DEVICE FOR MAKING SOAP BUBBLE WITH SOAP BUBBLES THEREIN
There is disclosed a bubble making device including a outer ring comprising a plurality of projections 21 formed along a circumference thereof and a retaining groove 22 formed in an inner circumferential surface thereof, a handle 30 connected to a predetermined portion of an outer surface of the outer ring, an inner ring 40 having a smaller diameter than a diameter of the outer ring, the inner ring 40 comprising a plurality of projections 41 formed along a circumference thereof, and a connecting bar 50 extended from a predetermined portion of the inner ring, with a length having a center of the inner ring eccentrically arranged from a center of the outer ring.
The present invention relates to a bubble making device for making bubbles in a bubble, more particularly, to a bubble making device including a outer ring having a large diameter in which one or more rings having a small diameter are eccentric downward to provide small bubbles in a big bubble, when making bubbles to enable various shapes of bubbles.
BACKGROUNDGenerally, a bubble making toy allow a child to submerge a bubble making device in a soap bubble solution to coat the bubble making device with the soap bubble solution. After that, children can blow circular or deformed closed-bubbles via the buckle making device.
Such a conventional bubble making device is typically provided in a small size and the bubbles made by the bubble making device are small and the time of bubble staying in the air is short, such that there may be a limit to enjoying of various plays. In addition, the size of the bubble made in the conventional bubble making device is small and it is impossible to make a bubble deformed longitudinally and continuously. Accordingly, the conventional bubble making device can allow children to enjoy bubble-blowing only by making simply small bubbles.
Korean Model Utility No. 20-0359315 discloses a bubbling device provided with a bubbling body and a handle. A plurality of projections may be formed in an outer surface of the bubbling body and bubbles are provided between such projections to make a long bubble.
In addition, Korean Model Utility No. 20-0440556 discloses a double-bubble making device including an outer ring in which a plurality of inner rings are formed in a concentric shape to make a double-bubble. According to those conventional bubble making devices, a large bubble is made via the outer ring and a small bubble is made in the large bubble via the inner ring.
The different-sized bubbles have different bubble-making speeds because of the difference of the sizes. For example, the small bubble is made relatively quickly in comparison to the large bubble.
Accordingly, in the bubbles made by the conventional bubble making device including the concentric double-ring structure, there is a substantially too small gap between an inner top portion of the large bubble and an upper portion of the small bubble such that it may be difficult to provide a sufficient time of staying in the air to the bubbles.
In other words, when forming a longitudinal bubble, an initially made portion of the large bubble happens to contact with the small bubble at the time of making the last portion of the large bubble and the large bubble might be popped or stuck with the small bubble. Accordingly, a success rate in making a double-structured bubble is very low.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical ProblemTo solve those disadvantages, an object of the invention is to provide a bubble making device having a double ring structure configured of an outer ring and an inner ring arranged in the outer ring eccentrically downward to increase a time of a small bubble staying in a large bubble in the air to heighten a success rate of making a plurality of small bubbles in a large bubble.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bubble making device that is able to make small bubbles in a large bubble by restricting a size rage of an outer ring to an inner ring.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a bubble making device that is able to make small bubbles in one large bubble by providing a plurality of inner rings connected to an outer ring.
Technical SolutionTo achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the embodiments, as embodied and broadly described herein, a bubble making device includes a outer ring comprising a plurality of projections 21 formed along a circumference thereof and a retaining groove 22 formed in an inner circumferential surface thereof; a handle 30 connected to a predetermined portion of an outer surface of the outer ring; an inner ring 40 having a smaller diameter than a diameter of the outer ring, the inner ring 40 comprising a plurality of projections 41 formed along a circumference thereof; and a connecting bar 50 extended from a predetermined portion of the inner ring, with a length having a center of the inner ring eccentrically arranged from a center of the outer ring.
One inner ring 40 may be provided and a center of the inner ring may be positioned in the middle of a portion from a center of the outer ring to a connected portion with the connecting bar, for the connecting bar 50 to fix the inner ring.
Three inner rings 40 may be provided equiangular and each center of the three inner rings may be positioned in the middle of a radius connecting a center of the outer ring and the outer ring, and a connecting bar projected from each of the inner rings may be connected to a retaining groove formed in an inner circumferential surface of the outer ring.
Two inner rings 40 may be provided and a retaining groove 22 may be formed in an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring, facing a connected portion with the handle of each inner ring, to connect the connecting bar 50 to the retaining groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring, and small bubbles are made outside a large bubble.
Advantageous EffectsThe embodiments have following advantageous effects. The bubble making device of the present invention has a double ring structure configured of an outer ring and an inner ring arranged in the outer ring eccentrically downward. Accordingly, a time of a small bubble staying in a large bubble in the air may be increased and a success rate of making a plurality of small bubbles in a large bubble may be heightened
Furthermore, the plurality of the inner rings may be connected to the outer ring to make small bubbles in one large bubble or the inner rings are formed in the outer portion of the outer ring to make small bubbles outside a large bubble. Accordingly, the bubble making device of the present invention can provide various playing methods.
An exemplary embodiment will be described in reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference may now be made in detail to specific embodiments, examples of which may be illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, same reference numbers may be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts.
As shown in the drawings, a bubble making device 10 includes an outer ring 20. The outer ring has a large diameter and a plurality of projections 21 may be formed along a circumference of the outer ring 20 to receive a soap bubble solution between the projections to make a large bubble. As shown in
A handle 30 is further provided and the handle 30 is coupled to the outer ring 20. The handle 30 includes a connecting portion 31 provided in a surface distant from an outer ring surface, with being bent at a right angle like “”, to ease a user to submerge the outer ring in the soap bubble solution. The connecting portion 31 includes a hook 311 and a groove 312 arranged next to the hook 311. A connecting piece 23 having a retaining protrusion formed therein is projected from an outer ring surface perpendicularly to be insertedly coupled to the groove of the connecting portion.
The inner ring 40 is formed with a relatively small diameter, compared with the outer ring. A plurality of projections 41 may be formed along a circumference of the inner ring 40 to accommodate the soap bubble solution, similar to the outer ring. In addition, the inner ring includes a connecting bar 50 projected there from and an end of the connecting bar 50 is coupled to the retaining groove 22 of the outer ring to make the inner ring spaced apart a predetermined distance from the circumference of the outer ring. The thickness of the connecting bar is substantially thin to support the inner ring, without interfering with making of the large bubble.
One or more inner rings 40 may be arranged in an inner circumferential surface or an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring 20, to make one or more small bubbles together with the large bubble made by the outer ring.
As shown in the drawing, the inner ring is fixed by the connecting bar 50 to position a center of the inner ring 40 in a center of a line from a center of the outer ring 20 to a connected portion of the inner ring 40 with the connecting bar 50. The length of the connecting bar may be reduced to make an inner surface of the outer ring closer to or distant from an inner surface of the outer ring. However, when they are too close, the small bubble made via the inner ring and the large bubble made via the outer ring may interfere with each other only to be popped or to end up with the small bubble stuck to an inner surface of the large bubble. There might be a disadvantage of failure in enjoying the small bubble positioned in the large bubble.
Moreover, it is preferred that the inner ring 40 and the connecting bar 50 are formed as thin as possible not to interfere with the making of the large bubble. Specifically, the thickness of the inner ring 40 and the thickness of the connecting bar 50 may be in a range of 1˜3 mm.
As the speed of making the large bubble from a layer formed via the outer ring is different from the speed of making the small bubble from a layer formed via the inner ring, the inner ring and the outer ring may be formed according to a rate of the different speeds. The large bubble made longitudinally and the plurality of the small bubbles provided in the large bubble may be formed at the same speed.
According to the rate of the inner ring to the outer ring, an inner diameter of the inner ring is 0.15˜0.35 times as large as an inner diameter of the outer ring.
For example, in case the inner diameter of the outer ring 20 is in a range of 12˜40 cm, the inner diameter of the inner ring 40 may be in a range of 3.5˜10 cm such that the size of the inner ring may be 15˜35% with respect to the size of the outer ring. The size of the outer ring may be more than 40 cm. In this instance, it is difficult for user to carry the bubble making device having the more than 40 cm sized-outer ring. Accordingly, it is preferred that the size of the outer ring is 40 cm or less. In case the size of the outer ring is less than 12 cm, the outer ring can be too close to the inner ring such that the large bubble and the small bubble might interfere with each other to make it difficult to provide the small bubbles in the large bubble. Also, the inner ring might be too small to make the bubbles. Accordingly, it is preferred that the size of the outer ring is formed in the range mentioned above.

As shown in the drawing, three inner rings 40 are arranged in one outer ring 20, with being equiangular.
A center of each equiangular inner ring is positioned in the middle of a radius connecting a center of the outer ring and a circumference of the outer ring. In other words, a virtual circle having a diameter corresponding to a radius of the outer ring is arranged concentric with respect to the outer ring and the center of the inner ring is positioned in the virtual circle.
The inner ring 40 is fixed to the outer ring by the connecting bar 50 integrally formed with the inner ring 40, such that the inner ring may not be separated from the bubble making device when playing with the bubble making device.
Moreover, as describing a fixing method of the connecting bar 50 and the outer ring 20 rather than the method using the retaining groove mentioned above, there may be a method of coupling a projection projected from the outer ring to a groove formed in a bottom of the inner ring, a method of sliding-connecting the connecting bar to a groove formed in the outer ring in a forward and backward direction and other various methods.
When three inner rings 40 are formed in the outer ring 20, a success rate of making bubbles is lower than a success rate making bubbles via one inner ring and the numb of the small bubbles formed in the large bubble can be increased so as to realize new types of bubbles.

As shown in the drawing, a connecting bar of the inner ring 40 may be coupled to a retaining groove formed in an outer surface of the outer ring 20.
The inner ring 40 connected to the outer portion of the outer ring 20 is coupled to a surface of the outer ring that faces a connected portion with handle 30. When the handle is arranged downward to make bubbles, a small bubble is made beyond a large bubble of the outer ring, with no inference between the large bubble falling relatively quickly and the small bubbles falling relatively slowly.
Although not shown in the drawings, another inner ring may be further coupled to the portion where the handle is formed, to make small bubble in the large bubble, and various types of bubbles can be provided.
After the soap bubble solution is contained in a container, the bubble making device 10 having the structure mentioned above is submerged in the soap bubble solution and taken out of the container. Then, the bubble making device 01 moved at the speed of 1.0˜3.5 m·sec and the bubbles are made from the inner ring and the outer ring.

1. A bubble making device comprising:
- a outer ring comprising a plurality of projections formed along a circumference thereof and a retaining groove formed in an inner circumferential surface thereof;
- a handle connected to a predetermined portion of an outer surface of the outer ring;
- an inner ring having a smaller diameter than a diameter of the outer ring, the inner ring comprising a plurality of projections formed along a circumference thereof; and
- a connecting bar extended from a predetermined portion of the inner ring, with a length having a center of the inner ring eccentrically arranged from a center of the outer ring.
2. The bubble making device according to claim 1, wherein one inner ring is provided and a center of the inner ring is positioned in the middle of a portion from a center of the outer ring to a connected portion with the connecting bar, for the connecting bar to fix the inner ring.
3. The bubble making device according to claim 1, wherein three inner rings are provided equiangular and each center of the three inner rings is positioned in the middle of a radius connecting a center of the outer ring and the outer ring, and
- a connecting bar projected from each of the inner rings is connected to a retaining groove formed in an inner circumferential surface of the outer ring.
4. The bubble making device according to claim 3, wherein one of the inner rings is formed in a half-moon shape and the tree inner rings form two eyes and a mouth of a human face.

The bubble making device according to claim 1, wherein two inner rings are provided and a retaining groove is formed in an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring, facing a connected portion with the handle of each inner ring, to connect the connecting bar to the retaining groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring, and small bubbles are made outside a large bubble.
6. The bubble making device according to claim 1, wherein a diameter of the inner ring is 0.15˜0.35 times larger than a diameter of the outer ring, and the thickness of the inner ring is 1˜3 mm not to interfere with large bubble making.
