Abstract

The invention is a cover made for an electronic device which has an element of protecting that device by way of the expressed thickness of its material composition and its design elements. This invention accommodates the various openings, ports, switches and features required to manage the device which it covers.

BACKGROUND

1. Field of the Invention:

The present invention relates to the field of electronic devices. Specifically, the invention relates to a cover of said devices which allows interface with the mechanism of these devices, while the unique design features may allow for protection of said devices.

2. Related Art:

An electronic device, such as a computer tablet, may be portable; and as such, it may benefit from the protective features of a cover. Therefore, there is room for improvement within the art.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

A cover for an electronic device is disclosed. Said cover may have ports, cutouts, and features to facilitate access to the mechanism and functionality of the device. It may provide protection to said device by elements incorporated within the unique design of said cover.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

An exemplary design cover of an electronic device is disclosed, as per the illustrations provided.

Electronic devices may have external interfaces; e.g., universal serial bus (USB) for electrically connecting external devices, USB (flash drives), external adapters, etc. Said cover may allow access to such ports, switches, connectors, etc., while the cover is applied on the said electronic device. Aspects of the design presented may provide protective characteristics to said cover, as demonstrated in the illustrations provided.

The present invention is described primarily in the context of electronic devices. Possible examples of said electronic devices include, but are not limited to; computer tablets, communication devices, electronic readers, etc. Aspects of the present invention can be implemented in numerous and various electronic devices.

It is to be understood, however, that even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the exemplary invention have been set forth in the foregoing description and illustrations, the disclosure is illustrative only. It is further understood, that changes may be made in detail, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of ports and cutouts, within the principles of the invention, to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the claim is expressed.
