you are using the two size decorative trash bag dispensers/organizers in one unit you would place the rolled plurality of trash bags of a preferred size in the container feeding the pulled end through the smaller dispensing opening of the container then inserting the container with the trash bags through the large closable entry opening of the tubular shaped body coupling the neck of the container through the smaller elasticized dispensing opening of the tubular shaped hollow body, hanging them in a preferred place at a preferred height ready for retrieval.

If you are using the prior art PLASTIC BAG DISPENSER and the decorative trash bag dispenser/organizer as one unit, you would use the hanging loop to hang it in a preferred place and at a preferred height, having a trash bag and a recycled grocery bag at hands reach in a much needed organized fashion.

If you are using the stand alone container with no tubular shaped hollow body, you would hang it on a fence or garbage can, by using the reversible hook on the side of the container the container can be hung at a preferred direction. The trash bags would be pulled from the center of the roll and fed through the dispensing opening. The container having two caps, one cap to cover the entry opening and one cap to close the dispensing opening keeping the trash bags secure until ready for use.
