Towel Caddy
An apparatus and method for a portable and mountable waterproof caddy that keeps personal items dry while the caddy is used in conjunction with a shower. The caddy has a preferable shape of a cuboid and is large enough to hold personal items. The caddy comprises a waterproof lid (1), a caddy body (2), drainage holes (3), and coupling members (4) located on the caddy body (2). The coupling members (4) on the caddy body (2) allow the caddy to be permanently or temporarily mounted to a shower unit.
The present invention relates to field of transportable and mountable waterproof caddy. More particularly, the present invention relates to a waterproof caddy that protects and carries personal items during a shower.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTIONMany people use public and shared shower facilities on a regular basis. Generally these shower facilities offer little or no waterproof areas that keep personal items dry and secure in the shower area. These items can include, but are not limited to, towels, purses, wallets, electronics, or cellular phones. Often, the mentioned items are not brought into the shower area because these items cannot get wet. These items are generally left outside the shower area, making access to the items inconvenient or insecure. Thus, there is a need for a waterproof caddy that is transportable and mountable and allows such personal items to be safely brought into a shower.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONObject of this invention is to provide waterproof storage caddy, which is suitable for protecting and preserving personal items of various sizes and shapes against water damage during a shower. The waterproof structure of the cuboid caddy comprising: a waterproof lid (1) attached to a waterproof caddy body (2). The caddy body (2) has drainage holes (3) located on the bottom of the caddy body (3). Located on the back of the caddy body (2) is a set of coupling members (4) that allow the caddy to be permanently or temporarily mounted to a shower unit.
It is therefore the objective of the present invention, generally stated to provide a waterproof caddy that is capable of being permanently or temporarily mounted in a shower unit for the purposes of shower usage.

While the present disclosure may be susceptible to embodiment in different forms, there are shown in the drawings, and herein will be described in detail, embodiments with the understanding that the present description is to be considered an exemplification of the principles of the disclosure and is not intended to limit the disclosure to the details of construction and the arrangement of components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawing.
The waterproof structure of the cuboid caddy comprising: a waterproof lid (1) attached to a waterproof caddy body (2). The caddy body (2) has drainage holes (3) located on the bottom of the caddy body (3). Located on the back of the caddy body (2) is a set of coupling members (4) that allow the caddy to be permanently or temporarily mounted to a shower unit.
The waterproof lid (1) allows items to be placed inside the caddy body (2) and protects items from water damage when it is in a closed position. In the even water enters the caddy body (2), the drainage holes (3) allow water to exit the caddy body (2). The coupling members (4) provides a means to transport or mount the contain body (2) to a shower unit. Straps may be affixed to the coupling members (4) to allow easy transport of the caddy and wall hooks may be connected to the coupling members (4) to allow the caddy body to be mounted to a shower area.

Claims
1. A Waterproof structure of the caddy comprising:
- a waterproof lid (1) attached to a waterproof caddy body (2), drainage holes (3) located on the bottom of said caddy body (2), a set of coupling members (4) securely attached onto the back of said caddy body (2)
- characterized in that said caddy body (2) is designed to hold personal items and the set of said coupling members (4) are designed to allow wall mounting or insertion of a strap
