Retractable Pulling Button with a Chest Card Base

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base, wherein the retractable pulling button may include a chest card base body, a resetting device and a button body. The chest card base body may include a chest card identifying device, and can be internally provided with a cavity, and the cavity may be internally provided with a rotary shaft. The data of departments and positions of individuals can be placed on the chest card. The data may be presented so as to be convenient to identify by others. Additionally, access cards, job cards or keys and the like may be hung on the chest card using the retractable pulling button.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a retractable pulling button with a chest card base. The data of department and the level of title of individuals can be shown through the chest card base, combining with an access card to be hung on a retractable button, which can facilitate the safety limit for personnel of different departments and different levels of titles in and out to their places.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

In the prior art, the common retractable pulling button consists of an outer shell, a resetting device arranged in a cavity in the outer shell, a retractable connecting wire and a button body, and is convenient for hanging belongings, such as key buttons, job cards and access cards. When the retractable pulling button is used, the button body can be pulled away from the outer shell; and when the retractable pulling button is not used, the retractable pulling button retracts automatically under the effect of the resetting device, is convenient for accepting, and is in popular with enterprise personnel and household members.

But, the retractable pulling button in the prior art has sole function, and has potentiality for further improvement.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and to provide a retractable pulling button with a chest card base. Through utilizing the invention, the data of the departments and levels of titles of the personnel can be placed on the chest card, and the data is convenient to identify. By combining the retractable pulling button with access cards, job cards or keys and the like to be hanged on, when the retractable pulling button is used, the button body can be pulled away from the outer shell; and when the retractable pulling button is not used, the retractable pulling button retracts automatically under the effect of a resetting device, and is convenient for accepting so as to prevent from losing.

In order to achieve the purpose above, the following technical scheme is adopted for the invention:

a retractable pulling button with a chest card base is characterized by comprising

a chest card base body, comprising

    • a chest identifying device which can be used for printing or installing a chest card identification, and a chest card identification records the department and the level of the title of each individual;
    • a cavity which is arranged in the chest card base body is internally provided with a rotary shaft;
    • a chest card fixing device which is arranged behind a chest card body and is used for fixing the chest card on the clothes at the chest of a user;

a retractable device, comprising

    • a rotary plate, the central part of the rotary plate is provided with a shaft hole which is matched with a rotary shaft in the cavity, the circumference surface of the rotary plate is provided with a groove, and the rotary plate is installed in the cavity and can rotate around the rotary shat in the cavity;
    • a resetting device which is a clockwork spring, one end of the clockwork spring is fixed on the rotary plate, and the other end of the clockwork spring is fixed on the rotary shaft, and the resetting device can drive the rotary plate to reset;
    • a retractable pulling wire which is wound in a groove on the circumference surface of the rotary plate and retracts as the rotation of the rotary plate, and the wire end is educed from the wire hole of the cavity;

and a button body, wherein one end of the button body is fixedly connected with a retractable pulling wire of a wire educing hole, and the other end of the button body is provided with a hook capable of being used for hanging belongings.

Wherein, a chest card base body comprises:

a chest card identifying device which comprises

    • an upper cover which is provided with a chest card visible window;
    • a middle cover which is movably connected with the upper cover, and a cavity which is can be used for placing a chest card identification for recording the department and the level of title of each individual is formed between the middle cover and the upper cover;
    • and a lower cover, a cavity which is used for installing a retractable device is formed after the lower cover and the middle cover are connected, the central part in the cavity of the lower cover is provided with a rotary shaft and a wire hole is arranged below the cavity; and the rotary plate is installed on the rotary shaft in the cavity, and a retractable pulling wire is educed from the wire hole.

Wherein, the fixing device of the chest card base body can be a hanging clamp, a magnet or a buckle pin.

Wherein, the upper cover of the chest card base body is of a curve surface, two sides of the inner side of the upper cover are provided with rail grooves, and are provided with clamping groove below; and the middle cover is provided with a curve surface which is matched with the curve surface of the upper cover, two sides of the middle cover are provided with slide rails which are matched with the rail grooves of the upper cover, and are provided with clamping blocks which are matched with the clamping grooves.

Wherein, one surface of the middle cover towards the lower cover of the chest card base body is provided with a square groove, the part of the lower cover of the chest card base body corresponding to the square groove of the middle cover is provided with another square groove, and the square groove on the middle cover and the square groove on the lower cover are sleeved so as to form a cavity for containing a retractable device.

Wherein the part of the middle cover of the chest card base body corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block, and two sides of the protrusion block corresponding to the wire hole are provided with two positioning posts; the part of the lower cover of the chest card base body corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block which is corresponding to the protrusion block on the middle cover, and the protrusion block on the lower cover is provided with two positioning holes which are corresponding to the positioning posts.

Wherein the fixing device of the chest card base body is a hanging clamp, the lower cover is provided with a hanging clamp mounting hole which is internally provided with a positioning protrusion block that molds integrally with the lower cover; the hanging clamp is made of an elastic metal sheet, wherein the mounting part is provided with a through hole, and after the mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole of the lower cover, the positioning protrusion block is clamped in the through hole for positioning, and the hanging clamp is clamped on a panel of the lower cover.

Wherein, the part of the lower cover corresponding to the clamping point of the hanging clamp is provided with a groove.

The end surfaces of the protrusion blocks of wire hole devices of the middle cover and the lower cover are of arc surfaces.

Wherein, the connecting surface of the button body and the retractable pulling wire is of an arc surface, and is matched with the protruded arc surface.

Wherein, the upper part behind the lower cover is also provided with a buckle pin device which comprises fixing piles at two sides of the lower cover and a buckle pin body, one end of the buckle pin body is fixed on one fixing pile, and the other end of the buckle pin body is buckled with the other fixing pile.

Because the structure is used, the data of the department and level of title of each individual can be placed on the chest card, and is convenient to identify. By combining the retractable pulling button with access card, job cards or keys and the like to be hanged on, when the retractable pulling button is used, the button body can be pulled away from the outer shell; and when the retractable pulling button is not used, the retractable pulling button retracts automatically under the effect of a resetting device, and is convenient for accepting so as to prevent from losing. The function of combining two into one brings great convenience for users, thus identification and management are more convenient for the security department.

 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The invention is explained further by combining the drawings and the particular embodiments.

As shown in the FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a retractable pulling button with a chest card base comprises a chest card body, a retractable device and a button body, wherein:

The chest card body comprises a chest card identifying device and a lower cover (3), wherein the chest card identifying device comprises an upper cover 1 and a middle cover 2. Wherein the upper cover 1 is of a curve surface, and a chest card identifying mark can be printed on the curve surface. According to the embodiment, the panel of the upper cover 1 is provided with a chest card window 11, two sides of the inner side of the upper cover 1 are provided with rail grooves 13, and clamping grooves 12 are arranged below the two sides of the inner side of the upper cover 1. The middle cover 2 is provided with a curve surface which is matched with the curve surface of the upper cover 1, two sides of the middle cover 2 are provided with slide rails which are matched with rail grooves 13 of the upper cover 1, and are provided with clamping blocks 21 which are matched with the clamping grooves 12. The upper cover 1 and the middle cover 2 are movably connected through the rail grooves 13 and slide rails, the clamping blocks 21 and the clamping grooves 12 are buckled so as to enable the upper cover 1 and the middle cover 2 to be fixed relatively, and a cavity 10 which is used for placing the chest card identification in is formed between the upper cover 1 and the middle cover 2. One surface of the middle cover 2 towards the lower cover 3 is provided with a square groove 23, the part of the lower cover 3 corresponding to the square groove 23 of the middle cover 2 is provided with another square groove 32, and the square groove 23 on the middle cover and the square groove 32 on the lower cover are sleeved mutually so as to form a cavity for containing the retractable device. A wire hole is arranged below the cavity, and the central part in the cavity of the lower cover 3 is provided with a rotary shaft 31. A device of the middle cover 2 corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block 22, two sides of the protrusion block 22 corresponding to the wire hole are provided with two positioning posts 24, 25; and the part of the lower cover 3 of the chest card base body corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block 33 corresponding to the protrusion block 22 on the middle cover, the end surfaces of the protrusions 22,23 are of arc surfaces, and the protrusion block 33 is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the two positioning posts 24, 25. The lower cover 3 is provided with a hanging clamping mounting hole 3, and the mounting hole 36 is internally provided with a positioning protrusion block 37 which molds integrally with the lower cover 3.

The retractable device comprises a rotary plate 6 and a resetting device 7, the central part of the rotary plate 6 is provided with a shaft hole 62, the circumference surface of the rotary plate 6 is provided with a groove 61, one end of a retractable pulling wire 5 is fixed in the groove 61, and a retractable pulling wire 5 is wound in the groove 61 of the rotary plate 6. The resetting device 7 is a clockwork spring, the clockwork spring is installed in a cavity of the rotary plate 6, one end of the clockwork spring is fixed on the rotary plate 6, and the other end of the clockwork spring is fixed on the rotary shaft 31, and the clockwork spring drives the rotary plate 6 to reset. The rotary plate is sleeved on the rotary shaft 31 of the lower cover 3 through the shaft hole 62 at the central part, and can rotate relatively to the rotary shaft 31, and a retractable pulling wire 5 is educed from the wire hole below the chest card base body.

The upper end of the button body 4 and the retractable pulling wire 5 are fixedly connected, the connecting end surface of the button body 4 and the retractable pulling wire 5 is of an arc surface 41, and is matched with the protruded arc surface, and the lower end of the button body 4 is provided with a hook;

A hanging clamp 8 is made of an elastic metal sheet, wherein the mounting part is provided with a through hole 81, after the mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole 36 of the lower cover, the positioning protrusion block 37 is clamped in the through hole 81 for positioning, and the hanging clamp 8 is clamped on the panel of the lower cover 3. The part of the lower cover 3 corresponding to the clamping point part of the hanging clamp 8 is provided with a groove 38. After the hanging clamp 8 is fixed on the lower cover 3 of the chest card base body, the chest card base body can be hung on a pocket of the coat.

Further, the upper part behind the lower cover 3 is also can be provided with a buckle pin device which comprises fixing piles 34, 35 at two sides of the lower cover 3 and a buckle pin body 9, wherein one end of the buckle pin body 9 is fixed on the fixing pile 34, and the other end of the buckle pin body 9 is buckled with the other fixing pile 35. The buckle pin device and the hanging clamp 8 form a fixing device of the chest card base body, and at the same time, the fixing device also can be replaced by a magnet, we do not list them one by one here.

Claims

1. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base, characterized by comprising:

a chest card base body, comprising a chest card identifying device capable of being used for printing or installing a chest card identification, and the chest card identification capable of recording the department and the level of title of the individual; a cavity arranged in the chest card body with a rotary shaft internally; and a chest card fixing device fixedly arranged behind the chest card body, for fixing the chest card on the clothes at the chest of an user;
a retractable device, comprising a rotary plate (6) which is installed in the cavity and can rotate around the rotary shaft (31), with a shaft hole (62) matched with the rotary shaft (31) in the cavity at the central part, and a groove (61) at the circumference surface; a resetting device (7) which is a clockwork spring, with one end fixed on the rotary plate (6), and the other end fixed on the rotary shaft (31), capable of driving the rotary plate to reset; a retractable pulling wire (5) wound in a groove (61) on the circumference surface of the rotary plate (6) retracts as the rotation of the rotary plate (6), with the wire end educed from the wire hole of the cavity; and a button body (4), with one end fixedly connected with the retractable pulling wire (5) of a wire educing hole, and the other end provided with a hook which can be used for hanging belongings.

2. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 1, characterized in that a chest card base body comprises:

a chest card identifying device, comprising an upper cover which is provided with a chest card visible window (11); a middle cover (2) which is connected with the upper cover (1) movably, with a cavity (10) in which a chest card identification capable of recording the department and the level of title of each individual can be placed; and a lower cover (3), with a cavity for installing a retractable device being formed after connected with the middle cover, with a rotary shaft (31) arranged at the central part in the cavity, and with a wire hole below the cavity, wherein the rotary plate (6) is installed on the rotary shaft (31) in the cavity, and a retractable pulling wire (5) is educed from the wire hole.

3. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 1, characterized in that a fixing device of the chest card base body can be a hanging clamp, a magnet or a buckle pin.

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper cover (1) of the chest card base body is of a curve surface, two sides of the inner side of the upper cover (1) are provided with rail grooves (13), and clamping grooves (12) are arranged below the two sides of the inner side of the upper cover (1); and the middle cover (2) is provided with curve surface matched with the curve surface of the upper cover (1), and two sides of the middle cover are provided with slide rails matched with the rail grooves (13) of the upper cover, and are provided with clamping blocks (21) matched with the clamping grooves (12).

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 2, characterized in that one surface of the middle cover (2) of the chest card base body towards the lower cover (3) is provided with a square groove (23), the part of the lower cover (3) of the chest card base body corresponding to the square groove (23) of the middle cover is provided with another square groove (32), and the square groove on the middle cover (2) and the square groove (32) on the lower cover (3) are sleeved mutually so as to form a cavity for containing the retractable device.

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 2, characterized in that the part of the middle cover (2) of the chest card base body corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block (22), and two sides of the protrusion block corresponding to the wire hole are provided with two positioning posts (24, 25); and the part of the lower cover (3) of the chest card base body corresponding to the wire hole is provided with a protrusion block (33) corresponding to the protrusion block (22) on the middle cover (2), and the protrusion block (33) is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the two positioning posts (24, 25).

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 2, characterized in that a fixing device of the chest card base body is a hanging clamp (8), the lower cover (3) is provided with a hanging clamp mounting hole (36) which is internally provided with a positioning protrusion block (37) molding integrally with the lower cover (3); and the hanging clamp (8) is made of an elastic metal sheet, wherein the mounting part is provided with a through hole (81), after the mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole (36) of the lower cover (3), the positioning protrusion block (37) is clamped into the through hole (81) for positioning, and the hanging clamp (8) is clamped on a panel of the lower cover (3).

8. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 7, characterized in that the part of the lower cover (3) corresponding to the clamping point of the hanging clamp (8) is provided with a groove (38).

9. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 6, characterized in that the end surfaces of the protrusion blocks (22, 23) of wire hole devices of the middle cover (2) and the lower cover (3) are of arc surfaces.

10. A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 9, characterized in that the connecting end surface of the button body (4) and the retractable pulling wire (5) is of an arc surface (41) and is matched with the protruded arc surface.

A retractable pulling button with a chest card base according to claim 7, characterized in that the upper part behind the lower cover (3) is also provided with a buckle pin device which comprises fixing piles (34, 35) at two sides of the lower cover (3) and a buckle pin body (9), wherein one end of the buckle pin body (9) is fixed on one fixing pile (34), and the other end of the buckle pin body (9) is buckled with the other fixing pile (35)
