Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cigarette box structure, and more particularly to a cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

After smoking, smokers may discard the cigarette butts anywhere or into a gutter if there is no cigarette butt receptacle. This will pollute the environment or block the gutter. The cigarette butt is made of cellulose acetate or polypropylene which is a macromolecule material difficult to dissolve and will create poisonous garbage and environmental pollution. How to deal with the cigarette butts becomes an important issue. Accordingly, the present invention is intended to provide a cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts for solving the problem mentioned above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts. The cigarette box structure comprises a cigarette box, a cigarette butt receiving box and a cigarette butt separator. The cigarette butt receiving box is received in the cigarette box and has a plurality of separate rooms in different sizes. The cigarette butt separator is disposed at an inner side of a box cover of the cigarette box. The cigarette butt receiving box and the other remaining inner space of the cigarette box are adapted to accommodate cigarettes. The separate rooms of the cigarette butt receiving box are adapted to receive the cigarette butts after the cigarettes are taken out for use. The cigarette butt separator mates with the cigarette butt receiving box to provide a seal effect when the box cover of the cigarette box is closed. Thus, the cigarette butts won't be discarded everywhere to cause pollution.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts, wherein the cigarette butt separator is a triangular and hollow seat. The cigarette butt separator comprises at least one spacer corresponding to the separate rooms of the cigarette butt receiving box, so that the separate rooms can be respectively separated to protect the cigarettes not used.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts, wherein the cigarette box can use a conventional cigarette box to receive the cigarette butt receiving box therein. There is no need to change the size of the cigarette box. After all the cigarettes are placed in the cigarettes, the size and appearance of the cigarette box of the present invention is identical to the conventional cigarette box. The configuration of the present invention is simple the cost is low. The present invention can be used easily and conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the cigarette box structure capable of receiving cigarette butts according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a cigarette box 1, a cigarette butt receiving box 2 and a cigarette butt separator 3.

The cigarette box 1 can be a conventional cigarette box comprising a box body 11 and an integral box cover 12.

The cigarette butt receiving box 2 is smaller than the cigarette box 1 and received in the cigarette box 1 to accommodate a plurality of cigarettes 4. The cigarette butts 41 of the cigarettes 4 are exposed out of the box body 11 of the cigarette box 1. The cigarette butt receiving box 2 has a plurality of separate rooms 21, 22, 23 in different sizes to receive one or more than one cigarettes 4, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.

The cigarette butt separator 3 is a triangular and hollow seat disposed at an inner side of the box cover 12. When the box cover 12 of the cigarette box 1 is closed, the cigarette butt separator 3 will mate with the cigarette butt receiving box 2 to provide a sealing effect, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5. The cigarette butt separator 3 comprises at least one spacer 31 corresponding to the separate rooms 21, 22, 23 of the cigarette butt receiving box 2, so that the separate rooms 21, 22, 23 can be respectively separated.

The separate rooms 21, 22, 23 of the cigarette butt receiving box 2 and the other remaining inner space of the cigarette box 1 are adapted to accommodate the cigarettes 4. The cigarettes 4 in the cigarette butt receiving box 2 are first selected for use. After smoking, the cigarette butts 41 are placed into the separate room 21, 22 or 23 of the cigarette butt receiving box 2, as shown in FIG. 6. In this way, the cigarette butts 41 can be collected, rather than discarded everywhere to pollute the environment. When the box cover 12 of the cigarette box 1 is closed, the cigarette butt separator 3 will mate with the cigarette butt receiving box 2 to provide a sealing effect, preventing the other cigarettes 4 not used from pollution.

FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the cigarette butt separator 3a. The cigarette butt separator 3a doesn't have the spacer and is a triangular and hollow seat to cover the cigarette butt receiving box 2 so that the cigarette butt receiving box 2 can be separated and sealed.

The aforesaid cigarette box 1 can use a conventional cigarette box to receive the cigarette butt receiving box 2 therein. There is no need to change the size of the cigarette box 1. After all the cigarettes 4 are placed in the cigarettes box 1, the size and appearance of the cigarette box 1 of the present invention is identical to the conventional cigarette box.

To practice the present invention, the cigarette box can be provided with a layer of tinfoil to protect the cigarettes 4. The layer of tinfoil is in the prior art and won't be described hereinafter. Preferably, the cigarette butt receiving box 2 is located at a front side of the cigarette box 1, as shown in FIG. 2, because the user is used to getting the cigarette 4 at the outer end first. When the first cigarette 4 is taken out, the separate room 21 is empty to receive the cigarette butt 41. After the other cigarettes 4 are sequentially taken out, the other separate rooms 22, 23 provide more space to receive the cigarette butts 41. The configuration of the present invention is simple and the cost is low. The present invention can be used easily and conveniently.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
