Robot Mobile Phone Jacket Support Frame

The invention relates to a robot mobile phone jacket support frame, including two brackets A(1) and B(2), three pins A(3), B(4) and C(5). Wherein, pin A(3) is inlaid in bracket A(1); pin C (5) is installed into the two holes on bracket B (2); bracket B(2) is fixed in bracket A(1) through pin B(4) to become a bracket assembly; the free end of bracket B (2) of the bracket assembly is installed in a single bottom sliding slot, and the bulges of pin A(3) are slid into the axle holes through the corresponding guiding holes on the single bottom. The support frame is firm and the brackets are convenient to fold, the appearance is beautiful, the brackets can perfectly match the appearance, three-dimensional sense is strong, and the support frame is suitably designed on the protective jackets of various bar smart mobile phones with 4-inch screen or above.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a mobile phone supporting product, in particular, to a jacket support frame for the vertical operation of a mobile phone.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

Mobile phones, as the electronic products now commonly used, are gradually integrated into all work and life areas. The user can conduct a video conference through smart bar phones, and in such a case, the mobile phone shall be placed at a suitable viewing angle, while such function is lacked in the exiting bar phones.

Simultaneously, for the convenience of the use of mobile phones, the mobile phone jackets with various bracket structures are developed in the existing technology.

The functions of most mobile phone jackets with various bracket structures developed in the existing technology are not ideal, the jackets are easily damaged, the jackets can be only transversally placed, and the jackets are not stable; the support structure of some jackets with good functions is not artistic, the structure is thick and heavy, the assembly procedures are multiple in production, the assembly is slow, and the production and material costs are high. Of course, the support frames with good functions and appearance effect can be found in the market, but the styles are less, which can not meet the customers' needs. Therefore, more support structures with more novel styles, good support function, light and thin volume and low production costs shall be designed and developed.

CN201222756Y discloses a support plate used in mobile phones, and the support plate is a structure with the four sides downward folded. A frame for installing the display screen is arranged at the front end of the support plate, a flat keyboard plate for supporting the keyboard is arranged at the rear end of the support plate, and the support plate is an integral structure. The above-mentioned support plate can be placed in only one direction, and the support plate is not stable enough.

CN201388223Y discloses a mobile phone pendant which be used as a support frame, including a hanging string connected with a circular ring and a rotating axle, wherein, the support plate and the circular ring can be hinged through the rotating axle, the other end of the support plate is connected to the support frame, the support plate and the support frame are connected through the rotating axle and can rotate around the rotating axle, and rubber coating are arranged on the surface of the support plate and the surface of the circular ring. Although a mobile phone can be placed at several angles through the pendant, other objects are required in hanging.

CONTENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above contents, a mobile phone support structure with novel style, good support function, light and thin volume and low production costs is necessarily provided.

The invention provides a robot mobile phone jacket support frame, including two brackets A(1) and B(2), and three pins A(3), B(4) and C(5). Wherein, the pin A(3) is inlaid in the bracket A(1); the pin C (5) is installed into the two holes on the bracket B (2); the bracket B(2) is fixed in the bracket A(1) through the pin B(4) to become a bracket assembly; the free end of the bracket B (2) of the bracket assembly is installed in a single bottom sliding slot, and the bulges of the pin A(3) are slid into the axle holes through the corresponding guiding holes on the single bottom.

Preferably, the above-mentioned bracket B(2) can be collected in the bracket A(1) along the sliding slot, and the thickness of the collected support frame is less than or equal to 3.5 mm.

Preferably, a blocking buckle (6) is arranged on the bracket A(1) on the side of the collecting bracket B (2), and when the support frame is in the closed state, the free end of the bracket B (2) is buckled through the blocking buckle (6).

Preferably, a limit structure is arranged on the bracket A(1), when the bracket B(2) is opened, and slides to the limit end in the single bottom sliding slot, the bracket B(2) will be clipped, to retain the stability of the support structure.

The invention also provides an application of the mobile phone jacket support frame, and the above-mentioned mobile phone jacket support frame can be applied on the protective jackets of various bar smart mobile phones with 4-inch screen or above.

Compared with the existing technology, the invention is advantageous in:

1. The thin-layer structure with the thickness direction less than or equal to 3.5 mm is provide in the support frame, and the light and thin design of the structure does not affect the overall feel and appearance;

2. The unique contour design of the bracket can support the single bottom to form several contour design effect, and the bracket is firm and is not easily damaged;

3. The folding of the bracket is convenient, the appearance is beautiful, the support can perfectly match the appearance, the three-dimensional sense is strong, and the bracket is suitably designed on the protective jackets of various bar smart mobile phones with 4-inch screen or above. dr

SPECIFIC IMPLEMENTATION MODE

A use effect diagram of the mobile phone jacket support frame is shown in FIG. 1, wherein the bracket A(1) can be contacted with the mobile phone jacket, and the mobile phone can be vertically placed.

Another use effect diagram of the mobile phone jacket support frame is shown in FIG. 2, wherein the bracket B(2) can be contacted with the mobile phone jacket, and the mobile phone can be transversally placed.

The schematic diagram of the appearance when the mobile phone jacket support frame is opened is shown in FIG. 3, and stability can be achieved when the bracket B(2) is opened to a certain position, the structure is simple, and the use is easy.

The rear view and side view when the support frame is closed are shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 7. From the two views, when the bracket B(2) is collected in the bracket A(1), the bracket B(2) can be fixed through the blocking buckle (6) collected in the bracket A(1); in addition, in the side view, the occupied space of the support frame is very small, making it convenient to be collected and carried with the accessories of the mobile phone.

The exploded schematic diagram of the support frame is shown in FIG. 5, and the assembly relationship and sequences can be described with reference to the diagram:

1. The pin A(3) is inlaid in the bracket A(1) to form the shape;

2. The pin C (5) is respectively installed into the two holes on the bracket B (2);

3. The bracket B(2) is fixed in the bracket A(1) through the pin B(4) to become the bracket assembly;

4. The free end of the bracket B (2) of the bracket assembly is installed in a single bottom sliding slot first, and then the bulges of the pin A(3) are slid into the axle holes through the corresponding guiding holes on the single bottom

FIG. 6 is the schematic diagram of pin positions in mobile phone jacket support frame. The positions of pins A, B and C in the bracket are respectively shown.

When the function of the support frame is achieved, the bracket A(1) can not be broken out in the closed state due to the limit buckle (6) arranged on one side; when the bracket is opened, the bracket B(2) can be clipped when slid to the limit end in the single bottom sliding slot, to retain the stability of the support structure. The light and thin design of the structure does not affect the overall feel and appearance, and the unique contour design of the bracket can support the single bottom to form several contour design effects.

The invention is the improvement focusing mainly on the mobile phone jacket support frame, the above-mentioneds examples are only the preferential better implementation embodiment examples, the patient scope of the invention is not therefore limited, so all the simple changes and equivalent transformations of the contents in the specification invention instructions and diagrams shall be included in the patient scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A robot mobile phone jacket support frame, including two brackets A(1) and B(2), and three pins A(3), B(4) and C(5), which is characterized in that:

The pin A(3) is inlaid in the bracket A(1); the pin C (5) is installed into the two holes on the bracket B (2);
The bracket B(2) is fixed in the bracket A(1) through the pin B(4) to become a bracket assembly;
the free end of the bracket B (2) of the bracket assembly is installed in a single bottom sliding slot, and the bulges of the pin A(3) are slid into the axle holes through the corresponding guiding holes on the single bottom.

2. The support frame of claim 1 is characterized in that: the above-mentioned bracket B(2) can be collected in the bracket A(1) along the sliding slot, and the thickness of the collected support frame is less than or equal to 3.5 mm.

3. The support frame of claim 1 is characterized in that: a blocking buckle (6) is arranged on the bracket A(1) on the side of the collecting bracket B (2), and when the support frame is in the closed state, the free end of the bracket B (2) is buckled through the blocking buckle (6).

4. The support frame of claim 1 is characterized in that a limit structure is arranged on the bracket A(1), when the bracket B(2) is opened, and slides to the limit end in the single bottom sliding slot, the bracket B(2) will be clipped, to retain the stability of the support structure.

5. The purpose of the support frame of claim 1 is characterized in that the mobile phone jacket support frame can be applied on the protective jackets of various bar smart mobile phones with 4-inch screen or above.
