Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a simple valve structure, and more particularly to a valve extending to a rear end forming a connecting base, so that the valve can be installed at any position of a fixed surface through the connecting base. A water inlet hole is disposed between the connecting base and a water control valve, and the water inlet hole is coupled with a tube connecting to a water source, such as a water supplying end with a pipeline system.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

When installing a conventional water valve, a pipeline has to be buried in advanced in the wall and provides a water outlet end protruding from the wall surface for the water supplying valve to connect. However, the pipelines for water distribution has been arranged when the building was built, and if there is a need for a new water valve or trying to adjust a water outlet position of the water valve, the wall surface has to be destroyed to bury new pipelines or adjust pipeline positions, and then restored, which is tedious, time-consuming, and it is not appropriate for people without experience to conduct such work, but it may be expensive to hire experienced plumbers. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved water valve that can use an existing pipeline system without tedious and time-consuming pipeline burying process, so even people without experience can assemble the water valve and adjust the position thereof to increase convenience during installation of the water valve.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention can solve the problems described above to use an existing pipeline system without tedious and time-consuming pipeline burying process, so even people without experience can assemble the water valve and adjust the position thereof to increase convenience during installation of the water valve.

To present invention provides a water valve structure including a tube body, a front end of which has a water outlet end, and a water control valve is located near the water outlet end to control the amount of output water. A connecting base extends backwards from the water control valve, and a water inlet hole is formed between the connecting base and the water control valve, and a connecting tube connects to the water inlet hole to obtain a water valve structure.

Comparing with the conventional arts, the present invention is advantageous because the valve can be installed at any position of the fixed surface through the connecting base, and the connecting tube can be coupled with the hose to connect to an existing water supplying end of the pipeline system, the user does not have to conduct a tedious and time-consuming pipeline-burying process, so people without any experience can also assemble the valve and adjust the position thereof by themselves to achieve the goal of convenient and easy installation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently exemplary device provided in accordance with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be prepared or utilized. It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

All publications mentioned are incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing and disclosing, for example, the designs and methodologies that are described in the publications that might be used in connection with the presently described invention. The publications listed or discussed above, below and throughout the text are provided solely for their disclosure prior to the filing date of the present application. Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a valve structure includes a tube body (10), a front end of which has a water outlet end (11), and a water control valve (12) is located near the water outlet end (11) to control the amount of output water. A connecting base (13) extends backwards from the water control valve (12), and a water inlet hole (14) is formed between the connecting base (13) and the water control valve (12). The connecting base (13) can be a shape of flat-board, and a through hole (131) is formed at each corner, and a connecting unit (132) is provided for the through hole (131). In one embodiment, the connecting unit (132) can be a screw. The water inlet hole (14) has an inner thread (141) to connecting to a connecting tube (15) that has a plurality of engaging slots (151) on the body of the connecting tube (15).

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 for the use of the present invention, when the valve is assembled, the valve is disposed at a predetermined location of a fixed surface (A) (e.g. a wall surface) through the connecting base (13), and a plurality of connecting units (132) pass through the through holes (131) of the connecting base (13) to engage with the fixed surface (A) to achieve the goal of installing the valve. Also, the contact area between the valve and the fixed surface (A) can be increased through the connecting base (13) to secure the valve thereon. The connecting tube (15) can be connected to a hose (B) to connect to a water supplying end of a pipeline system, and the hose (B) can be coupled with a fast connector (C) to connect to the engaging slot (151) of the connecting tube (15) to be securely positioned to achieve the goal of assembling the valve. When the user wants to remove the valve or change the position of the valve, the connecting unit (132) is released and the valve can be easily detached from the fixed surface (A). Since the valve can be installed at any position of the fixed surface (A) through the connecting base (13), and the connecting tube (15) can be coupled with the hose (B) to connect to an existing water supplying end of the pipeline system, the user does not have to conduct a tedious and time-consuming pipeline-burying process, so people without any experience can also assemble the valve and adjust the position thereof by themselves to achieve the goal of convenient and easy installation.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention. A thread section (142) extends downward from the water inlet hole (14), and the connecting tube (15) has an inner thread (152) to engage with the thread section (142) to achieve the goal of connecting the connecting tube (15).

Comparing with the conventional arts, the present invention is advantageous because the valve can be installed at any position of the fixed surface (A) through the connecting base (13), and the connecting tube (15) can be coupled with the hose (B) to connect to an existing water supplying end of the pipeline system, the user does not have to conduct a tedious and time-consuming pipeline-burying process, so people without any experience can also assemble the valve and adjust the position thereof by themselves to achieve the goal of convenient and easy installation.

Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
