It is an object of the invention to provide a warming vest device that is relatively more mobile and lighter than a traditional warming vest device.

It is an object of the invention to provide a warming vest device that does not require any batteries or hardwire electricity to operate.

What is really needed is a warming vest device that is a mesh vest with a plurality of interior pockets that contain a plurality of hand warmers to warm a user that is relatively more mobile and lighter than a traditional warming vest device that does not require any batteries or hardwire electricity to operate.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will be described by way of exemplary embodiments, but not limitations, illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which like references denote similar elements, and in which:

FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of a warming vest device, according to an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.

Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention. However, the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is utilized repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.

FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of a warming vest device 100, according to an embodiment of the present invention. The warming vest device 100 is illustrated in FIG. 1 in an open position.

The warming vest device 100 includes a base vest 110, a plurality of pockets 120, a plurality of hand warmers 130 and a pair of arm apertures 140. The base vest 110 includes an interior surface 112, a pair of top sides 114 and is made of relatively lightweight and breathable mesh material that can also be made of any other suitable material. The pockets 120 include 9 pockets illustrated in FIG. 1 that are interior pockets 122 disposed on the interior surface 112 of the base vest 110, although any suitable number of pockets 120 can be disposed anywhere on the base vest 110. The hand warmers 130 are contained in the pockets 120 and can be provided in any suitable number of pockets 120. The hand warmers 130 are typically battery operated hand warmers 132 but any suitable hand warmers can be contained in the pockets 120. The hand warmers 130 can be a 12 Volt battery operated hand warmer or any other suitable voltage. The warming vest 100 can be provided and packaged with or without the hand warmers 130. The arm apertures 140 are disposed on the pair of top sides 114 of the base vest 110 to accommodate a user to allow a user to insert his or her arms and shoulders through the arm apertures 140 to put-on and wear the warming vest device 100.

Comprised of a base mesh vest with a plurality of pockets, the warming vest device is a well-suited alternative to similar traditional vests. The warming vest device is lined with 9 to 10 pockets or any other suitable number of pockets, each measuring approximately 4 inches in length by 4 inches in width. Easy to use, a user simply inserts a plurality of hand or body warmers within each pocket, or however many pockets the user may deem necessary in order to keep warm during relatively cold temperatures. Among those who will find the warming vest device both practical and convenient are outdoor accessories, construction, retail and emergency item manufacturers as well as the everyday consumer. The warming vest device features a lightweight vest with 9 or 10 pockets available in small, medium, large, extra-large, and 2XL sizes in order to meet the requirements of any suitable user. The warming vest device is designed in a cooling vest embodiment similar in design to the warming vest device, but cools a user's body during relatively high heat.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.
