DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

An anti-scorification oven is provided in order to prevent scorification in combustion.

The preferred embodiment of the oven of the invention has an ignition bar 3, a combustor 1, a feed pipe 16, a feed rotor 2, an ash rotor 11, a hearth 5, a hopper 14, a feed motor 15, and an air channel 6.

The ignition bar 3 is provided in the combustor 1 and for igniting fuels entered in the combustor 1.

The feed pipe 16 is in communication with a fuel inlet in the combustor 1. The feed rotor 2 is contained in the feed pipe 16 A spiral sector is formed on the feed rotor 2.

A fuel outlet is defined in a bottom of the hopper 14 in communication with the feed pipe 16. The feed motor 15 is disposed on the hopper 14 in alignment with the fuel outlet. An output of the feed motor 15 is connected to the feed rotor 2. The feed rotor 2 is driven to rotate by the feed motor 15 and the spiral sector formed thereon pushes fuel in the hopper 14 from the fuel outlet to the combustor 1 via the feed pipe 16.

Ash rotor 11 is in the combustor 1 and is connected to the feed rotor 2. An ash sector is formed on a distal end of the ash rotor 11. A plurality of scorification breaking nails 111 are formed on a proximal end of the ash rotor 11.

The hearth 5 is above and in communication with the combustor 1. High temperature gas and flame produced by a burning in the combustor 1 enter the hearth 5 and then exit the hearth 5 via a top thereof. The high temperature gas and flame is able to heat an object placed on a top plate above the hearth 5.

A blower 61 is provided at an end of the air channel 6. The air channel 6 is in communication with air supply holes defined in the combustor 1. Air is supplied by the blower 61 to the combustor 1 for combustion therein.

A working process of the anti-scorification oven of the invention is as follows.

In use, the feed rotor 2 is driven to rotate by the feed motor 15. As the feed pipe 16 is in communication with the hopper 14 and the spiral sector is formed on the feed rotor 2, the rotation of the rotor 2 will push the fuel in the hopper 14 to the combustor 1. The fuel entered in the combustor 1 begins to burn. After the combustion, ash moves to an ash exit of the combustor 1, being pushed by the fuel newly entering the combustor 1. The ash is driven to go out the ash exit by the ash sector formed on the ash rotor 11. In this process, the scorification breaking nails 111 rotate with the ash rotor 11 and stir the ash in the combustion. The ash is stirred up and pulpified, and scorification of the ash is thus being prevented.

In the process of working of the oven of the invention, on one hand ash is stirred up in the process of combustion to prevent scorification in a circumstance of high temperature, and the ash is pulpified by the anti-scorification nails 16 to ensure a complete combustion of the incomplete combustion ash. On the other hand, the ash is pushed to move by newly entering fuel and exit the outlet by the push of the first feed rotor 6. At the same time, the scorification breaking nails pulpify the ash in the process of combustion and the spiral sector on the ash rotor 11 pushes the ash to leave the ash exit. The scorification caused by long time accumulation of ash in the combustor 1 is thus being avoided. For the preferred embodiment, a phenomenon of scorification in the process of combustion is prevented and a lot kinds of biomass fuels such as straw, sawdust, bark, and crop stalks will be able to be used as fuel.

The feed rotor 2 is connected to, the ash rotor 11 and both are driven by the feed motor 15, as shown in FIG. 4. In this embodiment, they are connected by rivet nuts. The connection may be of many other different ways such as melt and screws. The feed rotor 2 feeds fuel driven by the feed motor 15 and the ash rotor 11 excrete ash driven by the feed rotor 2. The feed motor 15 is able to be adjusted to such as speed that the fuel in the combustor 1 has sufficient time for burning before subsequent fuel enters. Preferably, the feed motor 15 is a stepping motor which works in a set time period and feeds to the combustor 1 intermittently.

In this preferred embodiment, the scorification breaking nails 111 are disposed on the proximal end of the ash rotor 11 with points thereof facing outward. As the ash rotor 11 rotates, the scorification breaking nails 111 stir up and pulpify the ash in the combustor 1 to prevent scorification. As a more preferred resolution, all the scorification breaking nails 111 are in perpendicular with respect to the ash rotor 11. And as another more preferred resolution, the scorification breaking nails 111 are staggerly distributed on the ash rotor 11.

In the process of working, as the anti-scorification oven of the invention keeps excreting ash to the ash exit of the combustor 1, an ash tray 8 is provided under the ash exit thereof in facilitate ash collection.

The ignition bar 3 is able to be disposed at any position in a bottom of the combustor 1. As a preferred resolution, the ignition bar 3 is disposed in the bottom of the combustor 1 near the fuel inlet thereof. In this arrangement, the fuel is able to be ignited as soon as it enters the combustor 1.

In this preferred embodiment, the hearth 5 is conical and an end having a smaller cross-sectional area is an upper side. This upper side of the hearth 5 is connected to the top plate of the hearth 5. The conical shape of the hearth 5 is able to make the flame more concentrated, and a heating efficiency to the object 9 on the top plate is increased. As a more preferred resolution, a plurality of air supply holes 52 is defined in a wall of the hearth 5. An air supply chamber 51 is formed on an outside surface of the hearth 5 surrounding, the plurality of air supply holes 52. An air supply pipe 7 is provided air communicating the plurality of air supply holes 52 and the air channel 6. Air is supplied into the air supply chamber 51 via the air supply pipe 7, and then enters the hearth 5 through the plurality of air supply holes 52. The supply of air to the hearth 5, on one hand, is able to make the incompletely burned gas (such as carbon monoxide) to combust completely to increase combustion efficiency. On the other hand, less incompletely burned gas will be discharged into atmosphere. The provision of the plurality of air supply holes 52 is able to further focus the flame in the hearth 5. A temperature of the flame is thus enhanced and the heating efficiency to the object 9 on the top plate is able to be further increased.

As a preferred resolution, the air supply chamber 51 is circular and surrounding a top portion of the hearth 5. The plurality of air supply holes 52 is disposed on the top of the hearth 5. Air is supplied into the hearth 5 from different directions. The air supply is able to become more replenish and the efficiency may be increased.

In this preferred embodiment of the anti-scorification oven, a tank wall 13 is provided surrounding the hearth 5. A water tank 12 is defined by the tank wall 13 and an outer surface of the hearth 5. Water is able to be poured into the water tank 12 to absorb heat from the hearth 5. The use ratio of heat of the oven is increased. As a more preferred resolution, the air supply pipe 7 goes through the water tank 12. The boiling water tank 101 is able to pre-heat the air supply pipe 7. When a temperature of the supplying, air, in the air supply pipe 7 becomes higher, the combustion in the hearth 5 is able to be much more improved.

The afore-mentioned water tank 12 is able to absorb and re-use the heat giving out from the outer surface of the hearth 5. Water is able to be poured into the water tank 12 via an water inlet 101 and/or be drawn off from the tank 12 via an water outlet 102 in the tank wall 13. Heated water is ready for daily use, such as bathing, and room heating.

In the above embodiment, only the heat sent out from the outer surface of the hearth 5 is, re-used. In the working process of the oven, smoke leaving a smoke exit in the top plate still has a high temperature after passing the object 9. Such emission of smoke still causes waste of a lot un-used heat. So, a chimney 10 is provided in communication with the smoke exit and passing across the water tank 12. The smoke exchanges heat with the water in the water tank 12 via the chimney 10 and the heat contained therein will be able to be re-used. The chimney 10 is able to pass across the water tank 12 in various patterns. In order to increase heat exchanging area, the chimney 10 goes spirally across the water tank 12 around the hearth 5. As a more preferred resolution, a plurality of heat emission fins (not shown) is formed on the chimney 8, which will further increase the heating exchanging area.

In this preferred embodiment, an exhaust blower 42 is provided at an exit of the chimney 10. A dust collection box 4 may be provided between the chimney 10 and the exhaust blower 42. A plurality of layers of filter screen (not shown) is placed in the dust collection box 4. There are lots of dusts in the smoke going out from the chimney 10. The dust must be collected by the filter screens in the dust collection box 4 before entering the exhaust blower 42. The dust collection box 4 is able to be termly cleaned to remove the dust having been collected. The provision of the dust collection box 4 is able to diminish pollution to the atmosphere from the smoke exiting from the chimney 10.

In this embodiment, the hopper 14 is for containing the fuel and may be of any shape. Preferably, the hopper 14 is of cone shape. In a process of fuel feeding, fuel is able to automatically fall to the fuel outlet of the hopper 14 under gravity and then be driven by the feed rotor 2.
