AUTOMATED CLEANING ASSEMBLY
The present invention relating to an automated cleaning assembly for washing cup, dish and container, and mixing or stirring is provided. The automated cleaning assembly comprises a grasp portion and a driven gear. The grasp portion has a driving portion disposed inside the grasp portion. The driving portion has an unidirectional gear engaging to a sawtooth bar, in which the sawtooth bar connects to a press bar and the bottom side of the press bar connecting to the lower edge of the grasp portion. The sawtooth bar has a space to contain a spring so that the spring pushes a pole of the grasp portion, wherein the spring pushes the sawtooth bar to return by the driven force of the press bar. In this manner, a brush can be rotated by the automated cleaning assembly without battery or power supply.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an automated cleaning assembly, particularly to an automated cleaning assembly pressed by a press bar so as to drive the brush to rotate for the purposes of washing cup, dish, and container, and mixing or stirring.
2. Description of the Prior Art
People who wash cups, dishes or containers normally utilize a cleaning assembly with a grasp portion connecting to a brush, so that he/she may rotate the grasp portion to drive the brush to rotate by manual labor, and therefore the cups, dishes or containers is cleaned. This is absolutely troublesome and inconvenient. Some sold cleaning assembly may equipped with battery or grid power to automatize the brush instead of barehanded, however, that may not meet the requirement of the environment protection.
So how to conveniently clean the cups, dishes or containers without any battery or grid power is a critical issue needed to be settled.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of present invention is to have a automated cleaning assembly washing cups, dishes or containers by pressing a press bar, so as to rotate the brush, without any battery or grid power supply, so that the goal for environment protection is achieved.
To achieve the foregoing and other objects, an automated cleaning assembly for washing cup, dish, container and mixing or stirring is provided. The automated cleaning assembly comprises a grasp portion and a driven gear. The grasp portion has a driving portion disposed inside the grasp portion. The driving portion has an unidirectional gear engaging to a sawtooth bar, in which the sawtooth bar connects to a press bar and the bottom side of the press bar connecting to the lower edge of the grasp portion. The sawtooth bar has a space to contain a spring so that the spring pushes a pole of the grasp portion, wherein the spring pushes the sawtooth bar to return by the driven force of the press bar. The driven gear engages to a transmission gear, in which the transmission gear is pivotally connected to a holding element. The holding element supports for either a brush or a mixer to rotate, wherein the sawtooth bar drives the unidirectional gear to rotate, so as to further drive the driven gear and the transmission gear to rotate. In this manner, the brush or the mixer is rotated by the rotation of the transmission gear.
In one preferable embodiment of the automated cleaning assembly, wherein the unidirectional gear has a position hole passing through a fixing bar of the grasp portion, so that the unidirectional gear slides along with the fixing bar to selectively engage with the driven gear when the sawtooth bar is repeatedly moved.

The automated cleaning assembly also has a driven gear 26 engaged to a transmission gear 27, in which the transmission gear 27 is pivotally connected to a holding element 28. The holding element 28 supports for a brush 3, 4 or a mixer 5 to rotate.
In this manner, the sawtooth bar 22 may drive the unidirectional gear 21 to rotate and selectively match with the driven gear 26; therefore the driven gear 26 and the transmission gear 27 may be driven to rotate by the unidirectional gear 21. And eventually the brush 3, 4 or the mixer 5 may be rotated by the rotation of the transmission gear 27 and by the support of the holding element 28. Hence the cups, dishes and containers can be conveniently washed without any battery or grid power supply, so that the goal for environment protection is achieved.

Summarily, the automated cleaning assembly is equipped with driving portion 2 and retrievable press bar 23 to skillfully drive and rotate the brush 3, 4 or mixer 5, so as to wash the cups, dishes, containers or stirring. No battery or grid power is required any more, to meet the need of the environment protection.

Claims
1. An automated cleaning assembly for washing cup, dish, container and mixing or stirring, comprising:
- a grasp portion having a driving portion disposed inside the grasp portion, the driving portion having an unidirectional gear engaging to a sawtooth bar, the sawtooth bar connecting to a press bar and the bottom side of the press bar connecting to the lower edge of the grasp portion, the sawtooth bar having a space to contain a spring so that the spring push a pole of the grasp portion, wherein the spring pushes the sawtooth bar to return by the driven force of the press bar; and
- a driven gear engaging to a transmission gear, in which the transmission gear is pivotally connected to a holding element, the holding element supporting for either a brush or a mixer to rotate; wherein the sawtooth bar drives the unidirectional gear to rotate, so as to further drives the driven gear and the transmission gear to rotate, so that the brush or the mixer is rotated by the rotation of the transmission gear.

The automated cleaning assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unidirectional gear has a position hole passing through a fixing bar of the grasp portion, so that the unidirectional gear slides along with the fixing bar to selectively engage with the driven gear when the sawtooth bar is repeatedly moved.
