COSMETIC CONTAINER
A cosmetic container comprises an outer shell, an inner pouch and a press head. The outer shell has a housing chamber inside and a mouth. The inner pouch is held in the housing chamber and made of a flexible plastic film, and includes an opening located inside the mouth to receive cosmetics. The press head is located on the mouth of the outer shell to communicate with the interior of the inner pouch to draw the cosmetics from the inner pouch. The press head can draw the cosmetics from the inner pouch. Through the structure set forth above, the press head can draw the cosmetics from the inner pouch to reduce the volume of the inner pouch with decreasing of the cosmetics. Hence the cosmetics filled in the inner pouch can be fully drawn and used up.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container and particularly to an improved cosmetic container capable of depleting cosmetics without remaining inside.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONReferring to
By squeezing the bottle 1 the cosmetics 4 held inside can be dispensed. However, when the cosmetics 4 are mostly used up residuals of the cosmetics 4 remain at the bottom of the housing chamber 2 and around the bottom end of the mouth 3 that cannot be fully drawn out and results in waste. Trying to fully deplete the residual cosmetics 4, many users may shear the bottle 1 via scissors to use the residual cosmetics 4. As the residuals remained inside the bottle 1 could be in such an amount not fully consumed at once, the residual cosmetics 4 are exposed to the air and oxidized and degraded with less efficacy.
To remedy the aforesaid drawback, a vacuum dispensing cosmetic container has been developed. For instance, R.O.C. patent No. M407668 discloses such type of a container which comprises a container body, an airless dispensing pump installed on the container body and a piston held inside the container body. The airless dispensing pump is operable to move the piston upwards along an inner wall of the container body so that the contents at the upmost layer in the container body can reach the inlet of the airless dispensing pump.
While the aforesaid cosmetic container can exhaust the residuals in the container body, it is designed for hard shell containers, but not suitable for pliable tube containers. There are still rooms for improvement in terms of resolving the problem of residual cosmetics in the pliable tube container.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn view of the aforesaid problems, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved double-layer cosmetic container that has an outer layer to house an inner layer and a press head to draw cosmetics filled in the inner layer. The volume of the inner layer can be shrunk with decreasing of the cosmetics to provide the advantage of no residuals remained inside the container.
To achieve the foregoing object, the cosmetic container according to the invention comprises an outer shell, an inner pouch and a press head. The outer shell has a housing chamber inside and a mouth. The inner pouch is held in the housing chamber and made of a flexible plastic film, and has an opening located inside the mouth to receive cosmetics. The press head is located on the mouth of the outer shell to communicate with the interior of the inner pouch to draw the cosmetics from the inner pouch.
Another object of the invention is to provide the inner pouch made of a flexible plastic film that can be formed in a shape changeable with the shapes of the housing chamber and mouth, thereby the outer shell provides enriched visual appeal.
The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying embodiments and drawings. The elements in the embodiments are presented for illustrative and discussion purpose without made according to actual dimensional proportions.

Moreover, the air vent 14 of the outer shell 10 can provide air ventilation, hence the inner pouch 20 can be freely shrunk and separated from the outer shell 10. Thereby, while the volume of the inner pouch 20 gradually shrinks due to decreasing of the cosmetics 40, the outer shell 10 would not be shrunk or deformed under the suction pressure caused by drawing of the press head 30, and the cosmetics 40 held in the inner pouch 20 can be fully used up without remaining in the container.
